Just question yourself, how can a skinny person gain enough muscles to look like Hulk over the periods of years without stressing the body to the limits? Penis is not a muscle my friend. That's why I am asking this thing.
 
Penis is definitely not a muscle, but it's a malleable body part similar to the facial tissues, breasts, belly, butt, and many areas that not influenced by the muscles tissue stacking. You tell me that your belly and butt increase naturally without assistance of pressurized stresses called fat? Skin and cavities do grow and stretches over time.

The psychological part is a big part of ED.
I helped a brother this weekend (I believe it was) to cure his ED, it was all psychological (can be on an unconscious level as well).

If we start to obsess about it, it can get worse. But when we are with the right kind of woman and feel secure, the erection can be so strong, that you can punch a hole in a brick wall with your penis.
