I'd joined on the site about a month or so ago and have been using SG ever since I'd bought it back in early June.

I'm trying to find some more posts on SG for newbies. Someone please link me to some?
Also want to know how far I should really stretch for and should I feel any pain/discomfort/strain on the head or base of the penis?


I've started with the general SG routine for beginners that lasted about a month, and I think I've made a slight gain as I'm able to hold onto the extra bar and a half (1.5") plus extending the bottom screw up to its 0.5". I've just finished doing 6 hours of stretching (2 sessions of 3 hours) my dick to 15cm (I'm about 14cm max flaccid stretch at the moment).
I'm using the noose right now because that seems to hold better than the stupid plastic strap that seems to bite onto skin if you don't use the foam wrap.. I'm using binder clips with the noose just like GettingTo9 has done.
And I've tried the velcro mod except stretching my dick into the extender like that, I'd need at least four hands to hold everything steady... unless, you put the strap on and then pull up and link it with the bars...?

I feel a little strain on my ball sack where the extender sits, and also near the head it gets red hot and quite agonising :( does anyone know why this happens? Am I pulling too far for what my dick can handle right now?
To be fair, I've not understood completely on how to stretch from the beginners routine so after a week or two I'd just up a half inch lol

If anyone can help then I'd be greatly appreciated.. I'm going for 8-9 NBPEL!!

Hey all! Mike here, this is my first post here. Tons of great info on this forum thanks to all for sharing the experiences and information. After some basic surfing and reviews of products on other sites I decided to order my first pump, I am excited to say it will be arriving tomorrow. It is not a super expensive model but reviews rated it well. I figured I would start off there, but after reading here my suspicion is a bathmate will be arriving shortly as well in part due to my all in personality haha. I have never really had any complaints, my penis is of decent size as it is but I have always wanted a little bit more. (5x5 Flacid, 7L x 5.5 Erect) Reading through, and I know I have only scratched the surface, I am interested to see where I can go. Anywho... this is my intro. I look forward to this experience and hopefully prove all the negative reviews and medical professionals out there wrong about you have to live with what you have.

Using a device alone is not going to be that good..sure you will still gain if you use a pump or some extender..but the best and the fastest way to gain is to combine a manual routine with a device...you will gain much faster.
 
Hello new guy here. You can call me Frank or Frankie. I have lurked around these forums for a while and I finally decided to join since I have a few questions.

Before I started doing PE I decided to master wrapping first which I have completely failed at. I have been trying for about 3 weeks but it seems that I need 4 hands to wrap. Two hands to actually wrap and the other ones to pull my skin back and stretch my penis. I'm about to give up on wrapping and just do manual PE and use Phallosan for SRT. I wanted to use the Lengthmaster but since wrapping is necessary I doubt I can do that. The questions I have is do you really need to wrap to use the lengthmaster? If I go by percentages my best wrap still has around 30 percentage of loose skin under the wrap so I'm wondering if that's good enough? I have seen all the tips for uncircumcised wrapping but none of them has helped. Maybe I have missed some threads but is there any video that works that shows you how to wrap an uncircumcised penis? Either way I'm glad I have finally joined and thanks for having me.

ChilDsh what are the time differences between your starting length and girth to your current on your sig?
How far are you from your goal?

Have you got any first hand experience between SG use and SG use + manual exercises?
By that I mean, have you tried using solely SG and then measured how much you'd gain versus gains made when combining manual exercises?

I've had a brief read on the SRT, but I still don't fully understand what methods are being done and what to do in terms of supplementing the use of SG (which is currently what I'm on right now, 8+ hours 4/5 days a week).

What would you recommend to supplement SG with?

I've been thinking about using SG just for the time being, but then realised that the whole point of PE (to me) is to gain as much length and girth that makes me happy, in the quickest time possible and also cement those gains so when I eventually stop PE, I'll be a happy and contented young man with a big floppy ding dong impressing the sluts.

Because that's what jocks do, right? :)

I've no idea on where to start with manual exercises... all I'm hoping right now is with extended use of SG (and eventually Bathmate), I'll gain as much as I can.
But if someone does show me that you can gain a LOT more and a LOT quicker by supplementing the SG with manual exercises etc. then I wouldn't say no in trying it out!

Can someone tell me: is it really possible to make continuous gains with SG alone? Has anyone ever tried?

From what I've seen on other posts on MOS, some guys have gained well over 2" in length and a bit of girth in as little as 9 months with SG only!!!

I've made them in about 6 months..i could've gain more but i'm just lazy and i lose motivation very easy...When you use devices combined with manual exercises you will gain more and faster no doubt about that...the important thing is when you use it and how you use it..you should do a manual stretching routine first,like the newbie routine stretching part,and then jump into SG , to keep the penis in that stretched position...read the SRT and you will understand what i'm talking about
 
And devices give you more motivation to train since you'll feel bad about them just laying around collecting dust. They're a great investment.

I have read the SRT a few times as well as the newbie routine. I have absolutely implemented them into my routine. (I am sitting here in a wrap at the moment at my desk... ) After my first use, my first complaint about the pump is lack of a gauge so I am not entirely sure what level I pumped at. While there was a change, coupled with the warm up and stretching, I did not want to pump to heavily and cause other issues this early in the game. I have purchased a gauge which I will add to the pump to keep a better eye on what is going on. Otherwise, I am happy with the pump seems to be of good quality. It is a Utimi Men pump. Good for girth If I ever max that it will be a dang coke can. Length will take 9 inches so I guess it is the right size for me. Ill keep everyone up to date as things progress.

So happy that you have taken the time to read SRT, it will be your best friend through gaining size. It is the perfect routine really, addressing healing and gaining with equal respect to their importance in PE. Please keep us up to date on your progress!
 
Alright, I'll read more about SRT and implement that into my training!

I'm absolutely motivated, no doubt about that. I've been barbell training for a very long time and I've gained attributes such as:- discipline; determination; patience; consistency; and resilience - leading to a successful and exemplary being. Hell, I've even got a progress log of my SG use typed into excel since June! And I've even taken the liberty of taking before pictures to mark progress.
Picture and measurement progressions will be made trimonthly, so I'll just keep everyone posted on my next checkpoint!

Personally, I don't see a point in making a journal because realistically, I won't see any gains made until these checkpoints have surpassed.

Question regarding NBPEL measurements: I think I've got my measurements a little confused and screwed. How does everyone measure their NBPEL?
I've got a measuring tape (probs should use a ruler...) that I use but since I've got an irritating upward curve (that of a banana... ha), it's difficult getting a great measurement.

I usually measure from the centre of the base right to the tip. I've noticed that from measuring from the side of the penis, it looks as if I gain a half inch by doing that...

Can someone please explain where the best place is on the penis to measure length?

I understand that question falls under "make sure you record from the same place" but I'm just confused on what 'technically' is the correct place to measure NBPEL... I do ramble. :p

I'm new here, I've been interested in P.E for a while but only recently started doing it, I'm currently 5x4.5 BP and will keep doing P.E until i make it to 7.5x5.5 BP.
