When I am stretching, am I wanting to feel the pull from the ligaments at my pelvis? If I try to pull very hard I have to grip the head very tight and it bruises. Where am I wanting to feel the pull and how hard should I be pulling? Thanks!
 
Hello everyone, my name is Will. I just registered a few days ago. I am a total Penis Enlargement newbie.
I read up and checked out other forums, trying to learn as much as possible. I then came across this forum because I was thinking about using the SG, Bathmate, and jelqs for a synergistic effect. Right now I’m taking it slow. I’m doing light jelqing everyday and alternating between the SG and Bathmate. Hopefully in about 1 ½ weeks I’ll be able to use everything together, and get some serious gains.

Pull with full strength while flaccid. Take it slow, get up to max tension progressively, when you are there you will know it.

Hey Guys. Stumbled across the site and have been following for a few months. Looking to increase both length and girth, more so girth, being the tall skinny fucker than I am. Plus, I've got my eye on this sweet sweet chick at work who needs destroying!

im new to pe and i was just wanting to do the first phase i have the dvd when im done with the first phase can i stop or do i have to keep doing it

Once you have gotten the gain you desire you can simply stop. It is best to keep a maintenance routine, maybe 1-2 times a week, but other than that your all set.
 
I have two questions, if that's okay.
1. In the DVD, Phase 1 stretching exercises, the man is holding his penis at the head but also holding his penis at the base while stretching. I have only been pulling by the head up until now. Is the idea to pull with both hands at the head and base in opposite directions to stretch the shaft between the base and head, or is the idea to pull at the head to stretch the penis further from the body? Or both?
2. Most days I can't stay erect to do 300 jelqs. I read that you say to be 80%-100% erect to jelq. Is it still beneficial if I am not fully erect? Or should I continue to interrupt my jelqing to 're-erect" and continue jelqing while hard?

I am anchoring the stretch at the base, I am only stretching with the upper hand. It helps big time with grip an stability. At what level are you jelqing? In order for it to be fruitful you should jelq at or above 80%. If you need to stop and regain eq that is fine.
 
Can you gain just using the Bathmate, and what is the best exercise to do with it, I am assuming maybe pulling on it for those 30 seconds sets maybe. Also, I damaged my penis using one of those stretching devices, I had an erection with it on and it moved some tissue down towards the base making it skinny on the top half. Do you think this will even back out by using the Bathmate? Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

Using the Bathmate alone will definitely bring you gains but it is best used in a super-set scenario. What most of us are using is 5 minutes in the Bathmate followed by 5 minutes of jelqing (or the like). This brings the fastest expansion and gains will come that much faster. The DLD Bathmate Hardcore Stretches are great but they are only one part of stretching, it becomes important to do some sort of manual stretching, extending or hanging to counter the Bathmate stretches. If you have a short schedule try doing the Bathmate stretches backed up with BTC stretches, this will bring better length gains.

In the DVD, you are sitting down for the Phase 1 stretches. Is it best to be sitting for manual stretching or standing?
In the DVD, you are doing a fairly quick tempo for jelqing and you say in the DVD that "this tempo is perfect", but in the newbie routine you say do a 2 second jelq. should I be doing a 2 second jelq per hand, or should I be going at the tempo in the DVD (about 1 sec. or less per hand), or should I mix it up and do both tempos? Also, I should be squeezing as hard as possible without it hurting right?

Hey wats up everybody im solomon jones unlike everyone else who was searching the web for a way to enlarge their penis i was lucky enough to have found it when i was 14 from my father accidentaly leaving the pegym up, lol. I started off back then knowing about nothing else but jelqing but after finding pegym i started chatting with other people such as higherone and mike salvini who both encouraged me to join the MOS forums. I started off around 5 inches and im now 7.5 inches. Im now working my way up to 8 and im sure that joing MOS will help.

I like sitting much better. Standing is too awkward for me.

Go with the video, 2 second jelqs are too long and I am not sure where it says this. Could you send me a link>?
