Hi guys. Joined a couple years ago and just read, trying to get some knowledge you know. I started Jelqing but I didn’t know what I was doing, but saw a result over the summer (not too much but it was a gain).
Then I stopped completely. I bought a bathmate hercules back in 2014 and used it off and on for some 6-8 months. Stopped using it in 2016 (I know idiot) and lost any gains I made. But I did keep some, even though I didn’t keep a record my penis was just under 6 inches erect don’t remember girth, and as of January 31 2020 it measured 6 3/4 inches x 4 5/8 inches girth.
I stared pumping again cause I gained a lot of weight (I’m 37 now and gotta make a lifestyle change) and now I’m dropping some weight also as I start my PE experience again. I’m also sticking to it cause I was in a brief relationship with a woman and she left after 4 months, I tried contacting her (like a dumbass) and she told me she has moved on to “bigger and better things”. So that was a stab to the heart. Well anyway I will post an update just to keep getting motivated, this is my first time uploading anything here on MOS, here I am pumping in the shower.

it’s so good to have you back! Don’t be so hard on yourself, you’re only 37 you have plenty of time to do this. Best way to stay motivated is to stay involved in the forums. When we help one another the brotherhood works very well. I suggest you start a progress thread with all of your information so we can start keeping track of stuff and helping you get to where you want to go. It’s smart to diet and exercise while you’re doing PE as the games will come physically and visually very quickly.

I’d been suffering from ED badly after (successful) treatment for prostate cancer. Even ED medication wasn’t really working.

the results from an ED perspective have been fantastic. I still need take the medication but far less and can sometimes actually get pretty impressive erections even without it now.

I’d say I’ve made some minor gains in girth but definitely not length.

But I’d never really thought about using it for enlargement until now. I’ve probably always been pumping to maybe 80% and never more than 10- 15 min sessions in total.


My question is at my age (49) can I still expect to make gains using the right regime and if so what should I look to change/ add to it (eg I don’t jelq at present)?

I hope so LOL or else many of us old men would’ve never made gains. You’re a young fellow my friend and you have a big life in front of you so set some goals and make it happen.

In the process of gaining better EQ you will actually gain size also so that’s some icing on top of the cake. Weak EQ is usually due to very weak pelvic floor muscles. You can strengthen those muscles very quickly and as you strengthen them they will become more able to hold more blood and keep you at 100% plus+!

A very simple routine to follow that will accomplish all of this for you plus more is the newbie newbie routine. This routine has an excellent set of exercises to build a strong foundation and as we progress we can incorporate parts of SRT into your routine. Have a look through the newbie routine especially the portion on Kegels.

I would also like you to look through the SRT routine to see some of the basic healing and gaining techniques that you could use in your current routine. You will also see a really good pumping routine called the 5×5×3 and this will bring incredible growth while increasing the blood flow to your penis.

What's your current stats? And goal?. Jump on the SRT for starters definately, assuming you don't work at home? If so this could be good for an ADS. Start with SRT and see where it takes you, bathmate is a good device to have aswell as sillistretcher

Andy gave you some great advice. If you’re sitting most of the day I would go with the SiliStretcher since it can be worn for as long as you like. People have worn this to bed for over 8 hours and they were safe. So this should be a great way to gain length without a lot of work. Girth on the other hand you’ll need some privacy at home. I highly recommend SRT also specifically the 5×5×3 is the brings girth the fastest. After you read through SRT please come back with any questions you may have. Once again welcome to the brotherhood.

By all means get up a progress post so we can support and monitor any progress you make. Have you had chance to look through the SRT and the newbie guide?. both great places to start, follow these for starters and couple that with your own commitment and that will be the best possible start you can have, after that you can maybe at looking to potentially introducing other items to support your gains dependant on how much you want to spend, there really is a spectrum of tools that we can recommend based on your needs.

Been lurking just recently, I'll introduce myself now.

I first heard about PE when I was a teenager, but I never took it seriously. I had also heard of "horror stories" of guys injuring themselves doing this, so I was even more put off. Recently, I started looking into it again, and found that you guys have certainly made a science out of it.

My biggest reason for joining is that I am on the "larger" end of micropenis, and this is probably the first time I've ever posted this anywhere on the internet. I haven't measured myself recently, but last time I checked (which was years ago now), my penis was a little under 3 inches when erect; I still have no idea what my girth is. It's honestly been a source of shame for me for most of my life, but I figured it's about time I do something about it.

As for who I am, I'm a 29-year-old cancer biologist about to receive my PhD. I am married, but I thank whatever god is out there that my wife has a VERY SMALL vagina, so sex hasn't been a problem for us. However, I'm not choosing to do this for her, I'm doing it for me. I do hope she can get more satisfaction out of it, though. I'm currently overweight, which contributes to my small penis size, but I just started up my old routine from when I was training for powerlifting and bodybuilding. Depression is a huge problem in my career, and it affected me to the point that I just let myself go. But I'm making a comeback!

As for what my goals are, I would honestly be happy if I could just get to average size (so 5 inches). Once I get there, I may keep going; don't know yet.

I'm going to keep reading as much as I can from this site before I start; I don't want to get injured either. I read through DLD's beginner routine and about SRT. I want to make sure I have any-and-all equipment necessary for when I start. I don't have the money to afford the whole kit right now, so I'll do what I can without it for now. I welcome any and all suggestions!

