That’s what I’ve been using. For me, it seems to work much better than wrapping. I could never get the wrap down where it was comfortable and affective.

This is why we find options to use. Sleeves wraps, extender, cock rings, and any method we can keep it elongated.

Prolly the hardest part of all this. Soon as you start moving around it all goes sideways. I have the quick extender (sucks moving around), wraps (sucks moving around), sleeve (kinda sucks moving around). 🤣
