ROFL, I have actually watched and while I would like to say that she only takes 5.5 to 6, I would be lying, she will use it down to the balls.
 
Brothers in arms! I'm on the same journey. I've been doing head and girth exercises for 3 months now. This morning I found your website. Not sure what bp etc means.. My length started at 7.2 inches and girth at 5 inches.

Yup. It is a bit tricky but in the right position, bypass the cervix, and watch the water works!

Welcome to the Brotherhood and your goals are very reasonable and can be had very quickly with the right motivation and work. An inch and a half is a standard gain and usually takes anywhere from 3 months to a year and this is dependent on the routine you use. I suggest you look at SRT as a guide to creating an awesome workout. You can also barrow from the Newbie Routine.

I’ve been reading and consuming the forums for a little over a month now and am finally introducing myself. My journey with PE exercises began a few years ago while in college but my journey and curiosity began very young when I realized I was restricted by the over-sensitivity of my glans (I’m uncut) and the constriction of what I now know to be the ‘frenulum’. I’ve never been happy with my genetics when it comes to my little man. I later found that I was well around average - psychologically that’s an idea I despise. This would consume a lot of my mental energy throughout the years.

After becoming sexually active I had a few encounters in which the lady made a comment regarding my size indirectly. I’ve even had an honest conversation with my current girlfriend, of 6 years, a few years back, and she expressed how she wish I was bit thicker. Clearly these encounters have taken a bite at my ego and my journey has landed me here.

I desperately wanted to believe PE was possible when I was in college. So much so, I used a portion of my financial aid funds to purchase some random program, an X4 extender, an air pump, and a Phallosan. I eventually became really frustrated and threw everything away for various reasons. I dubbed “natural & manual PE” to be a hoax. I’ve been taking my personal development very seriously within the past 4-5 years and I’m really trying to learn the concepts of becoming aware of how life is communicating with me. I can’t remember how I landed on a DLD video but it was about 2 months ago and I know it was random. Up until that point I was still considering doing some ‘non-evasive’ procedure with a doctor Loria in FL.

I can’t recall the specific 1st video but I know what DLD said really made sense to me and it led me deeper down the rabbit hole ☺ Through my reading of these forums and the Member site I identified many things I had a complete misunderstanding of years past. This past month I had begun the SRT routine. To say I have learned a lot would be an understatement! I have endured a few injuries, my long time questions to that pesky rubber band thing (frenulum) was answered, I’m currently tying my frenulum, and my girlfriend has questioned me whether my dick was getting bigger during sex on 3 separate occasions. Although I can’t physically see it with my eyes, both her and I can feel something’s different. Needless to say, I’m excited about this new PE journey and quite optimistic. Based on my readings around the forums, I believe my goals are pretty modest/in line with the majority.

NBPFL: 3.75-4in
FG: 3.75in

NBPEL: 5.75in
EGMS: 4.25in
EGG (Glans): 4.5in

{Ultimate Goal}
NBPFL: 5in
FG: 4.5in

NBPEL: 7.75in
EGMS: 5.5in

I have a lot of questions and things I’d like to add t. I hope I can be of value where I can. I think what’s being done here is amazing and cutting edge shit. I’m all about going beyond the impossible or at least testing it and doing things others say can’t be done (Like responsibly caring for and growing our dicks!). Thank you to all the men who’ve paid great contributions here. And DLD, thank you for your innovations sir. You’re a gem!

As a new years resolution i decided to come back to the forum and go all-in with enlargement. i've been reading a lot of posts and then trying it for a couple of weeks and then when i didnt see results i quit.

but now, this year will be different, more then ever am i determined to gain at least 2" in length and 1 in girth.

I'm measuring 6x6 now, so girth is pretty good but i could use some length.

So i am hoping that someone can show me the way to my 8x7 pole..

what are your suggestions to start on reading, doing and gear

First of all, welcome back. I would start with the newbie routine or possibly the SRT. The SRT is a good read and has a ton of great information in it. You can also look over the progress and routine thread to get an idea of what the guys here are doing to achieve their gains. Do you have equipment or planning to buy or go manual?
