You should start a progress thread where you can keep all your information, your work out, your measurements, pictures and videos if you desire, daily updates and anything else you can think of. It’s also good to have your own progress thread because you’ll get a lot more help that way. Here is the link:

I would also advise you that when you’re finished with phase 1 you go directly into SRT. The five phase program was replaced by SRT because it is so much more effective. So now people go from phase 1 or the newbie routine into SRT as they are ready.
