Im new just taking in all the sweet information here, going to be starting a journey soon for hopefully more girth than length since i've been lucky to naturally have a solid size according to the ruler ive seen around... Girth is in the same ratio, but i kinda just wana break the massive barrier then id be good lol.

Since my introduction topic is either lost or unsuccessfully posted, I'll post my introduction here.

I have had a rough year with three deaths in the family and the forced moving in of my SO. Her parents kicked her out for reasons that only make sense to them. I'm looking to regain control over some aspects of my life.

I have started bodybuilding and PE again, along with cycling with my SO. I'm currently working on building up muscle and burn some fat off. I'm roughly 175lbs and 15% body fat.

In regards to PE, I'm just looking to patch up an old confidence issue.

Current:
EL: ~6"
EG: ~4.75"

Goal:
EL: 6.5"
EG: 5"

I'm in it for the long game, so I'll set step goals to help keep me motivated. I'm starting with a simple stretch and clamp routine. I use to jelq, but I had a hard time maintaining consistancy between sessions. The clamp keeps a consistant pressure and allows me to measure the pressure applied through the number of clicks.

Nice size bro and welcome back. I'm sorry for your losses and troubled situations. I know you got life in control though and you'll do all you can to be the best you can be and live a happy life.

Now for the Penis enlargement part. For a sample routine on progressive intensity you can follow the routine that i did to gain length specifically (im no girth expert, but we have other members that can definitely help you with girth).

I am happy you are taking on a complete body modification, I am on the same train and it feels great.

Lastly, whoever made you feel small you will need to revisit after you have gained what you desire and put the weight on them!

A friend of mine recommended me this website, and I decided to take a try.

I've seen lots of acronyms but I'm not into them yet.

So I can say that my current size is 6.5 inches in lenght, and 5.5 inches in circumference.

My first goal is to reach at least 8 in lenght and 7 in circumference.

Currently I am not working so I don't have much money to spend on tools, so I will start with some manual excercises.

I've seen the Newbie routine and probably will start with that one. Will it work to reach my goal?

Also.. may someone explain me what's in the online membership?

Because that one is the only that I can purchase now <:(

Good to have another Italian Brother here. What part of Italy are you from? My family is from Abruzzo and came to the US in the 30's. I want to go so bad and hopefully God will allow this someday!

The Newbie Routine is just fine to start. I gained quite a bit using it before using tools so if you really put your all into it you will make some great gains. I did the routine 2-3 times a day :) I was very addicted :) As far as the membership goes and your financial situation being what it is I will send you a PM and see if there is money in the donations to get you a membership at no cost. If you are not working I would rather you spend your money on food and necessities. Check you PM box.

Hi my name is Mark I have PE ing for about 10Yrs I am some what new to this sight I have been on this sight for about 1 yr and really like it.I have hanging for about a yr and have gotten some good results.I started out using and extender and went to hanging I also strech and clamp.My cock is 7.5 hard and 5.5 thick I want to reach 8 and 6 I love peing and my girl loves it to talk to you guys soon thanks.

Welcome to the Brotherhood Lazer! Your goals are extremely humble and very easy to attain. I would give yourself a good 6 month to a year and you will be where you want to be. When you have a chance start a progress thread in the Progress forum so we can see your routine, size gained, advice needed, etc. This will give you a very interactive relationship with the Brothers, progress threads we always keep a keen eye on. What's up everyone I'm josh. Been doing PE for about a month now. I've always been really self conscious about my size and had come to terms with being 5 inches thinking there was nothing I could do to change that until I found MOS. I started at 5 inches and I'm measuring 6 1/4 EL now. My goal right now is 7 inches. I've been sticking to the basic routine training every day usually alternating stretching and jelqing days. Should I stay with the basic routine and see how far that takes me? I'm stoked about finding MOS!!! Thanks DLD!!
