I would appreciate it if you wrote me a routine seriously, thanks for saving me money. Currently to be honest I just want a good strong working penis and maintaining a strong erection after that, I think I will be able to do PE sessions. You told me in another post that I should work or my pelvic floor muscles and this will fix my erection problems and urination issues (dripping) after 6 months on beginner routine. I want to be 8 inches length and girth too! I am already proportional in my girth and length at around 13.5 cm each. My tip though isnt big and seems not fill out (because of blood flow). The issue with SRT is that I cannot order ANY equipment none as I do not currently live in the states and also privacy problems. I can dedicate 2 full hours for PE everyday. Give it to me boss, tell me, i'll do it! Thanks.

Hey guys!
Stumbled across the group today researching info on the Blakoe Ring. Was immediately intrigued and after feeling alone in this quest for so long, found a brotherhood of men. I'm headed to 50 next year, dont have the largest erection but it has served me well...until the past few years when my T began declining. Erections still come but not as strong or long as before. Sometimes I feel like I get harder nocturnal pee hard ons than when I really want one. Enlargement is something I've always considered and wanted but didnt really think it an option. Now I have 2 goals, bigger and harder. I've pretty much overwhelmed my self scanning over forums. Found the beginner advice and suppose I'll start there. I did begin TRT several years ago and currently inject 0.5-0.75 weekly. I've also read suggestions of additional injections but my Dr is not to hip beyond the basics.
Any supplemental suggestions or injectable regimens in addressing the low T would be appreciated. Reference to medical studies would be awesome as my Dr is willing to read over in considering. As far as gains...I'm starting from scratch. Please guide me.

Welcome to the brotherhood! You found the best corner of the Internet ever! If you need help with putting a routine together I can do that for you. I would like you to read through two routines before we start working together. Read through SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory and read through the Newbie Routine. Between these two threads you should get a general understanding of what we’re gonna do. From that point I can ask you questions and help you lay it all out to fit into your schedule.

My name is Yo and I live in Berlin. I am a roofer from profession. 27 years old.

My goal is to get a big juicy piece of meat down there.

It's not that it's small - it's 15,5 cm long and 14 cm girth - but I want it bigger.

I have been using the Bathmate for 40 days straight ( except for 7 days where I was in holidays and couldn't take it with me ). I do 10 min of pumping at once. Also doing 30 sec * 3 of stretching in each direction. Most time I do 200 jelks as well.

If my measurements are correct, I actually gained 1 cm of girth this month. And maybe a couple of millimetres of length ( it's hard to measure it with 100% accuracy in my opinion ).

Looking forward for expert counselling.

Is it a good strategy to use the Bathmate first and then proceed to the jelks and stretching? I am not sure I am doing the jelks properly.

Also what strategy or tool would you recommend for length? Can you do it without tools?

I really would like to get up to 6" girth and maybe 7.5" length. Been using the hydromax 7 for about 1 week now. Definitely thicker right after use!

That is a wonderful place to start and you should make some really good initial growth. Be sure to create a progress and routine thread to lay out all of your information, your sizes, your goals, the routine you’re using and other important things. When you’re ready to step things up let me know I am here always for you.
 
Hello everyone! Just started PE again after 3 years of letting my Bathmate Hercules collect dust. Last month I went ahead and got the hydroxtreme7 ultramale grooming kit. Currently at 5.5"L and 3.7"girth. I would like to try and hit at least 7x5 by the end of year. I mostly just let warm water warm me up then pump for about 3-4 minutes, jelq and then pump for another 7-8 minutes and then jelq/stretch afterwards. Feels good to be back in the PE game!

Welcome back my brother and I’m so happy you’re about to embark on another journey. If you need help putting together a custom routine don’t be shy and just ask. I can usually give you a routine that will cover every possible angle of growth and incorporate all SRT healing methods. Let me know what you think

Measurements as of right now: 6in NBPEL, 6.1in BPEL, 4.72in girth (measured in middle of shaft).
Ideal measurements: 7.5in NBPEL, 6in girth

Looking forward to a lot of progress and gains!

It sounds like you’re only looking for a girth, is that right? I would like to advise you on how to use your pump more effectively and get much more growth from your training. If you’re using your back me I highly recommend you use it in the methodology of SRT. Using the SRT 5×5×3 will give you insane expansion while minimizing fluid retention. Are you doing any other exercises aside from pumping?

I'm looking for both girth and length. I want to go from 4.72in in mid-shaft girth to 6in, and to go from 6in in NBPEL to 7.5in. I wouldn't be against further gains after that point but at a minimum it's where I want to be.

I'm open to advice from from you for getting more value from the pump and gaining more growth. I will look up the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) methodology you talked about and change my routine accordingly.

Please go to SRT and read the whole first post as it will give you a very good idea of how I create routines. The 5×5×3 is a awesome girth work out, nothing can come close to the expansion you see with this routine. But also take note of all the length work. After you’ve gone through this let me know if you need help putting a routine together
