My story i think... maybe results a bit different.

When I was 13 years old, i remember that i hear from a friend of mine that you can make your penis bigger. My friend was not from my country (Spain), he was born in Morocco and Moroccan blood..

I remember that he told me that you must have a bath of hot water, during the bath the penis is ready like a very elastic ballon to be stretched.


I don`t remember when i started to try it, maybe after my friend told me or long time later.
When I started to practice it...during my very hot water baths only with put my intention and thinking about the elastic softened ballon that my penis has to be, only with that thought and the hot water my penis already expands a lot..

My first instinct was to do it pulling from the base of the penis. I even never ever tried to do it from my glans or area behind it. Because my glans in that time was very very sensitive and my glans texture and skin very thin.

I did that for long periods of time, hours in the hot water pulling straight forward the base of my penis, around 4 to 6 times per week during months and a lot of masturbation (i was like a maniac monkey a lot of hormones and fire within)

The first notable difference that I saw was that my scrotum was becoming huge, the skin of my scrotum is super elastic until nowdays.. and the veins of my balls were much more thick.

I don't know if this is related to the practice or just normal growth during teenages but i remember really clearly one morning when i woke up and went to pee, I was like Hoooly Shit!!
I saw that my penis looked a lot bigger that my normal size.
In that days I didnt measure my penis yet.. when i did it for first time the numbers were 19,3 cms fully erected.

I don't know how many times i sttoped and i started again.
My beggining was during my secondary school when i was 13 or 14... I am 29 years old now.

My practice was very chaotic and not at all serious or constant, but everytime that i had some months of training i gained visible size.

I read hundreds of messages in the last weeks here in Matter of size, I am practicioner and researcher of old eras practices, mainly healing arts and martial arts from the old Europe and Asia. One of my Qi Gong practices is related with chinese ancestral internal alchemy and the roll of the penis and testicles are crucial to generate certain powers.

So i began to study about anatomy, functions, processes, etc related with sex and our machinery the DICK hahaha

My actual size is 23,3 erected. 9,17 inches.
After get information here and other places i know that the things that i did and the exercises that i created all were attacking strechting the inner tissue into the body. I was pulled the base of my penis forward.

5 angles: straight forward, left touching my leg, right same way, straight down pointing with the glans to the floor, and straight up pointing vertically to the ceiling.
Help from pelvis, hips and waist force, even help from the legs to try different ways and feelings. My pubic hair because of this practice grows from above my pubic bone until almost de middle of my dick, i think is because the inches added and the flow of blood, also my foreskin is very thick and long.



I love this forum, i was silently reading the brilliant topics and exercises for the last week.
People like DLD and others are just proffesional of this.

I started DLD First Routine 3 days ago, pulling from my glans and OMG. I discovered that i have tendons in my dick
was so intense.. men! I feel the tendons strechting and flesh too. I am a noobie about this practices pulling from that area (just right behind the glans) but not in PE after all.

I already can see a little gain!!

Do you think that i can gain like I did before pulling my base but pulling now all the areas and doing all the exercises methods that you have over here?

Any advice??

Holy shit, are you kidding me brother. If this is how far you got with base pulling and stretching, if you incorporate other stuff you can go easily to like a 12 inch dick lol
Girth seems pretty crazy as well, whats your girth measurement at mid shaft ?

Wow! you motivated me, hahaha. My girth goes from 5,5 inches to almost 6,5 more close to the base and also glans into the skin.

Btw i am healing wrapped, like many people recommend here, healing while you are wrapped or even use phallosan, SG, etc.

I got Stealth and its pretty comfortable and i keep it on during night.

I will continue with DLD first routine and combine with my own things. Let see what happens :)

My girth like that is from 5,5 to over 6 inches around the glans area. Sorry.

I got a Stealth because I see many people that wrap the penis after training for better healing and solid gains while it is in that state. I wear it whole day in the last three days just take it off for manual PE.

I will stick to DLD first routine for the next months and the things that i was doing for my own.

