I started with these stats in January 2010 :

NBPenis EnlargementL : 16.5 cm (6.49")
BPenis EnlargementL : 18 cm (7.08")
MSEG : 14.5 cm (5.7") did not measure EG or base EG at that time

After many adventures (starting the newbie routine, then rushed like an idiot and got hurt, was generally inconsistent, etc..) I now have these stats. I generally use min-max because it varies due to lots of factors :

NBPenis EnlargementL : 17.5-18 cm (6.88"-7.08")
BPenis EnlargementL : 19.5-20 cm (7.67"-7.87")
MSEG : 15.5-15.7 cm (6.1"-6.18")
EG : 16.5-17 cm (6.5"-6.7")

Did not gain much in length yet, but I was quite pleased with my girth gains.

I think, that at first I was doing my stretches wrong (will post more questions about my routine in the newbie forum) and also that unconsciously I focused more on girth exercises because I just loved being and looking THICK more than looking long I guess.

Even after almost 2 years I still consider myself a big newbie because I think I still have a long way to go to really understand how the exercises actually work, which ones are the best for me, and finally get at least more than 1" of gain lenghtwise

So thank you very much DLD, Redzulu an other fellow Penis Enlargementrs for all your help, motivation and advice so far

Hey my names Damon Williams. im 18 and jus got out of highschool. this guy named Mike got me on to this. I though he was tryn to get wit me but he actually gave me the best advice in the world. the excersises arnt bad at all and soon ima have a girl say damn u huge ahaha. but i really am pleased with this program. thanks

About my former girth exercises, I think, that as far as I remember when I started being a horny teenager, I used to masturbate a lot, and was really pressing my dick hard sometimes and pushing the blood up to the head to have a huge glan (kind of doing some Jelq/Uli compression exercises without even knowing I was doing them). These old habits might explain my "intial" girth

When starting in January 2011, I really just knew about Jelqing and Ulis, so that's what I was basically did, but at that time, because I wanted to "test" it, I really did it like a loOot, like 300 noon, 200 night, and as I was building up, I was making a super tight tourniquet grip, so it was like Jelqin'Uling in some way, really pushing the pressure in my penis to the max (and no day off, for like 2-3 months)

I knew then it was working, but unfortunately, as I was a complete starter and newbie (and my dick was not used to that at all), I got lots of discoloration as a reward (some have decreased then), and many discoloration spots, like dark stains, like If I had spilled some dark ink on my penis somehow (I've read this is more or less the iron from the blood trapped under the skin)

They are not very esthetic, but I got used to them and consider them as Battle scars like some do for stretch marks

When I reach my goal, then I'll try to find a way to remove these checking the heath/boo boo forums threads.

I've also been using the Bathmate (both models) for about 3-6 months, but basically just staying with it for 20 min every day, and stopped doing anything else (no jelq, nothing just Bathmate).

I had fun seeing the huge temp gain coming out of it, but unfortunately could not perceive any permanent gain just using the Bathmate alone.

Now I hope mixing everything will do it much better ! :D

I did a study on this years ago and I found that men who had frequent, aggressive masturbation habits become larger after puberty than their counterparts.
 
When should the a-stretch be done during the newbie routine for best results? I have been doing it before or after manual stretching (switching it up). Is there a more optimal time to be doing this stretch in the newbie routine?

Hey everyone, been lurching the forum for a few days and I decided to post, even though I'm quite paranoid about posting on forums tbh... I started doing pe less than two months ago and I have to say I am quite impressed, really. When I started I think I was 6.5 or maybe a little bit more but since then I am now at 8.1, which indeed is pretty fkin awesome - and in such little time! Being just about 5'7", looks pretty cool! I have also gain on girth but not quite as much so now I'd like to focus more on it but still work on that length. However, I don't want to buy any pumps or rings or any of that stuff, I mean, if I've achieved such good results with basically just stretches and jelqs, surely I can gain girth with some manual exercises? Besides, those things just freak me out, I'd feel mad weird using them. I've seen some of you guys say edging is the way forward but I don't really fancy the idea.. I used to think I'd wanna have an 8.5 and it was funny when dld said that was actually Ramon's (from Bangbros) size, which I thought would be far harder to achieve, but now, it's just around the corner!

Which exercises did you do to get these gains?
 
Just basic stretches and basic jelqs, really. Like about a week ago I started doing some of dlds exercises like the a-stretches, c-jelqs, peyronies jelqs, angle jelqs, iso comps and dld bends and I think they've revived and increased my gains quite a lot! By just stretching and jelqing I had gained very noticeable results but man after doing this exercises - it's just amazing how fast they've worked!

You know what, it may already been two months tbh.. as soon as I find where the hell I put the date I started, I'll let you know.

Good morning everyone, I just recently discovered this forum and read a few things in here before posting. I've been doing DLD's newbie routine for the past 3 days and I'm excited to continue. Later down the road, I would like to get either the Bathmate or the SG. I can't exactly afford both right now, but will eventually. Which one would you guys advise to get first? Thanks in advance!
