Wear a sleeve after stretching to help the penis heal in an elongated state. You can use the ace bandage too for same purpose.
 
Good evening, I would like to know if you think the mityvac cylinder can be used without a mity sleev, i.e. without the gasket at the base. I'm using it like this and it doesn't give me any problems. You increase the pressure a few times during each 5 mins pumping set. The pressure goes down a bit after few seconds or a minute. You increase the pressure to a few times. Practice with the pump, you will find your sweet spot.
