Hello,

I am starting PE exercises.

So far I have been doing 100 Jelqs a day with a stretching session shortly after. Doing 100 V- Stretches (flaccid penis of course)

I have noticed flacid penis gains, and a little bit of thickness gains. I have been doing it for a month.
My problem is I masturbate a lot, will this affect my gains?

I plan on increases jelqs to multiple 100 jelq sessions per day and doing various stretches like it says to in the beginner program stickied here.
 
I asked this same thing not so long ago. The answer I got was that sex/masturbation prior to a stretching session is okay because your penis will be in a state of fatigue and stretching will be easier. I found that to be 100% true when I tried.

For jelqing/girth work I was told you don't want to have an orgasm at least 6 hours prior. Edging after is okay though as it helps to keep the penis engorged which promotes further girth growth.

Look into the newbie routine. After the 2nd week it has you up to 600 jelqs. In just under 2 months I added 0.25" in length. In a few months I'll know how much the Bathmate has helped me gain but for temporary growth it has been amazing.
 
I agree with cladre60.

If you get a chance, read thru the SRT thread as well if you haven't. It mentions some notes on sex/masturbation before length work. I think it helps alot with learning about your recovery too.

From my understanding, you could definitely increase the amount of jelqs you are doing but it could be a trade off with that depending on your intensity. Most guys seem to get better results from slow squash jelqs so that may be something you want to look into trying.

Welcome to the Brotherhood AAPE! First I would like to advise on Jelqing. It is not a profitable exercise for girth unless done at 80% erect or higher. Jelqing with a flaccid penis may bring minimal length gains but will bring no girth gains. My suggestion is to work at a much higher erection level, at least 80%.

Masturbation can effect gains if done compulsively. Erection quality is very important in gaining girth so yes, it can hurt gains in that sense. Erection quality is not only important for girth work but also in bed. I see that you made reference to the Newbie Routine and that is where I would redirect you if you are also looking to add length as I do not see any mention of length work. I would also like to see you upping the jets to 300 for the first couple of weeks than double that to 600. The length portion of the Newbie Routine is very, very thorough, it hits every possible angle of gain. I would also send your attention to the SRT thread as this will give you great direction on gaining, healing and tool use.
