I'm keen on length, I'm 6" girth now erect so I'm happy enough with that. More would be good but some more length would be awesome. I have purchased the LengthMaster, SiliRings and SiliSleev DuroSleev to help, they shipped today (monkey)

I'll see how I go but the x4labs traction device is my manual stretching if you like. If I can do two split 2 hour sessions with something as I have an office at work and can close my door and happily sit naked for about that time. Any more and it would look odd

Any help would be appreciated!

It’s great to hear and that will be a perfect set up for me to create a great routine for you. Let me know when everything comes in and I will put it together for you. In the meantime I suggest using the newbie routine.

I've started doing the SRT in the morning and evening. Is it too much to do it twice?

It really feels like I have massive turtling after a session :(

With a heavy duty work out you will turtle and you will feel soreness at the base but these are very temporary. As you become more used to the exercises and start to include healing techniques in length this will not be an issue. But I’m happy you’re getting good workouts in.

Foreskin restoration is very possible today especially using the TLC. This has allowed many brothers to bring back much foreskin.

As far as what to do and how to do it, I suggest you read through both the newbie routine and the SRT routine. Between these two routines we should be able to put a program together that will kick ass and bring you the gains you desire.

Thank you to the advices! I feel very welcome here :) Well, my lenght is 5,1' (I created an album to post my evolution) and don't know the girth but i'm focusing in the lenght. I saw a few routines and I'm trying creating one to adapt my routine. I started 3 days ago and started to get the hang with the exercises. I think i will try to see the evolution for a while and try to buy a device in the future

I've tried a pump once only (got it 2 days ago) and was thinking of mixing exercise and pumping. As for the routine, I didn't really have a chance to try any, is there something ideal for pump and manual exercises (not sure if jelq is ideal).

Any suggestions are welcome!

I would look to put a routine together combining SRT in the newbie routine. Between these two routines we should be able to put together a very good work out for you. How much time do you have to invest in a routine each day?

current measurments :
L: 12cm/4.7
in. G: 12cm
Goals:
L: 18cm / 7in
G : don't care as long as it is not pencil dick
got 2 quetions
1- im trying to lose weight now, so is it okey to do pe while dieting? though im not at a huge caloric deficit cause im doing a low carb diet (high protein/ high fat/0 carb)
2- i live with my family so time and privacy might be a problem sometimes. so if i do multiple sessions of 5-10 mins instead of one big session of like 30-60min , is it effective? and do i have to warm up for mini session even if it s under 5min ? and if so how long sould the warm up be for a short session?
