I'm brand new to
MOS, and have been back in the PE game since Jan '15. I was doing basic PE stretches and Jelqs back in 2002, and even went as far as getting a
Jes-extender, it was difficult to find the privacy being in high school and living at home still and eventually threw in the towel.
Well, I'm currently 31, married and have 2 young daughters. And am really enjoying doing PE again. I started out with a Bathemate, I purchase the
x40 Extreme in Jan and I love it! I then purchased the
Phallosan Forte in Feb in hopes of a hands free routine. It's definitely easy with my wife on board, although she says I'm stupid for doing it. She swears I don't need it, eventhough I do make her orgasm. Yet I started out at only 6.5x 5, but I can definitely feel and see her reaction when I slam my 6 1/8" pumped girth in her! So she doesn't mind me laying on the bathroom counter pumping while she brushes her teeth.
Anyways, let's get back on track. Like I said, I started out at 6.5bpel x 5mseg, after 520hrs of
Phallosan use and 3 months of Bathemate use I'm at 7bpel x5.25mseg. I came across
MOS and read about the 3 areas of the penis that need to be stretched to maximize length gains and different girth exercises, I knew I could do more.
I work construction and leave my house at 4:30 and don't get home until 4-5 which doesn't leave me much time in the day for my routine. I also lift weight and do cardio which takes up an hour after I get home. After reading DLDs
SRT routine, I am thinking about starting in phase 2. Since I started doing manual stretches before my Bathemate and followed by slow intense Jelqs and squeezes about a month ago.
So my routine as planned is as followes, I'll be strapped at work, when I get done lifting I'll shower and hot cloth.
50 DLD Blasters
15 Bathemate max pressure
Double forced Jelqs and bends
ISO comp squeezes
Cool down
Phallosan while sleeping and any other times possible
