I‘ll see to it, thank you.The 5×5×3 is found in the SRT routine and it’s a very simple combination of pumping for five minutes and then doing the SSJ for five minutes and repeat this three times. For length you can choose between a number of workouts found in the SRT thread. Have a look to SRT as far as length work goes and let me know what you think.
Is there a reason why you‘re ignoring my questions about injuries such as venous leak that can possibly lead to lowered EQ and worst case impotency? A slightly lowered EQ was the reason I stopped PE in the first place. So again, what about those kind of injuries while pumping? And what would the gains be if I only did, next to the stretching routine, the 5x5x3 without the SSJ part, as it sounds a bit too heavy for me, so it would be a 5x3.
