Yo fellaz I got some questions. I started the program a week ago (own the dvd) and I was wondering, the routine is actually really good but when I'm done jelqing I feel an insatiable urge to ejaculate and I had to really fight not to. Is this normal?

And also when I'm done jelqing and I've done my kegels its kinda difficult to massage my testicles and perform the testicle stretches cuz my sack is sucked in right after jelqing. Am I doing something wrong and if so cud anyone correct me?

You feel an urge to ejaculate because the exercising is increasing your erection strength and sexual desire - this is a good thing. This means it's working. But listen to me - DON'T EJACULATE. Ejaculating causes your penis to shrink and that is the opposite effect you want after jelqing - you want your penis to be pumped and full of blood for as long as possible so it will stretch out into the new bigger form. Masturbating to ejaculation makes your penis weaker and smaller. The longer I go withoiut ejaculating, the larger my penis is when erect and flaccid, and the more gains I get. Trust me, don't wack off, unless its to practice stamina, and don't ejaculate. I would say only ejaculate if you're with a girl and she wants you to. The downside to this is you walk around being a horny fucker all the time, but the gains are worth it. Ditch masturbating man. I masturbated many times daily for years and couldn't get rock hard erections when I was with a woman, and my penis was small and flimsy when it should have been hard and rigid.

Noob here. DLD I will be honest, I came across(no pun intended) this place from seeing the Bathmate on tosh.0. I have always been self conscience about my size. I am 6" exactly with a girth of 4.25" I have been with the same woman for 7 years and have a beautiful son with her, but our love life has been lacking for the last few years. I have only made her orgasm from intercourse alone once... Just joined. DLD I just started a handful of your exercises and have been checking out the forums and your youtube page as well. Everything is packed with information and I'm loving it. I'm 19, have been with the same girl for over 4 years and sex is actually amazing. The reason I ended up here is actually a little unusual. Im taking zoloft for an anxiety disorder that Im convinced I gave myself my fresHydromaxan year in highschool being an idiot lol. Zoloft has raped my sex drive and ability to maintain an erection. Its working for my anxiety though so I don't want to stop. I started your exercises specifically to regain my ability to mainain a rock hard erection, and it has worked. I'm harder, way more rigid (awesome) and what brought me here is I had a noticeable difference in flaccid length and girth, vascularity for sure, and Erect girth within 3 weeks. I didn't know the Bathmate was advertised on tosh.0, that's funny. He boasts of a thick penis, maybe he uses one himself.
I think if you use it correctly, Penis Enlargement + Bathmate should solve your problem.

I got a Bathmate water pump and gained .3" girth in a month using jelqs with the pump. Thing is ridiculous. I've been Penis Enlargementing since late September 2011, and I was very concerned that I'd never get any girth gains. After almost four months of manual jelqing alone with only about .2" gain in girth, I got a Bathmate. I started using the Bathmate at around 5.5" girth, now when I am pumped after a workout and have a night time erection, it's about 6.25". I am 5.8" girth now, and have gained .3" in one month. My girth routine is this:
300 regular jelqs Bathmate for 5 minutes (full pump)
200 slower, harder jelqs
150 downward jelqs (bringing the blood to the head)
finishing with another 5 minutes full pumped Bathmate.
I do this routine every day, unless I feel like taking one day off per week will help. Each night when I do the routine I increase it by adding an additional:
+10 regular jelqs
+15 seconds in the Bathmate
+2 slower, harder jelqs
+3 downward jelqs
and another +15 sec. in the Bathmate.
Then I tie a bathrobe cord around my balls and penis tightly to keep the blood in and keep it on either all night or for at least 3 hours. I also kegel immediately after coming out of the Bathmate at the end of the girth workout.
Sometimes instead of the down jelqs I just do a bunch of really hard jelqs at different speeds, especially if I have a good erection. This gives me great results but can't do it each workout. Taking the odd day off is good too I find.
I'm getting good results with this routine. I have measured close to 6.4" girth in the middle of the night with a pumped erection. I know this is an "inflated" stat but seeing my penis that thick makes me giggle.
When I started Penis Enlargement 5 months ago, I was very scared that I wouldn't get the girth I want (7 inches). I read everywhere that girth is harder to get than length. Now I am scared that I won't get the length I want (9 inches - I am at 7" now), and I'm still scared that I will plateau with my girth gains, but right now I am gaining, which feels great. So anyone that is new, stick to the newbie routine for 2-3 months then get a Bathmate.
Anyone interested in tips for girth needs to check out Redzulu's posts or Dan Clizers (dude gained 1.75" girth in 10 months!!!)
I'm going to make a proper thread of my progress when I have some time to do it up right.
I hope to hell my girth gains keep coming, and I hope to hell I figure out length work too.
Also, I have not done length work in 3 weeks, just focusing on girth, and the majority of the gains came during this time.
 
