An inch in length and has being achieved in as little as 6 months by some members and is generally achievable within 1 year.

In regards to your erection function, do you engage in regular exercise? It could simply be a poor circulation.

You should do DLD's newbie routine and simply use mental strength over time to prevent masturbation (it happens to everybody - i got to 498 out of 500 jelqs once and came). Flaccid length is by far the easiest thing to gain so in addition to the DLD Newbie routine you should look in the main sub-forum for the Uncle Jim Wrap thread.

I've been here for a few weeks now i guess and I've been doing pe for about 2 months, though i havent been very consistent with it. I am trying to get better at that. As my username says I'm not looking to get huge but my goal is to reach about 6.5 nbel plus or minus half an inch. I've been researching alot about pe and about different exercises ever since i started a few months ago. My routine as of now consist of:

5 minute warm-up with heating pad
10 minutes manual stretches, straight down, to the right the left and straight out. I dont stretch up because of the whole lot theory even though i know there is some controversy over this. But also when erect my member does aim up quite a bit so i figured i should focus on stretching the ligs.
Next is 100 dry jelqs, i like them better than wet. Feel like i get a better session in.
Then 1 hour with male edge extender on medium tension line.
And then 100 dry jelqs again.
And then 5 minute warm down with heating pad.

The problem with my routine is that i would like to do more manual stretches but i cant because after about 10 minutes my hand starts to cramp. And if i go longer on the stretches then i am unable to do my jelqs. Plus like i said after 10 minutes my hand starts to cramp which makes it hard to keep stretching. Also when i stretch i hardly ever feel it in the ligs. I would like to be able to get a better longer stretch routine in because i want to gain plain and simple. I have tried the whole behind the cheeks stretches but sad to say my member is a little on the short side for that until i get some gains. When i try that it feels more like my skin is ripping apart more than anything else. I am determined to get a good routine going cause like i said i want to gain. Any and all recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Oh and by the way i do pull almost as hard as i can when doing my stretches, and i do dry jelqs cause i feel i get a better jelq session in with them versus wet jelqs. Also should i cut out the jelq session and just do stretches and extender to focus on length first and once i reach my goal then start working on girth. I've. Hello and welcome to the MoS site! I'm new to the site as well but I've been Penis Enlargementing for over 4 years. For your stretching issue, DLD recommended me to use latex gloves when I stretch. I had the same problem too, my hand would get sore or it got slippery so some days I couldn't get a great stretch session. But with the gloves I can pull harder without so much strain on my hands. For the "tearing at your skin, itchy" feeling you get. That's what you want to feel when doing BTC. Cause its lengthening your skin and ligaments at the same time. I used to like dry jells but I felt they were more for girth then length in my case. But do what makes you feel good. Looks like you're off to a good start, don't forget to kegel. You'll thank yourself later ;) Happy gaining my friend!
 
Cool ill give the glaves a shot. I been using baby powder but i still have to grip just as hard with that. Gloves sound promising though. And il give try the btc as well again. I would like to lengthen the skin some just enough to get some extra slack in the shaft skin so i guess i keep trying i guess sooner or later the tearing feeling will ease up. I actually have no previous experience to Penis Enlargement. I have seen various ads for devices and pills etc. in the past, but I assumed it was all BS. Happened to come across this forum and read it a little - then I thought 'hey maybe there is some truth to some of this.'

One question I had off the bat is, what are the various terms such as NBPenis EnlargementL, BPenis EnlargementL, EG? I see them used a lot but not really sure what they mean. I looked to see if there was an explanation on the site but wasn't able to find it.

Greetings fellow newbie. I haven't seen a glossary either but from lurking around here I think I know what these terms mean. BP is bone pressed and EL is erect length while FL is flaccid length. EG I think means erect girth. Correct me if I'm wrong guys. I hope this helps.

Sounds good.

As for stretching upwards it won't raise your LOT, if your penis flops down at 6 then you probably can't make ligament gains but if not then gains can be made and your LOT will lower whatever direction you pull in.

