Kingsnake, what grip do you use when you stretch and regarding loose skin at the base, have you ever notced new growth start to appaer and move down the shaft? sure you have seen some guys here incl me with slight 'baggage' at the base where skin has started to grow from doing stretches, which also stimulated the skin to grow, so have you noticed that?

I also see your cut which eliminates you from my next question, which was do you pull the skin back or not haha I didnt and think that could have been why I have the baggae skin at my base, with the skin being covred I reckon excess force was created and made that skin elongate .. when the skin is pulled back now I dont feel this and touch wood I have had no additional skin growth since, yet gone from 8-8.3 earlier in the year.
 
Hey Redzulu2003. When I do manual stretches I grip just below the glans however when I hang I hang as close to the base as possible on purpose to pull out inner penis and directly hit the ligs. As far as lose skin is concerned I have notice a little bit under my ball sac which is slight tukey neck from hanging close to the base. The slight turkey neck was worth it though because with my heavy hanging near the base approach that I have been doing since August 2009, I have gained .2 to my nbel and bpel and I have also gained .2 to my base girth from 5.9 to 6.1 inches. I credit my base girth increase from hanging close to the base to deform the inner penile structures within the scotum sac leeding to the anus and pulling it out of the body when I do tunica/inner penis hanging. Hey Redzulu2003, since your penis is extremely conditioned from years of Penis Enlargement I think my heavy hanging from the base approach will take your already massive size to the next level. With hanging from the base you can effectively hang heavier weights to target the ligs directily and inner penis without the shaft closer to the glans getting to fatigued since it's weaker then the shaft closer to the base of the penis.

Sounds good Redzulu2003. Remember if you decide to hang from the base you'll be able to use heavier weights right from the start because the shaft near the base and the inner penis, and ligaments are stronger then the shaft near the glans. As far as hanging in your steel shed try bringing a porable heater in there with you if you have electrical outlets in the shed. Hey Red, How much length are you shooting for?
 
I'm shooting for whatever I can get, serious though I would be over the moon with 9 inches NBPenis EnlargementL as my final goal, which would be approx 9.3 inches BPenis EnlargementL for me with the fat pad incl.

Knowing me I will keep going and want more but with that length I'll be able to even it out with the large girth, as at the moment it can look shorter.

Regarding girth ... well I wouldnt mind getting the top portion inline with the base region, so mid 7 inch girth range uniform girth ... its the glans and width though that will be getting the girth treatment ... Frendos for width and I have a new method for head enlargement which will be on here soon ... its the first impression after all.

I think I might be a fast gainer in length but it is the girth I'm after.
 
Hey BrasilNana. For girth I do 1 hour sessons of wet jelqing and manual squeezes in the evening after I'm done with all my hanging sets for the day. This is my approach but the main man for good advice in the girth department is Redzulu2003. Check out his constrictors guide in the clamping section of this forum. I have omitted 100% erect clamping from my Penis Enlargement routines but I am actually thinking about trying it again using some different techniques that I have been reading about based on how the tunica works.

Hey guys kingsnake here. Just wanted to report that I have made some new gains. Small gains but gains none the less. My last gain that I have reported was in base girth which had increased from 6 inches to 6.1 inches. My old non bonepressed length was 8.75 inches and is now 8.95 inches. I am just a hair away from a 9 inch non bonepressed length. I haven’t measured my bonepressed length yet because I took these measurements at my neighbor aka Heather’s house while she was giving me some oral treatment. I had noticed yesterday morning during my edging session that my dick was noticeably bigger especially in the glans but I didn’t want to measure yet because I usually only measure every 2 weeks to check for progress. I thought nothing of it until 1:30 AM late at night when Heather also noticed and mentioned that my dick looked bigger and then she’s used to seeing while giving me some oral treatment. So I ran back to my place and got my trusty silver ruler but I couldn’t find my yellow ruler that I measure my bonepressed length with and was in a rush to get back to Heather’s house. I got back to Heather’s house to measured while she snapped the pics for me. Heather asked me if I am taking those extenze pills and I laughed and told her no. To throw Heather off the trail I told her that I was just really horny at the time. Sooner of later I might have to tell her what I’ve been doing on my free time but I think she might think I’m weird so I’m keeping it to myself for as long as I can.

My routine has changed slightly but is still based on the same principles. Still doing 8 sets of hanging 5 days a week. My routine is as follows.

Morning session before work: 3 sets of inner penis hanging close to the base with my new riser clamp hanger and pulley system with 15 lbs for 18 minute sets, 10-15 minutes of edging for EQ purposes.

When standing up to walk around I release the strap and just let the weight of the repair clamp do it’s thing. I take off the repair clamp every 20 minutes for 5 minutes of recirculation of fresh blood.

Lunch break session: 2 sets of ligament hanging close to the base with riser clamp with 15 lbs for 12-15 minutes sets, then 5-10 minutes of edging then get my ass back to my crappy job.

Evening session: 3 sets of inner penis hanging on pulley system with 15 lbs for 18 minutes sets. 20-30 minutes of manual bundled stretches using my riser clamp hanger as a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] device. 1 hour of slow wet jelqs and squeezes then 10-15 minutes of edging for EQ. Then I still wear a cable clamp for 1-2 hours to keep engorgement while healing takes place. While wearing the ADCs I take a shower and go out for a couple of hours or just chill out with Heather.

