im 27 yo. from Tunisia. sorry for the english, it s my third language.
current measurments :
L: 12cm/4.7
in. G: 12cm
Goals:
L: 18cm / 7in
G : don't care as long as it is not pencil dick
got 2 quetions
1- im trying to lose weight now, so is it okey to do pe while dieting? though im not at a huge caloric deficit cause im doing a low carb diet (high protein/ high fat/0 carb)
2- i live with my family so time and privacy might be a problem sometimes. so if i do multiple sessions of 5-10 mins instead of one big session of like 30-60min , is it effective? and do i have to warm up for mini session even if it s under 5min ? and if so how long sould the warm up be for a short session?

Five minutes sessions throughout the day that add up to 60 to 90 minutes will be just as effective as doing a 60 or 90 minute session. In a lot of ways it may benefit you since this is a constant exercise you’ll do throughout the day never allowing the penis to shrivel or turtle. Sounds good to me make a really good progress log so we can follow and make adjustments were necessary.
