Anyways,...im about 6.75 - 7 ish hard (could be bit more now, been awhile since measured) and 5- 5.5 girth, - I still need to accurately measure. Ive thought of aiming for at least 8" length, focusing on length only routine, since I dont want more girth, as I feel that will naturally expand some anyways with length work. Thanks to DLD for his basic newbie and length routine, which is most logical as far as basics go. I've avoided bundle stretches, but trying them but 'lightly' before basic stretches, and will experiment with the erect twisting/stretching, which i've never done before. I've only done some hand clamping at base when edging and fully hard, this also makes the cock engorge and appear much larger for erotic cock pics and profiling.
Since i have sensitive skin and not wanting too much damage to my organ, have also avoided jelqing and pumps, although these could probably assist if careful with, just like other devices in the MOS store here. Just being a bit careful, although I could probably increase some 'intensity' with the exercises.
