im 27 yo. from Tunisia. sorry for the english, it s my third language.
current measurments :
L: 12cm/4.7
in. G: 12cm
Goals:
L: 18cm / 7in
G : don't care as long as it is not pencil dick
got 2 quetions
1- im trying to lose weight now, so is it okey to do pe while dieting? though im not at a huge caloric deficit cause im doing a low carb diet (high protein/ high fat/0 carb)
2- i live with my family so time and privacy might be a problem sometimes. so if i do multiple sessions of 5-10 mins instead of one big session of like 30-60min , is it effective? and do i have to warm up for mini session even if it s under 5min ? and if so how long sould the warm up be for a short session?

Losing weight while doing a PE program is very smart as you will gain from the exercises you’re using and you will also gain visually from the fat that is removed from your pubic area. So I always encourage men to do the whole body workout.

Five minutes sessions throughout the day that add up to 60 to 90 minutes will be just as effective as doing a 60 or 90 minute session. In a lot of ways it may benefit you since this is a constant exercise you’ll do throughout the day never allowing the penis to shrivel or turtle. Sounds good to me make a really good progress log so we can follow and make adjustments were necessary.
 
Hello all, after lurking for a while I've decided to begin my PE journey. I'm a 29yo married man in Florida.

After taking my measurements today, I have found that my BPEL and BPFSL are nearly identical at 6.5". I have always thought of myself of more of a "grower", but I guess that's really not the case. My girth is just under 5".

My goal at the moment is to gain an inch in each measurement, so 7.5x6". Obviously I would be ok with more! If I reach 7.5x6 I will keep going for more! 8x6.5 would be awesome!

I do understand the thought behind the SiliSleeve, is it pointless to practice PE without some kind of sleeve so the penis heals in an elongated state? Also, being that I work outside in the Florida heat, I'm usually sweating all day, so not sure if something like that would stay on all day.

welcome my friend and thank you for your post. And you do not need to use a sleeve to remain elongated there are other methods methods. You could use the ace wrap which will hold you at your elongated state. You could use something like the SS to keep you moderately stretched throughout the day. But if none of this is available to you it will not prevent you from gaining you simply will not heal as quickly.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I just completed the newbie routine for the first time. I had about a 3 hour drive this morning and practiced the different Kegel workouts most of the trip.

After completing the first few stretches, I really began to relax and enjoy the process. I can definitely see the benefits of PE that are more than just a bigger penis.

In some of the stretches I could feel the ligaments being stretched, however for the most part it felt more like i was stretching the skin. I'm sure as I progress I will feel it more inside. Also I had some stubble at the base so I think that made it somewhat uncomfortable. Also, my grip at the head was somewhat uncomfortable and painful at times for most of the stretches. Is this part of the process? Or am I starting off too intense?

i’m very happy that you started the newbie routine and I will advise you on this. In the beginning there will be both tissue growth and skin stretch. The skin needs to stretch to a point that can accommodate the new size coming on. This is a normal process that will repeat itself through your PE career.

pain below the head will eventually fade and it will not experience the soreness any longer. It takes a bit for all these things to come together but they will, have faith.

Soreness at the base of the penis is completely normal and will eventually completely fade only to return when you start a more intense exercise.

I’m also sticking to it cause I was in a brief relationship with a woman and she left after 4 months, I tried contacting her (like a dumbass) and she told me she has moved on to “bigger and better things”. So that was a stab to the heart. Well anyway I will post an update just to keep getting motivated, this is my first time uploading anything here on MOS, here I am pumping in the shower.

it’s so good to have you back! Don’t be so hard on yourself, you’re only 37 you have plenty of time to do this. Best way to stay motivated is to stay involved in the forums. When we help one another the brotherhood works very well. I suggest you start a progress thread with all of your information so we can start keeping track of stuff and helping you get to where you want to go. It’s smart to diet and exercise while you’re doing PE as the games will come physically and visually very quickly.

Welcome from Cape Cod my brother I’m also from Massachusetts, I live in the five College area. Your desire is extremely easy to attain simply start the newbie routine and within a month you will notice incredible vascularity.

just joined the forum today. My journey is that I started using bathmate around 5 months ago having read it could help with ED.

I’d been suffering from ED badly after (successful) treatment for prostate cancer. Even ED medication wasn’t really working.

the results from an ED perspective have been fantastic. I still need take the medication but far less and can sometimes actually get pretty impressive erections even without it now.

I’d say I’ve made some minor gains in girth but definitely not length.

But I’d never really thought about using it for enlargement until now. I’ve probably always been pumping to maybe 80% and never more than 10- 15 min sessions in total.


My question is at my age (49) can I still expect to make gains using the right regime and if so what should I look to change/ add to it (eg I don’t jelq at present)?

I hope so LOL or else many of us old men would’ve never made gains. You’re a young fellow my friend and you have a big life in front of you so set some goals and make it happen.

In the process of gaining better EQ you will actually gain size also so that’s some icing on top of the cake. Weak EQ is usually due to very weak pelvic floor muscles. You can strengthen those muscles very quickly and as you strengthen them they will become more able to hold more blood and keep you at 100% plus+!

A very simple routine to follow that will accomplish all of this for you plus more is the newbie newbie routine. This routine has an excellent set of exercises to build a strong foundation and as we progress we can incorporate parts of SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory into your routine. Have a look through the newbie routine especially the portion on Kegels.

I would also like you to look through the SRT routine to see some of the basic healing and gaining techniques that you could use in your current routine. You will also see a really good pumping routine called the 5×5×3 and this will bring incredible growth while increasing the blood flow to your penis.

My goal is to gain length + grith and also cure premature ejaculation.

Haven't been using any device yet but doing some pelvic floor exercises regularly.
Due to the nature of my work I have to sit on a chair (at my desk) for 8-10 hours a day.

Please suggest me the best device and exercise along with suppliment that will help me reach my goal faster.

What's your current stats? And goal?. Jump on the SRT for starters definately, assuming you don't work at home? If so this could be good for an ADS. Start with SRT and see where it takes you, bathmate is a good device to have aswell as SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger

Andy gave you some great advice. If you’re sitting most of the day I would go with the SiliStretcher since it can be worn for as long as you like. People have worn this to bed for over 8 hours and they were safe. So this should be a great way to gain length without a lot of work. Girth on the other hand you’ll need some privacy at home. I highly recommend SRT also specifically the 5×5×3 is the brings girth the fastest. After you read through SRT please come back with any questions you may have. Once again welcome to the brotherhood.

My goal is to improve Pre Ejac and get some length and girth seems by the posts this is attainable I have been doing some stretches but not enough.

By all means get up a progress post so we can support and monitor any progress you make. Have you had chance to look through the SRT and the newbie guide?. both great places to start, follow these for starters and couple that with your own commitment and that will be the best possible start you can have, after that you can maybe at looking to potentially introducing other items to support your gains dependant on how much you want to spend, there really is a spectrum of tools that we can recommend based on your needs.
