Alright, I'll read more about
SRT and implement that into my training!
I'm absolutely motivated, no doubt about that. I've been barbell training for a very long time and I've gained attributes such as:- discipline; determination; patience; consistency; and resilience - leading to a successful and exemplary being. Hell, I've even got a progress log of my
SG use typed into excel since June! And I've even taken the liberty of taking before pictures to mark progress.
Picture and measurement progressions will be made trimonthly, so I'll just keep everyone posted on my next checkpoint!
Personally, I don't see a point in making a journal because realistically, I won't see any gains made until these checkpoints have surpassed.
Question regarding NBPEL measurements: I think I've got my measurements a little confused and screwed. How does everyone measure their NBPEL?
I've got a measuring tape (probs should use a ruler...) that I use but since I've got an irritating upward curve (that of a banana... ha), it's difficult getting a great measurement.
I usually measure from the centre of the base right to the tip. I've noticed that from measuring from the side of the penis, it looks as if I gain a half inch by doing that...
Can someone please explain where the best place is on the penis to measure length?
I understand that question falls under "make sure you record from the same place" but I'm just confused on what 'technically' is the correct place to measure NBPEL... I do ramble.
