It is an honor to know that you have known me for all that time. I guess you already know PE is for real and have made some major steps in getting that larger unit. I guess the best advice I can give is to continue with SRT and start yourself a progress thread, this way we can see how you are progressing and help where we can.

Hi all,
I started reading about PE about 3 years ago because I always wanted to have a bigger penis, but haven't started doing it until few months ago. My first attempt was last year in August, I did PE for about 2 months but then I injured (I think it was a thrombosed vein) and stopped with it till the end of the year.
In January I started again, slow and with caution. First, let me write the first appropriate measurements I did, from July 14':
BPE: 6.5 inch
EG: 5.3 inch
NBPE: 6.1 inch
BPFS: 6.3 inch
FL: 3.9 inch
FG: 4.7 inch

My goal is achieving BPE 8x6 inch penis in a set time of 24 months or 2 years, going only through phases and exercises from the MOS DVD that I purchased. So without using any other PE devices and techniques, I would like to achieve a 1.5-1.8 inch gain in length and 0.7-0.9 gain in girth. Is that a reasonable goal I set for myself and can I achieve it using only the MOS DVD plan?
My additional goals are also to improve EQ, straighten out slight right curve of the penis and improve my flaccid length/look.

Let me also say that I love taking an hour from every day to improve my buddy, I do PE everyday with occasional day off, so I don't have problems with consistency so far. I use baby powder for a better grip and for Jelqs and other stuff I use natural Jojoba Oil, which I think is perfect and works very well. I also wear cock/cock and balls rings after my daily PE and randomly throughout the day for 15-30 min.

I would like to hear some thoughts and advices on what I can additionally do for getting a better and stronger penis, but as I said, I don't want to start using any additional devices (not yet :)).
So this is it for my first post, I hope my English isn't to bad :).
 
Hey everyone, new here. Never done any enlargement before. Just ordered my first pump, just a base Penomet (based on price and a little skepticism). Just made the order this evening so I will be looking forward to receiving it and trying it out.

I haven't been on here too much but I am going to be doing a lot of reading in the next few days until I recieve my pump. More reading after I get it too lol but I definitely want to get a basic routine down to see some gains. If gains are noticeable, fairly quickly, I will have no issue investing more into my training!

Heya Browndiesel21 welcome to MOS! 😀 as you have probably seen in some previous posts, the newbie stretching routine and the srt thread are both great starting points to get you started on your journey. 3 to 4 inches is ambitious though certainly not impossible, with consistency, patience and drive you can get there! Glad to have you on board 😄

That is a pretty big goal Browndiesel, but it is one that has been accomplished by a few of us. It will take some really good effort on your behalf. staying motivated and using proper routines. Once you settle on a routine let us know so we can critique it for you.

Toeknee welcome to the brotherhood. The lingo will catch on pretty quick but I will try to give a quick response:

BPEL - Bone Pressed Erect Length
NBPEL - Non- "
EG - Erect Girth
MEG - Middle "
BEG - Base "
SL - Stretched Length
FSL - Flacid "
BM - BathMate
LM - LengthMaster
SG - SizeGenetics

That should at least help you get up to speed. Glad to have you aboard. Give the newbie routine a try (it's a sticky under the newbie section), read some of the feedback and gains from other guys on here (myself) included and I think you will see that this "stuff" is in fact pretty legit. If you are interested in making gains, they are absolutely possible. Hope to see you around more.

I been doing PE inconsistency since 2010.

My penis has a upward curve and a mushroom head. For some reason it looks smaller than it is.

My starting size was
Bpel 6 7/16
Meg 5 3/16

My current size as of March 1st 2015 is
Bpel 6 15/16
Meg 5 6/16
So I have gained .5 inches in Bpel and .3 inches in Meg which I have kept because of luck and kegels and edging and random pe through the years.

My short term goal is to become multi orgasmic and have �naked people movies� star stamina! plus
Bpel 7.5 x Meg 5.5

Mid term goal
Bpel 8 x Meg 5.75

Long term goal
Nbpel 8 x beg 6.5 x Meg 6 x teg 5.75 or more!


I have done mostly the Jonpop 90 day routine on and off but never have been able to finish it. I also have kegeled and reverse kegeled and edged.

I ordered the bathmate x30 through the mos website, got the free bag, and the shower strap also. I think I should have gotten the x40. Trying to figure out who I should talk too about the free MOS lifetime membership that is included.

I been using the bathmate x 30 since the beginning of January 2015 but not consistent. I use it without the comfort ring and have passed the 7 inch and 180 marks. I get to 7 1/4 inch in the bathmate. I go in erect and stay in the tube for 15 minutes at full pressure and I repump every 5 minutes. My goal is to get to the 20 minutes.

I also ordered the LengthMaster on Sunday March 1st 2015 because I'm committing myself to PE for the long term and to make length gains become a reality faster!

My routine is 2 days on 1 day off since I know from experience I need a day off. The plan is to try to work up to 5 days on and 2 days off a week. Then to 7 days on like DLD suggest.

I began the DLD beginner routine today Tuesday March 3, 2015.

AM
Bathmate x30 with a full erection for 15 minutes and will work up to 20 minutes.

PM
DLD beginner routine
Edging after routine on most days

Kegel and Reverse Kegels
Will be done throughout my PE workout days