Hey fellas. I have been lurking in the shadows of the MOS forums for quite awhile now and thought that it was finally time to come out of the closet (so to speak).

I recently turned 35, and I find myself on a journey of physical self-improvement. I am satisfied with all the other areas of my life, and while I like the skin that I am in...I don't LOVE it...and I want to change that.

As much as the change will have a lot to do with how much muscle I will carry on my body (and how much bodyfat I will lose), I am also interested in having a bigger dick. It's not that I am unhappy with the size of my dick now, it's just that if I can make it bigger, why the hell not?! Here are my current stats:

BPFSL - 7.25" FL - 4.75"
NBPenis EnlargementL - 7.25"
EG - 5.25"

I am new to penis enlargement, so I am just at the beginning of a journey that will hopefully take me to an 11x8 dick. That seems pretty ambitious to me, but "shoot for the moon", right? I recently purchased the Bathmate X-40, so I am just waiting for that to come in (since I have read such incredible reviews about it). Once that comes in, I will begin my official Penis Enlargement workout routine.

My hope is that Penis Enlargement coupled with a workout (I already started Stronglifts 5x5) and diet plan will lead me to a bigger, better body (all the way around) that I can finally LOVE (instead of just like).

Jelqing worked for awhile, I was pretty religious about it, but even with maintenance afterwards I slowly lost most of my gains, though I don't regret following the process one bit. I joined today because I am 8 days into my Bathmate routine, which I love already. I am 24 years old, about 5'7 (body height-wise that is), 135 lbs, and in pretty decent shape, I hike many hilly miles along the section of the Appalachian Trail close to my home at least 3 times a week, plus I'm blessed with an obscenely fast metabolism. Before starting any routine in the past my dick was about 5.3 in erect, roughly 3.5 flaccid, then got it up to 5.9 in length and almost an inch in girth growth. I know you guys are all about measurements in judging gains, but personally I prefer to eyeball it. I've come to the conclusion that for me, stressing about specific size increments is counter productive and gets my moral down. From time to time I will measure just to keep it somewhat "scientific", and of course to boast to everybody, because my ego needs it ;) I do love seeing how I am able to push myself a little bit more each day in terms of millimeters when using the Bathmate though. I am about to reach the 180 mm mark. I am about 173-175 mm now. My foreskin (I was circumcised but it grew back quite well, but not all the way) is like the size of a bike tire. I can't complain. Is this what it is meant by "turkey neck"?

What alarms me is that after I finish my shower pumping there is a HUGE bulge in the left side of my penis, specifically on the under side. It looks like a god damn tumor! It goes away after a few hours, but I am worried that continued use will permanently deform my cock. Having a big dick is nice, but not when it is freakishly bent and engorged on one side. Please tell me I don't have a blood clot or constricted vein messing up the works. Any advice on how to deal with this? Thanks for helping a newbie out, I really appreciate it.

From what you describe, it sounds: 1. Like you're overpumping like a madman, 2. Foreskin like a bike tire?= "donut", not a mark of actual penile gains, 3. That huge bulge....if it is only skin-then, yes, you are a habitual overpumper, an actual bulge in the tunica is extremely rare, usually due to severe trauma and can be quite a serious medical condition, Lastly-4. And "turkey neck" is slang for peniscrotal webbing.

And if any of the terms I've used sound extremely foreign; y'need to do some readin' up.

Sounds to me like you might want to transform some of that enthusiasm into dedication= no shortcuts in Penis Enlargement.

Is this what it is meant by "turkey neck"?

What alarms me is that after I finish my shower pumping there is a HUGE bulge in the left side of my penis, specifically on the under side. It looks like a god damn tumor! It goes away after a few hours, but I am worried that continued use will permanently deform my cock. Having a big dick is nice, but not when it is freakishly bent and engorged on one side. Please tell me I don't have a blood clot or constricted vein messing up the works. Any advice on how to deal with this? Thanks for helping a newbie out, I really appreciate it.

This my friend is fluid retention or water buildup. The best way to overcome this and make the session so much better is to practice the Bathmate for Newbies Routine this will give you your best gains through shorter sets and complimentary exercise.
