I have always done these before the Bathmate. My thinking that his stretching/expansion of the penis sorta grooms it for some more expansion in the Bathmate.

Hello Guys ...this is a great site..I am new to this..Never did any thing to increase my member size.
Ordered my Bathmate and should be soon with me.
Could some one please give me some suggestions or any videos that they have to do my routines?

Hello from New England!

When I was still a young teenager, about 11-12 years ago, I discovered a website that taught "an ancient Arabian technique to enlarge the penis" somewhere on the web. Being young and impatient I wanted results quickly, which led me to give up just as fast due to boredom. In 2007 I began lurking around different Penis Enlargement forums, and in 2008 I tried a few exercises here and there. It wasn't until March of 2009 where I sat down and began a five month routine that saw an increase in BPenis EnlargementL (from 7.2 to 7.8) and crazy girth (5.0 to 6.0, 6.5 at the base).

Unfortunately due to eagerness and depression an injury occurred that left my penis and other nerves in the pelvic area numb, possibly due to falling asleep (drowsiness from the depression) with a cloth twisted around the base. When I first began doing it I had it on for ten minutes, then later on two 20 minute sessions, then an hour long session, and it increased the girth from 5.0 to 5.3, then 5.5, then 5.7, until I had this huge thing in my hands in a matter of weeks. Sometimes I'd edge along with it. When I fell asleep on that fateful night, however, I was out for 3 hours. However, I had a nervous breakdown around that time too (unrelated financial reasons) that could've prevented me from healing properly. Erections just weren't the same for a long time after that, and while I'm nearly recovered 3 years later there's still things missing from before the injury physically and mentally that I'm not sure I'll ever fully recover.

I'd like to share my previous experiences in Penis Enlargement and my future endeavors. Or just discuss what I've learned in my Penis Enlargement career. People may laugh at the idea but I personally know that Penis Enlargement works, it just takes a lot of time and imagination to make dreams become reality.

Oh, and I hope to be 9" BPenis EnlargementL and 7" EG someday. Although from what I've learned it isn't the end result that matters, but those tiny increments after every few weeks that keep adding up. Those are the things to be looking forward to when performing Penis Enlargement!
 
I would not think that the restriction for that short of a time would cause erection issues physically but it more than likely threw you for a loop mentally and this is just as damaging. I would start by trying to accept that there is no injury, your penis is healthy and ready to become bigger. Basic Penis Enlargement, as you probably know, will immediately help your erection strength. Jelqing is fabulous for bringing greater blood flow to the tissue allowing for greater expansion and harder erections. The Bathmate is also very awesome with the same. I suggest starting up with the Newbie Routine and work from there. Take your time and allow yourself to gain safely.

There was this time back in 2009 where I had to lay in bed for a few days as jolts of pain ran down the left side of my testicles and down the thighs. Couldn't go see a doctor (our financial troubles were really that bad) so I left it alone. Before that I always had this "full" feeling in my genitals, but afterwards everything felt empty and less sensitive. I could no longer feel contractions when trying to do kegels, so I gave up. I had this "tennis ball" sensation that seems like it's a symptom of piriformis syndrome, but stretching didn't help at all.

So in my three year quest to restore sanity/erection quality, I tried a number of things. The first thing included a cheap pump (financial troubles...) that I used for water pumping. It brought blood back into the shaft and kept it from being starved of blood.


Then I tried to retrain myself by focusing on the the old sensations, like kegeling. "Okay, I can stop myself from urinating, so that means I can kegel. Okay, I can feel the contraction with my hands. Okay, I can feel the contraction without my hands..."

And recently, what seemed to help a lot, but was totally accidental because I was searching for lube, was Tiger Balm.

That stuff burns like a mofo, but it seemed to wake up my nerves! Even the blood flow in my shaft returned to normal, and that tennis ball sensation is no longer there. (I don't recommend using it often though, ow)

I'm back to doing the Newbie Routine, simple stretches, jelqs, and warm ups are the best. I've always wanted to purchase a Bathmate, but I'm currently focusing on reaching my financial goal asap before I splurge on any equipment.

Well going through that stress definitely effected you mentally, it would to anyone. At least you know now that it is mental and it is now passing and becoming nothing more than a past memory. Put your efforts into the Newbie Routine and get yourself back to the shape (and better) than you ever have.
 
Been a lurker for about a year. Read a lot of forums did alot of research, Now I am ready to start my Penis Enlargement journey. Thanks to all who put this site together!!

Hey Guys --

Im at 6 weeks Phase 1 getting ready to measure again, I have a question-- I think I pulled a lig hard, and its sore, a bit swollen-
I backed off the streching-- can I still work out ? will this stop my gains?

also In the DVD The instructions are to do 2 basic stretching 2 down, hold 2Left Hold 2 Right Hold and Rotary-- 2-
Is it extremley important to do the straight out ones? and behind the Cheeks as was written in the text?

Im a bit confused as to how many basic stretching I need to do.

If you are feeling sore at the base it is more than likely normal soreness or lig pain. Is there sharp, shooting pain present? As far as Phase 1 stretching goes, follow the revised version found HERE.

Good that you are doing your homework, it is smart to understand Penis Enlargement before jumping in. There are many new things to learn and the best way to do this is by reading. The Newbie Routine is a great place to start to learn, understand and gain.
 
Thanks guys I'll be posting questions if I need any help. I'm pretty much researching the Tunica, Smooth muscle, and ligaments so that I'll know how to stretch it out properly and which exercises are most effective to maximize my gains.
