The 5×5×3 is found in the SRT routine and it’s a very simple combination of pumping for five minutes and then doing the SSJ for five minutes and repeat this three times. For length you can choose between a number of workouts found in the SRT thread. Have a look to SRT as far as length work goes and let me know what you think.

Is there a reason why you‘re ignoring my questions about injuries such as venous leak that can possibly lead to lowered EQ and worst case impotency? A slightly lowered EQ was the reason I stopped PE in the first place. So again, what about those kind of injuries while pumping? And what would the gains be if I only did, next to the stretching routine, the 5x5x3 without the SSJ part, as it sounds a bit too heavy for me, so it would be a 5x3.

Not avoiding your question my brother I didn’t see it. The best thing you can do when venous leak is present is to INCREASE the blood flow. It is a vascular decrease in blood flow so forcing blood flow would be correcting the issue. I don’t think it’ll happen overnight but it will happen. But doing nothing about it will end up causing impotence issues.

Do not skip the SSJ as you will not get the full benefit of the SRT. You can use Jelqs instead but there has to be a exercise placed in between pumping sessions to reduce and disperse water retention and to bring girth evenly across the entire penis.
 
You should also be doing a lot of pelvic floor muscle work to help increase your bloodflow also. I highly recommend you follow the newbie routine Kegel portion
 
Hello brothers. I've been doing trolling for a while and experimenting with some PE. I've mainly focused on stretching, jelquing and pumping. I'm 6.7" x 5.4" BPEL. My goal for now is 7" NBPEL.

Hello everyone, newbie here, 31 years old, all my kit I ordered arrives today, got everything from zenhanger, 6.5lbs hanging kit, electronic vaccupump, ads and clamp. Of course I have studied and prepared for weeks, I wont be using the clamp or really the pump right off, working on length first, if i do use pump it will be light 5 min very low pressure just enough to induce a little extra blood flow after hanging. My routine is going to be... 3 sets, 15 min @ 2.5-5 lbs weight will be determined when I start. I will add 1pound a week for about 3 or 4 months, month 2 I will change set times to 20 min. Once I am at 20 lbs I will reevaluate and maybe start changing positions. Any input is appreciated, and I know a lot of the routine is conditional depending on my body's reaction and limits. I understand the key is patience and time, though I would like to maximize any early gains I can get. So please let me know your thoughts. Currently at 6 1/8 in bpel, no other accurate measurements yet, soft tape is in the kit I'm getting today.

Hey brothers, I'm a Newbie on here. I'm also new to pumping. I have a basic penis pump, I've used a only about 3 times, and it was exhilaratingbut I want to make sure I'm using it correctly. Are there any tips or tricks, I'm 5.5" looking to add little more.

The best possible girth routine using a pump resides in the SRT routine. Check out the 5×5×3 work out, there’s nothing that will bring girth faster. You may want to upgrade your pump at some point to something more professional but for now give this routine a shot.

After having consulted with plastic surgeons and urologists, I came to the conclusion that my size did not require medical intervention. The risk is to high and the science just isn't there yet. This forum has so much info. that I had no idea even existed, looking forward to getting some gains using y'alls knowledge and experience. Hope to be able to post some success posts myself.

What’s up fellow PE’ers.

I’m coming here after spending time at PEgym for a while. Nothing bad to say about those guys at all, just seen the wealth on knowledge on this site as well and want to pick some brains.

I’m currently about 5.5L with a curve x 4.25 girth mid shaft. Goal is 8x6. Current EQ is 90% or better so no worries there.

I’m on week 4 of the Quick Extender Pro and like the results so far, although I might not be reaching the 1” in a month length result like I hear can happen. I also have a Bathmate Hercules and pump 20 mins x 2 daily, with DLD’s stretch routine intra workout.

I’ve also recently purchased the Sillisleeve5 4”x.75, and it chokes off circulation. I’ve reach a lot of the threads on Sillisleeve help and decided to get the size up, along with the Sillicap for pumping. Is this potentially a replacement for the QEP or do I use them together, or do I use it at night for repair while asleep and in elongated state?

Add to that some C rings and I believe I have all the tools I could need.

My problems:

Comfort in the QEP diminishes greatly after 2 hours, and I’m trying to get in at least 8 hours a day min, 12 max - have been using gauze this whole time for comfort, switching to the tape from this site when it arrives tomorrow.

The QEP also really limits mobility. Simple things like bending over to put on shoes makes the head try to retract in the device...but it’s locked in so it hurts, anyone else have this issue?

My routine, is it too aggressive?

I have already read through the SRT thread and will begin with the newb routine, I plan on getting the Bathmate in a couple weeks and the Phallosan once I'm a couple on months into the routine.

Sounds good my brother and I’ll be here to help you put that together. But please forgo the Phallosan and go for the SiliStretcher it is a much better piece of equipment with many more options at about half the price.
