I have been experimenting with PE since I was in college and have tried multiple methods with various results. I have been using this site as a reference for quite a while and am looking forward to discussing methods and experiences with others.

Please go to SRT and read the whole first post as it will give you a very good idea of how I create routines. The 5×5×3 is a awesome girth work out, nothing can come close to the expansion you see with this routine. But also take note of all the length work. After you’ve gone through this let me know if you need help putting a routine together

Hello everyone new to PE and excited for what i see in this forum and the exercises available to choose from.. but can be scary to get the routine right. 40yr male with a 6 3/4 -7 inch on good days in L length and 4 7/8- 5 inch girth. Let’s see where my journey takes me and what my end stats will be. Exciting times ahead.

I was planning on starting like most with your begginers routine and then like you recommend the SRT. I would like to first focus on girth unless it’s recommended to gain length first. Ultimate goal a 8x6 sounds good enough.

Hello everyone, I'm 22 years old and new to PE. My measurements: BPEL: 7.6 and MEG: 4.8. I feel like my length and girth are disproportionate so I wish to gain at least 0.5 girth. No desire to gain length atm. What is the best way to acquire this? Can I jump immediately on SRT with the BM and SSJ or should I do something else?

Hey guys! I found this site years ago when I dabbled with PE for a few months, but wasn't able to keep up with it due to military deployments. Now that I'm retired, I have nothing else to do with my time except for PE!
I've been doing the newbie routine for a few weeks and just ordered the Silistretcher. I'm excited to finally get started and be able to put the time towards some real gains. You guys have an amazing community here and I'm happy to be a part of it.

Welcome back my brother! If you need any help in creating a routine with your SS let me know and I’d be glad to do it. It’s so awesome when somebody comes back after such a long time. You’ve matured over the years, you’re probably more ready for this new ever been. I wish you the best on your journey my brother

That’s awesome that somebody gave you a Bathmate as a gift, I guess they really want you to get bigger LOL

The best possible routine to use with your pump would be the 5×5×3 that you will find in SRT. With this routine men see up to an even over 1 inch of temporary expansion. Most men see an average of about 1/2 of an inch. It’s extremely powerful and when you are able to bring your penis beyond its normal size every single day it makes it become permanent so much quicker. Have a look over SRT and come back with any questions you might have