Hey guys! New dude here, looking to put some serious effort and dedication into producing some gains on my unit :cool:
 
The number 1 key is to not stop the routine for more than one day. I was sick the past four days and have not Penis Enlargement'd and I am back down to 5.7" girth. If your penis is feeling sore one day, take 1 day off, then get back to it. Adjust your routine accordingly. Always make sure you are adding a tiny more intensity or more reps each day, unless you are tired one day, then either do a lighter workout or take a day off.
Since I have been off 4 days, I will be starting back at the beginning of my routine (# of reps + length in Bathmate) but will be keeping a close eye on gains and if I need to increase intensity at a rapid rate to get back to where I left off, I will. If I am gaining still with less intensity, then I will keep it slow. No sense increasing intensity quickly if I am gaining at a slower pace. It's all about figuring it out for yourself and what work, but the only way you will do that is if you have a burning desire to never quit and you want it very bad. I have been Penis Enlargementing 5 months pretty much daily and have only gained about .4" length and .4" girth, but I will never give up because I want it, and that is the attitude everyone needs to be successful. Oh one more piece of advice Tron,
you may want to jelq only for 2-4 weeks before adding the Bathmate to your routine.

Wowzers penny! That is quite a lot of info and I really appreciate it! I plan on doing the newbie routine for about that time(maybe 6 months) before I buy that Bathmate fo sho. I would be ecstatic with 5" girth so I think I have a great chance to achieve my goals with this. I'm doing the stretches of the newbie program just to be thorough, but if I get to 6.5" im just going to focus on girth from then on. I bottom out in her as it is so that's not the problem, it's dat width haha.

WOW. Just wanted to fill you guys in on a few things I'm noticing. I'm sure all of this is on the forums, and some of the info I'm pulling straight from a post I saw just because the exercise worked so well for me, and seeing that everyone here is new, I think it would be beneficial. As I said earlier, I'm on Zoloft and its screwing up my erection quality a bit. Today I changed things up and instead of spending a bunch of time with Dry Jelqs, I did slow squash jelqs and HOLY SHIT. My new favorite exercise hands down. I've never felt expansion like that before (yes I've only been doing this for about 3 weeks and I'm on a newbie routine kinda, but I would assume that this exercise is AWESOME for girth. I also started drinking something called Boathouse Farms Green Goodness, and its loaded with vitamins and minerals that I believe are having an impact on my EQ (possibly the zinc content), as well as increasing my load & sensitivity a little. Its all very noticeable. Although I have been having some erectile issues lately because of Zoloft, my usual BPenis EnlargementL is between 7.25-7.5. Today it was nearly 8 inches. So close that I want to say 8, but I'd be lying lol. Good thing I ordered the X-40 because this stuff is working and I have a feeling I'll be making pretty steady gains. After hearing the Bathmate reviews, I would assume that the Bathmate coupled with slow squash jelqs would be absolutely insane for girth gains. I'm really looking forward to getting it and I'll keep everyone updated on my progress!

Wuddup fellas? Just joined the site but have been pe'ing off and on for a year now. Nov. 2011 I started being extremely consistent(10 missed days as of today). I'm focusing on length mainly and hoping to one day get to 9 in. so I can truly say that I have a supershaft . Still haven't had any growth that I can see on a ruler yet but I'm hopeful. I've been wearing an extender for the last 3 weeks and plan on taking no days off for the next few months until I see some gains from my manual work. Question? How many exercises per session should I do to be considered a good workout? Good luck to you all.
