For SRT week 1-2 the starting length stretches, are all the 30 x 3 stretches, should they be completed as a "bundled" or do the instructions below mean 5 minutes of bundled work, followed by 30x3x4 as normal non bundled stretches? How much rotation should I be placing on my bundled work? 180, 360 , 480 etc?
