Some men train every other day some do 5 on 2 off. In the beginning you may need more rest until you become used to the training. I wish you the best!

Thank you DLD. I just want you to know that I'm committed to this program. I reckon these days it's just gonna be like when a couple of years ago I started working out in the gym.
I'll surely get used to these exercises & hopefully be able to do those daily without any breaks. :)

Good outlook Brother! Penis Enlargement is very much like a gym workout, form, commitment and dedication are everything.

Hey I'm a new guy around here but I'm quite active at Pegym.

I live in Finland but I'm planning on moving away in future. I'm 21 year old guy who aspires to become a personal trainer.

Do not have anything against this forum since just trying to learn more about PE in general.

I started about 7 months a go and used to watch �naked people movies� daily. I have since then quit �naked people movies� almost 100 % off and made pretty good gains.

Starting stats BPEL: 6.3 Inches (16 cm)
EG: 5.1 Inches( 13 cm)

16.6.2014

BPEL: 7.8 Inches (19.7 cm)
EG: 5.5 Inches(14 cm)

I'm currently focusing on length since I want to be at 8.5 inches and depends how long it will take even want to achieve 9 inches BPEL.;)

I trust the length first and girth second so that's why I'm going with length first.

Girth wise my ultimate goal is 6.5 inches.

There is always new things to learn so I came here to read and interact with members of MOS.

I want to do clamping and maybe hanging in future. Basicly I just enjoy the whole process of PE since it is all part of my self improvement journey.

Greetings folks, it is the rule to introduce myself to you.
I'm new to this community BUT I'm not newbie for PE
I'm on the fifth month of training so I'm looking for advanced routines and word of help to get through this.
Reason I came here is to find out how to perform SSJ (Slow Squash Jelq), my english isn't perfect that much so I don't understand well,
Can anybody give me the link of some video to see exactly how it's done.
By the way, my routine consists basic wet jelqing and JAI stretches, it works good, but I want to get some more routines. Thank you all :)

We'll like 2weeks ago I was doing tons of kegal an yesterday I started my first routine I am doing the newbie workout is day good an also I add lots of kegals during each stretch and jelq is that good so far

Welcome to the forums! Making flaccid gains is very consistent with making any type of length gains. The way to cement the flaccid gains to be more of a shower is using Uncle Jims' Strap or the SizeGenetics Extender, or both. Read more about this in the SRT Thread.

The SlowSquashJelq can be found at the link posted, there is explanation and video instructions there. You could also purchase a video membership that will show you more extensively how to perform this powerful jelqing exercise. Since you have been in PE for a while you may appreciate the teachings in SRT, it is the latest routine that utilizes every possible way to gains and heal with speed. Kegels are the hidden gain method many guys miss, it helps with erection quality which contributes to girth gains. When you do enough kegels you can experience fatigue which is the best time to stretch the penis, as in DLD Blasters. I am happy you found a home here and I wish you the best Brother!
 
Hello, I am new to MOS, and to pumping, and also PE as a whole. I've messed around with it a bit in the past but now I am more interested in making some serious gains. I found about about MOS by seeing a video of DLD and thinking man, can you actually make that large of gains through PE?! So here I am, my Bathmate in the mail hopefully arriving tomorrow and I'm ready to get started. As for goals I would love to be in the 7.5 - 8.5 inch range and add an inch or more to my girth, I'd even go bigger if it's possible and the girlfriend enjoys it, but honestly any results are good results! My current measurements are,

Flaccid
length: 4.75 in
girth: 4.76 in

Erect
length: 6.75 in
girth: 5.5 in

Goals (Erect)
length:7.5-8.5 in
girth: 6.5-7 in

I am new to MOS, pumps, and for the most part PE, I've experimented with PE in the past put never was serious about it until now. I found out about MOS by watching a video review of the bathmate by DLD, he seemed so passionate and knowledgeable about PE that I wanted to know more. I recently ordered the bathmate - should be here tomorrow actually!

As for goals I'm really happy with anything, I'm already very confident with myself now and both me and my girlfriend agree that sex is very satisfying. However I and she both agree that if it got bigger that wouldn't be any problem. With that being said I would like to get to a length of between 7.5 and 8.5, and a girth of 6.5 to 7, any bigger than that would be just as fine too.

My current measurements are,

flaccid:
len: 4.75 in
gir: 4.76 in

erect:
len: 6.75 in
gir: 5.5 in

I am new to the MATTER OF SIZE FORUM - My erect length is 7.75 inches. I am looking to get over the great 10 inch (hopefully 11 or 12) in length and at least 6 inches in width. I recently ordered the Length Master and I am eager to produce gains as well as contribute to the forum.
I hope everyone gets to their goals on here and can continue to stimulate ALL OF US to keep going.

Welcome to MOS! I am happy you found us and I think your goals are very realistic and you are starting with a above average size so you may see these gains very quickly.

Welcome my new Brother. I think you will see gains pretty quickly with the LengthMaster, it is very powerful. 10" is a very big penis but it has been done by a few of us, so we will be routing for you!
