New member, sort of. Joined like 3 years ago to see some exercises. Started off at pegym. Did about 6 months of pe and went from 6 to about 7.75 . I was never consistent tho. Any woo, stopped for various reasons and dropped to 7.5 which is where I'm at now. I wandered back here by chance and think I'll call this my new home. Better vibes than the other sites imo.

Just started up with basic stretches and what not. Definitely creating a more sound routine this time.

Welcome to the Brotherhood Bpealer! So good to have another Brother here on the forum. A couple of places of interest that are not on any other forum are the SRT Routine, this should be studied and mastered. Another excellent article to study is located here: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...largement-exercise-routine-and-equipment.html This will teach you many of the reasons we use certain methods to gain. Please ask any questions you may have. I also suggest starting a Progress thread so we can follow your training and keep you motivated. Again WELCOME!

Exactly. My eq was crap. I bet at least .25 was just better eq.

Not quite 2. My routines were all over the place and I took so many days off. The main thing I did was jelq and light stretching.

Thanks. I've been reading like crazy. So much info to absorb around here. Your videos are motivation enough for me.

Amazing you are one of the fewest men here that has gained almost two inches being inconsistent,getting those gains by just by stretching...you should be happy whit your gains,besides you are just half an inch away from 8 what else could you ask for:)

Hahahaha, understanding relativity generally is driven by exposure and experience. Some of the girls who understand enough about penis size to know what is, and is not big... would probably be the kind of girl you wear 2 condoms with just in case ;).

Hello Paul and welcome :) BE ( balls enlargment ) is not the same as PE....you can't really increase the size of your balls like you do with your dick...it doesn't work that way..but there are some exercises that will improve the blood flow in the balls,making them look bigger..also there are specific foods that will help.But the most important thing imo is testoterone levels....so you might wanna increase your testosterone levels naturally if you want bigger ballz :)
 
You can't grow balls as far as I know, but if you have a stretching routine along with a ballstretcher device they can look bigger as they will hang lower.

I am new to PE and to the forum. I finally decided to join as I have been admiring and learning from a distance. I have done a little in the past, but have not been consistent at all so no gains to show. I do suffer from a bit of low self-esteem so I have reached a point in my life where I am committed to doing things to help my confidence...this being one of them. Currently I am at 7x5.5 NBEL, which I am not happy with but have lost a bit due to gaining some weight which I am working on first and foremost as well as I feel like as I have lost a bit of EQ, maybe due to a lot of stress. My short term goal is 8x6 and then ultimately be in the range of 9x7. Anyways I plan on learning a lot from this knowledgeable forum and starting this journey. Happy growing everyone.
