Any work is better than no work. Try to always have your extender on when not training. The gains will come quicker and that means you can stop wearing it sooner. You'll gain no matter what but it's better to do them in a planned routine and taking advantage of as much time as you can now, instead of taking longer to do something you could've done sooner. Great gains come in months now, not years with DLD and his great expertise of routines.

2 times a day is perfectly fine. As long as your not hurt or any pain, your good. Make sure your erections are great, any problems getting erect, take a day off. Doing DLD'S routine should make sure your penis is in good shape so you might not need any days off.

Have you started your own thread with your info and stats? It'll be easier to help you there then to let your questions get lost in a different thread.
 
Ok yea I will try to extend everyday but it gets really uncomfortable after about 2 hours. No I haven't started my own thread yet i will do that next. Thanks!!.. I know dld advises doing girth work in a different session but will It still be beneficial to do jelqs right after my stretching routine ?
 
The extender is for stretching after a session, not to be used as the session. What I meant is when you have the extender on, take it off after 45min to an hour to massage and move it around to get the blood flowing. Keeping it on so long will make you hate it and it gets uncomfortable. The head peices tend to do that. Look up the threads in the size genetics forum to see what they've done for better comfort.

Definitely take it off so as to return blood flow and alleviate any pain. You'll get more time with it that way.

The best girth routine for Newbies is the BathMate Routine for Newbies. You can skip the length portion but I suggest you add in 5 minutes of Bundled stretches each day and 5 minutes of erect stretching every other day.
 
Yea I wear it for about 30 min take it off for couple minutes then put it back on for another 30 min and so on. But i was thinking that only 30 minute intervals wasn't long enough
 
I haven't received my activation email and it's been a couple days, but I'll try posting. Been reading up and am ready to commit to a routine! It's nice to see all the help and support available here.
 
Hi! Thought I would introduce myself, I'm totally new to this and would love to see some gains! I'm roughly average right now but I just want more haha! Any tips people have would be awesome! Think I'm gunna start the newbie routine and jut see how it goes :)

YEAH GREAT WAY TO START! be disciplined n dont get discouraged if you dont see inmmediate gains takes time n effort.remember PE is a marathon not a race:)

Everyone is accepted. Even some bad apples return. Have you made a thread and put all your info in there yet? If the dead end is a cervix we can't help, if it's stunted growth, we're here haha. Use your own thread for much better help ok brother.

Welcome to the Brotherhood where every man is treated equally and where every man is welcome. With the tools you have and the knowledge you have picked up along the way I would suggest SRT as your workout. You will break any plateau or stagnation that may be happening. It is, by far, the most gainful routine ever created.

So I'm new here and to PE in general. I'm starting out with the full manual PE guide through the members section, about a week into phase one, and wondered what is realistic for manual only. I am not inclined towards equipment other than an ace bandage and maybe a ring.

Starting
bpfl 4.5
Bpel 5.25 to 5.5 depending
Eg 4.5

Goal
Bpel 7-7.5
Eg 5.5-6
 
Welcome to the brotherhood,manual exercises is the most basic n useful way to get gains.Gaining is not that easy you need to be consistent n you have to exercise everyday if you can.

If you check the SRT routine Dld gained two inches in six months but he didnt take not even a day off..:O

I havent followed the 5 phases my self i have done different routines,n i have gained but i have a lot to gain still....

I do suggest you if you can get a device maybe you should, a device can really help you to obtain gains in an easier way..

The LM the BM,the phallosan. size genetics. Good luck n enjoy your sessions.:)
