  • Now, my routine kinda looks like this
    1. Warm Up
    2. Same Stretches as before minus rotary stretches and Dual Fulcrum
    3. 5 mins BM, 5 min SSJ. 3 Sets.
    4. Jelqs
    5. PC Muscle exercises.
    6. Testicle Massage.
    Pretty Simple. This is for days that I use my BM. On the days that I don't, my routine is really unusual, and I'll have to make a video at some point to show what I do. I'm starting to make girth my main Priority, Ulis, Clamping, SSJs, Isolated Compression Squeezes Etc. But I also Do some pretty strange bundled stretches and behind the cheek stretches that I really like.
    6. SSJ's with an Isolated Compression Squeeze after Each. About 5 mins. This is what caused me to burst Capillaries all over my glans in combination with me not warming up properly. Loved Doing this though.
    7. Erect Stretches. I didn't do many of these. Maybe a couple minutes spent on them.
    8. 400 Jelqs
    9. PC Muscle Exercises.
    10. Testicle Massage.
    Now that I'm looking at this, it Explains why I haven't added a great deal of girth, but my length is going crazy. My routine is much different now, But I highly recommend this routine for length gains, and a little extra girth.
    Thanks! Yeah I'd be happy to tell you my routine. This was what I was doing when I started.
    1. 5-10 min warm-up with hot cloth.
    2. flaccid stretches DOWN: Straight, Left and Right. STRAIGHT OUT: Straight, Left, Right. 30 seconds for each.
    3. Rotary Flaccid Stretch DOWN: 30-60 seconds. STRAIGHT OUT: 30-60 seconds. 2 Repetitions.
    4. A-Stretch. As many as I felt like :). I love this stretch, so I usually put a decent amount of time into it.
    5.Dual Fulcrum. Same as above. Maybe 3-5 mins on DF, and 5-8 on the A-Stretch.
