Sounds like a good routine you’ve got going, I’m pretty much doing the exact same as you do only I use a Male Edge and Jes extender and just yesterday started incorporating SSJ’s and pumping into my routine again, in the eveningHey all, FNG here. 39 years old and recently separated. MitiVac for 2-3 five minutes sessions at no higher pressure than about 7.5 while I get the hang of it. Siliring during my rest from that.
At night, I’ve been needing my dick to be functional for my new girl so I’m not really doing anything PE-related after about 8 pm.
I’m not even going to bother measuring progress right now. I’m in good physical shape and one of the things I realized early on with that is that the key to success is to not focus on results and just adopt the attitude of “this is just what I do now.” Like going to work. It’s just part of a lifestyle. And I intend to maintain that same attitude for PE. What I will say is I’m already noticing more frequent, harder, and thicker erections after only a week.