I do not suggest you buy anything right now I would rather work with you doing the newbie routine until we can get some quick newbie gains. Many guys will see a quick inch gain in a very short amount of time (some under a month) I would start doing it exactly as it is written in as you progress so we can think about tours later.

your depression and your situation I can completely understand. I’m glad the good Lord has given you a wife that’s compatible with you as you are! Praise the Lord! But this does not mean you have to settle for where you are, God wants you to make the most of what you are. So setting a goal of 5 inches is not only humble but it’s extremely doable.

I suggest you start the newbie routine alongside of an aerobic routine. I will steer clear of lifting weights at this point I would strictly work on losing fat through aerobic activity. If you do this along side of your PE routine your gains will come so much quicker.

I highly recommend you start a progress thread and start to write up what your routine is going to be. You’re starting sizes, your goals, pictures and video if you want, and other things to add. Having a journal here helps us keep you working.

Well my goal to reach 5.5 inches in length permanently and if i have some girth growth as well that would be nice but girth aint a big deal for me.I also didn't know there was a community like this and its very helpful.

I am approximately 6" x ?? (never measured) but it's pretty thick heheh. And it's always been a turn on for me, to have a big penis and fuck a woman senseless with it. I am slightly worried about getting too big (and I haven't even started xd) but i'd love to have a bigger package.

This especially true about my flaccid length. I am a huge grower. Some days it may triple its size when erected. And it has always made me feel self-conscious because most times people notice my cock (naked or through my clothes) I would not be erected. It gets worse because of my big balls, which are pretty high up and push the dick upwards, making it stick outwards so people can see how small it is when flaccid.

I guess this is all for now. I'm pretty excited about this and willing to tell you all about my progress. Thank you all for being there, I've been looking and I love the community you have created.

Not really you should maybe start with the SRT and newbie guide on here. That will give you a great start without anything to buy.

Once comfortable then there are many options open to you bathmate/mityvac /sillisleeve/LM. All good in their own right and will help you progress even more but manuals are a great start for any newbie

I started experimenting with PE about four years ago and have gone from a very average 5'5" to 8'5". Needless to say, I'm very happy with these gains and am here to share my experiences and learn from members at MOS. Hey guys,

I'm not new to PE but new to here lol. Only found this place after thinking there might be a place to talk about this, and researching about the Vacutech. I bought a hand pump about 10 years ago and since then it's been a journey of devices working out to greater and lesser degrees and stopping and starting...

Seems to me though that this is a great time to get PE going again, and my long term job is a work-from-home affair, I'd like to get some kind of all-day solution in place before long. DLD has pointed me to a Newbie routine that seems cool, lots of stuff to try and learn. In terms of the equipment I've had, I've had a bathmate which I didn't find fit with my life (living in a shared place and occupying the shower for half an hour sucks) I have a basic no-name extender which I've modified to be more comfortable, and I have a no-name digital pump. I'm not that impressed with it and I'd like to upgrade to the CTC DP-4000 maximizer, but considering the cost that's more long term.

Welcome back my brother and I’m glad that you have matured since we last visited, maturity goes hand-in-hand with dedication. I advice to stick with the newbie routine for 2 to 4 weeks and then move into the SRT routine after. You can read through the SRT routine now to get some hints and tips on how to make your sessions more formidable. Do you have any questions please just ask.

welcome my brother! There are two places to look to get started. I would first look through the newbie routine as this is a very good starting routine that builds a very good foundation for more advanced exercise. I also highly recommend you read the entire SRT work out as many of the methods used here can be employed in your routine. Have a read through both of them and let me know what you think and any questions you may have.

I'm a new member but not new to PE. I've been coming back to this site on and off since 2012, in fact, this site is what convinced me into buying a dick stretcher back in 2012. I've tried it all and had quite good success, on and off.

Today I did the bathmate stretches as well and got a major deep stretch. I still need a sillistretcher to hold my gains and maybe some rings to keep my girth after the bathmate. Looking forward to continuing my work here and sharing my gains.

Oh and last but not least my current girth is 4 1/2" and length is 5 1/2". I think my goal is 6" on length and unsure on girth but am loving the intial results.

Wow! You don’t have far to go to meet your goal, that is excellent. I’m also happy to see that you’re pleased with your Bathmate, It is a very powerful tool especially with the handball. How exactly are you training? Are you using the 5×5×3?

Well I think about it this way. I can always change my goal higher and that way the end seems a little sooner ? I am not sure how much length I am after though. Hard to judge right now but don't want something scary or unmanageable ?With the hand ball I have been doing 3 sets of 5minute sessions daily so 15 mins or so. Then after that I usually follow up with some coconut oil rub down and some jelqing with some occasional stretching through the day to relieve the new found soreness from working things out? I still need the other pieces to complete the puzzle.
So my list is the sillistretcher for length and retention and some rings to help keep my girth gains. Do you think I need extra sleeves or does the stretcher come with enough stuff for now? Is my list well rounded?

I get your 5x5x3 reference now. Had to click the link. I do those stretches but have one question. The behind the cheeks. With hands do you try pushing down behind or is it more of a reach around pull?

You are set up with sleeves when you buy your SiliStretcher.it’s not a bad idea to order extra sleeves because they do go eventually.

From what I've read, the struggle isn't a physical one but a psychological one; the ability to be patient and consistent with your PE routine and to tune out of our need for instant gratification.

For the last three days, I've been doing lazy ass stretches for most of the day, as well as 3 sets of 30 seconds stretches at different angles(essentially around the clock, outward and BTC). In the coming days, I'll be adding the Silistretcher and the Penimaster Pro for some active extending as well as some light hanging.

Looking forward to sharing in this journey with you all and getting to our goals together, somewhere down the road.

This is a wonderful introduction and I would love for you to copy this and paste it into the Routines in progress section as we can follow you better this way.