Welcome to the Brotherhood! Awesome pictures and wonderful size. I am happy you have found us and have come with some of your own ideas, this is what the Brotherhood is about, sharing ideas to improve the way we gain. The Newbie Routine will be a good precursor to the SRT routine. SRT will really help you get beyond the 10" mark, it is by far the most intense and inclusive routine we have. Thanks for posting pictures, they really help motivate men. If you need any help please just ask!

hello newbie here . been doing p.e. manual exercises for the last 2 weeks and taking L-citrulline 3 months ago 2 pills before i go to bed. then this week i will combine my extenders , penis vacuum pump, p.e exercises and taking multivitamins.
will this routine works?:
from monday to saturday

5:30.a.m. hot water bag warming up 5 mins
basic stretch pull down 20 sec
basic stretch pull left 20 sec
basic stretch pull right 20 sec
basic stretch pull up 20 sec
rotation pull crank 20/20
300 jelqing 1-2sec
hot water bag warming down 5 mins.
100 quick kegels
take 1 multivitamins
6:00.p.m. after work. using extenders 2-3 hours.
penis vacuum pump 20mins.
edging 15-20mins then ejaculate ( monday , wed, friday and saturday only).

Welcome to the Brotherhood! I think the routine looks good but there are a few things that I can offer you to make things even better. With 20 minutes of pumping you are more than likely taking on water and if this is the case I suggest the SRT pumping routine that is much more expansive with minimal retention. It is called the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) and you will find it in the SRT thread. I also suggest you get in Bundled stretches before both length and girth routines, this will help pre stretch very dense Tunica tissue which will loosen up and allow for faster gains. Lastly I suggest you get in at least 4 sessions of week of Erect Stretching for 5 - 10 minutes, this will help sure up erect gains. I wish you the best!

Hello everybody, i have been lurking this site since last year but never introduced myself, before i used to lurk �other PE site�.
The first time i have used some kind of pe exercises was in my first times masturbating when i find myself couldn't last the whole of a �naked people movies� video while masturbating trying to catch the pace of the sex. Then i searched how to build some stamina and got into edging and could find myself catching the pace of the �naked people movies� videos i was watching and could even go for a second video without cumming i couldn't let myself not to cum in that time so i went for the second round.
The i found on that same sites for exercises for lenght and girth and got into stretching, doing kegels and jelqing from time to time. For some time i weared bracelets on my balls to stretch them but i really didn't knew why. I was just experimenting how down could them hang. The last exercise before my nowadays routine that i experimented was balloning and i think it made me gain some girth and a little length, maybe it is because i'm still in age of growing of my penis or that's what i read somewhere that you keep growing your penis till the age of 24.
I began this year with a routine which consists of 3 sets of 10 min clamping with edging using a metal plumbing clamp because in my country i don't know where to find a clamp like the ones i have seen the guys who clamp in MOS use. Then i take off the clamp and do some more edging usually cumming and pass to the dld's first routine stretching(while kegeling) without the jelqing and the warm up. I read somewhere that the edging could work for some kind of warmup but idk. I would really like for someone to tell me if that's right.
My measures are:
8" NBP
8,85" BP
6" EG
I don't have defined goals for girth and length yet but during my stretching when i'm stretching upwards i'm always trying to lick the glans and in the progress of this month i have seen im gettin closer to achieve it, i think that motivates me which is kinda weird.

Hi guys I am a new comer to MOS been PEing for about 10 years off and on I have gotten some good gains.I am how into hanging I have been hanging for 10 months with the bib starter my goal is for 8-6 I am now 7-5 1/2 trying to reach my goal thank you.
 
New here, just started using sizegenetics about a month ago. I've never really taken accurate measurements. I'm not really sure how to or what all the letters beside everyones sizes were. and if anyone could give me any pointers on getting started with an exercise routne? thanks

Hey Jay, you can do the newbie routine. I'll try answer as many as I can BPEL = Bone pressed erect length, NBPEL= non bone pressed erect length, BEG= base erect girth, MEG= mid section erect girth, BPFSL = Bone pressed flaccid stretch length. Anymore you're confused with?
 
Thanks. I wasn't really sure how to accurately measure. I'm wanting to eventually get a bathmate and the lengthmaster. Any opinion on either of those?
