Hi guys, im currently working with Big Al and will be updating my progress log today onwards with my routine. It might not look intense enough yet with my 10 - 15 mins of stretching and average girth work, but im planning to move up slowly. It consists of higher erection advanced squeezes, tension stretches, 5 way stretches, erect kegels and edging 20-30 mins. 4-5 days per week.
I am planning on purchasing devices like the Penis Master and
LengthMaster sometime end this year, after I get some conditioning.
