I was pondering the differences in men who have made very fast gains and those who have been slow to gain. This always bothered me because I could compare many men, who are using the same workout, where some gain and some do not with the only difference being Kegels. We tend to look at Kegels as an exercise to improve erection quality, and this is true, but it is not the whole picture and this is where we all have missed the boat.

Just like Bundled Stretches have made gaining so much faster due to the pre-stretching of the Tunica, Kegels plays a role in gaining too, a big role! If I go back to when I made the record gains I made (2" x .5" in 6 month) I always have noticed that most men back in those days rarely did Kegels and they did it was for better EQ. But even then many it was rare to see them in a routine. At the time I was doing thousands a day! I was doing them all day practically. That was the biggest difference between my gains and others. But why would this be a factor?

I did not dawn on me until a few Brothers started to do a Kegel only routine. Now this is extreme example, meaning a complete PE workout will bring gains fastest, but for the sake of this argument let us see this as an example of gains made using only Kegels. The penis grows in all directions whether you are doing girth or length. So when you do girth work it is also effecting your length, and when you are doing length it is also effecting girth. That is the premiss of that thread.

Kegels cause growth on their own, this is a fact. The growth is minimal but there is growth. During workouts, especially girth, Kegels should be done, pulsing as you pump or jelq. This will bring much more blood into you penis causing much more expansion. I think the biggest missing factor from most Brothers who do not gain is Kegels. If you do not have a serious Kegel routine it is time to implement one. The thing about Kegels is they can be done anywhere so recommend doing Kegels through the day for endurance. This means you will last longer during sex and gain much more control of when you cum.

In the sense of length work we will go the other direction to the Reverse Kegel, something I am sure most men do not implement during length work. The penis will naturally resist a stretch out of subconscious actions to avoid damage. The pelvic floor muscles engage and make the stretch much more difficult. The way to eliminate this is using the Reverse Kegel in you stretching, LengthMaster, hanging, even ADS time. When a Reverse Kegel is engaged it put the pelvic floor muscles in a complete release allowing the stretch to be taken up by the penis, not the pelvic floor muscles.

Chime in on your opinion and let us see where this takes us.

now that im reading this I think I do hold back during the first 2 sets of the extender work i do every day, i am going to do the reverse kegel today.
about regular kegels, in clamping and the ssj's its a must, but I never tried it while jelqing, intersting.
 
BSA was the one that advised me last year to start doing normal and reverse Kegels during girth work. Starting from today, i will start doing the same with my LengthMaster.
 
I was under the assumption that I had to take in rest days and treat them as actual muscles.

Just like going to the gym I train on monday - wednesday - friday and those are my days I also do my kegel routines because I once overdid it and I felt sharp pain in my pelvic floor muscles so I incorporate 48 hours of rest.

The creatine maybe will also help to get stronger contractions! LOL a win-win situation for bigger chest/biceps and PC muscles!

I did kegels on and off for months but eventually quit but now I see that it is actually holding back potential gains so I just started from scratch again.

I use the kegel routine outlined in DLD’s newbie routine

I will ramp up the intensity and duration gradually within weeks.

Nice post DLD! It’s a great reminder for me to keep doing kegels and keep growing! Thank you!
 
well DLD i'v done it today with an extender, and I do feel like its easier to get more stretched in. but I do have a question, do I need to hold the reverse kegel the entrire session? do it on-off?

I am doing both Kegel and reverse kegel during my session with the LengthMaster, I just did it for the first time today. I hold the the normal kegel for the first 30 seconds and then I start a reverse kegel for the remaining 30 seconds. I'm doing the same with my X40.

That is incredible news. I know that this has been something some people do, mostly order Brothers as the use of Kegels and Reverse Kegels have been around since I came up with DLD Blasters in 2002. The thing here is there has been absolutely no solid direction in this area in the form I have put forth. I truly believe that if every Brothers used this technique growth would blow up! Men would see more similar and consistent gains. The point is, now there is proper light on a very important and largely ignored part of PE. the BathMate is incredible, try it with Kegels! The LengthMaster rocks, try it with Reverse Kegels. In every case you will feel and see faster gains. I also have a big announcement coming today that everyone will feel good about!
 
For all of us Bathmate aficionados, try this wrinkle:

get your EQ as close to 100% as possible, then enter your cylinder and pump-up to your max (after proper warm-up, I usually save this for my 2nd or 3rd leg of my BM routine) and once you're completely expanded to what you feel is your max+, do some kegels...then do a few RK's...then alternate kegel/RK and pump. You'll definitely notice the intensity ramping-up

Indeed you will be turning up that intensity and expansion big time!

I have been doing something like this. I try to remember to do kegels during my 1st and 2nd sets or until I can no longer do them. I do have to remind myself to do them during this time but when I do them regularly I notice a difference in my eq

Lets say i’m doing bundled stretches in my LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging.

Should I ONLY perform a reverse kegel for length purposes??

Or should I also do normal kegels while doing bundled stretches? I feel that normal kegels are a bit counterproductive because you really feel the tugging of your pc muscles and I don’t want to stress them out.

I get this feeling that my cock gets a bit stressed out when I clamp him in my lengthmaster lol :) So the reverse kegel would make a lot more sense.

Another question: for how long should I perform the reverse kegel?

Example: I stretch bundled in upwards position for 60-70 seconds, should I perform a reverse kegel and hold it for the entire duration of the stretch?

Or should I perform reverse kegels constantly during bundled stretching until my routine is over?
 
like this kegel lessen tension/stretch then RK and stretch to the max keep RK until that set is over 1-3mins and repeat RK to get a longer stretch. Then when not doing active PE do kegels.
 
It’s pretty simple you want to use reverse Cagle’s when stretching as this puts the pelvic floor muscles into submission and allows you to stretch the penis with no interference, giving you much better potential to gain. The Kegels can be done at any time of the day training or not training you want to do Kegels.

The Kegal is made to build strength and endurance of the pelvic floor muscles allowing for better directions, more control, and more endurance. The Kegal can also be used to bring yourself to your full size as your pelvic floor muscles become so strong that there able to hold much more blood giving you my harder erection.

Kegels Can also be used in the way they are used in DLD blasters. While you’re training or throughout the day Kegel as much as you can until your penis becomes completely fatigued. Once in the state of fatigue you’re able to make a much better gains Due to the weakness of the pelvic floor muscles.
