Hi guys. New to the forum. Started PE last summer with the phallosn forte but wasn’t happy with the results. Took a break. I learned a lot and believe I figured out why so I am back at it with a new plan. Plan to start training progress thread for motivation and feedback.

The Phallosan Forte cannot give you quick gains. It works but not intense enough. If you need length gains, buy the LengthMaster 3. You can gain up to 2.5 inches in one year if you use the LengthMaster consistently for one year.

The SiliStretcher is a much more better ads than the Phallosan Forte.

This has likely been asked in the past, but as i am new and there are many threads. I want to start SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory, I noticed that girth and length are done in the same day. I've read in other forums that you ahould gain length before girth, is this not true or does SRT negate the issue that could result from length and girth work at the"same time".

In SRT length and girth are done together as each contribute to one another. Length is done first and girth after.

Most of the time, some people become tired at night after all the day's activities and by the time they are ready to do girth, their erection might become weak in the evening due to tiredness. but in the morning, there is strength and good erection. So some people might like to do their pumping session in the morning, and then length at night.