So far my hanging from the base method has granted me a gain of .49 total since August 2009. I am very excited about how far my hanging from the base method will take me in length and base girth. Hopefully in a couple of weeks to a month I can claim a true legit infamous 9 inch non bone pressed length instead of measuring 8.95. Tommorow when I get off work I will find my yellow ruler and measure my bonepressed length. I’m guessing it’s proprably around 9 and a quarter to 9.4 inches now. I will measure midgirth and base girth to see where I’m at with that as well. For you guess that are interested in length I have to say that hanging is definently the way to go.
 
What is this, everytime I visit this thread you have posted some new pictures and some massive gains. But judging from your routine, your gains don't come from nowhere. It is obvious that you have put a noticeable amount of effort and motivation in this and that is why you are so damn successful, I guess.
Question, what is your actual goal? I mean ok, to be "the next ManDingo" is cool, but you have gained so much and still keep on gaining, without knowing the actual size you want xD (as far as I know ManDingo's size is still a secret - for us) ? Hey thanks for the support guys. As far as a specific goal is concern. My goal is to reach my fullest potential in penis size. I am hoping to reach at least nbpel 9.5 x 6 midgirth or bigger if possible. If it's possible for me to reach a 10 x 6.5 then by golly I'm shooting for that. Basically like I said before I am shooting to reach my fullest possible limit with my penis in a safe manner.

My motivation to keep pusing is to be that guy that women talk about when they mention the top hung guys they have been with. So far I have built a substancial reputation with all the women there thinking I have a 10 inch dick at a local bar I hang out at night called DOCS. Kingsnake, I just did a hanging session clamping at the base rather than out at the glans where I usually anchor the hanger. First time I have tried to hang that close to the base. It was definitely different. Took more pressure to get the hanger to hold the shaft with nothing to anchor to, but it was not uncomfortable. I definitely felt a different pull than I have before. AND, when I was done, I had a larger flaccid hang than normal. So, we will see. I will do at least another session tonight and more tomorrow and ??? GS

I have still been doing my jelqs really slow and deliberate like you told me and I definently see a difference in my glan's size already. Today I found my yellow ruler and measured my bonepressed length. I don’t use my silver ruler to do bonepressed measurements because the silver ruler is made of sharp metal and sticking it in my fat pad hurts like a hell. The yellow ruler is made out of plastic and is a little thicker then the silver ruler. As I suspected my bonepressed length has increased by almost a quarter of an inch just like my non bonepressed length. Unfortunently my base girth is still 6.1 inches but that gain is still fresh from all of my base hanging. My midgirth is still 5.5 inches but I’m not to bummed about my midgirth because my Penis Enlargement workouts for the last few months have been primarily on length with only 1 hour jelqs and sqeezes in the evenings. When 2010 hits I might reintroduce light clamping and pumping into my routine again to give my midgirth some more attention. I am pretty excited for this new year coming and plan on sticking with my Penis Enlargement training and hoping for more gains for 2010. I think once I am conditioned enough to start hanging over 15 pounds into the 20, 30, or 40 pound realm like Dashinberg, I will see more gains.

I think I have an extremely dense tunica towards the midshaft and up which is limited my midgirth gains. In 2010 I might try full erect clamping again or pumping again to see if that helps. The reason why my midgirth looks fatter in my pics is because the top of my dick is pretty wide when full erect. I am almost 2 inches wide but the depth of my dick is thinner. After my 1 hours jelq and squeeze variation workout my depth does get bigger but it's only post workout expansion.

Kingsnake: You will see that the "post workout expansion" will become your actual girth. I am the opposite, my depth is deeper than my width. I am seeing the width increase as I am doing some of the things we talked about. GS

Hey guys kingsnake checking in after a great holiday weekend. I am glad that [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] is up and running again. I was beginning to worry that something bad happened.

For Penis Enlargement training I have added pumping into my routine. I have cut my 1 hour evening jelqing session down to 30 minutes and added two 15 minutes sets of pumping at 4-6gs.
Hopefully with my reintroduction to pumping I will see some midgirth gains. One down side to my pump is I didn't get a long enough pump. When pumping to 5-6Gs my length fills up the entire tube and starts to get smashed at the top. My base girth also fills up the base area of the tube but midgirth and up still has room to expand. I'm most likely going to get a longer pump After that I still edge for 10-15 minutes then wear my cable clamp as and ADCs for 2 hours and go hang out.

Still doing 8 sets of hanging through out the day Mon-Friday but now I am no longer hanging straight down. All 8 sets are tunica/inner penis hanging laying down on my back with my pulley system. Also increased the weight to 20 pounds today, still doing 15-18 minutes sets. Still hanging with the hanger attached near the base and the stress I feel from the inner penile tissue underneath the scrotum area is ridiculous with 20 pounds. Hoping new gains will arrive with the new jump to 20 pounds.

For my bodybuilding efforts I have started my cutting diet last week at a starting weight of 229 pounds at 11% bodyfat. I am currently weighing 224 pounds at 10% bodyfat and plan on getting down to a ripped and shredded 205-215 pounds if everything goes according to plan. I have dropped my carbs down to 150 grams a day. Looking to lose about 2 pounds a week while keeping my hard earned strength and muscle in the process.

Hey guys thanks for the support. Hey Starks, my calves are actually one of my weak areas. Like my father I have small calves which sucks because my thighs are pretty big. I've really been hitting them hard with seated and standing calf raises at the gym but sometimes you can't fight genetics.

Hey Dicomaco and Xmetal. I appreciate the support. I definently am all for hanging when it comes to length. As long as you start off with light weights and monitor the conditon of your penis during the hanging workout it is perfectly safe in my opinion. For the question on what has brought on my recent gains I think the increase to 15 pounds with my hanging from the base approach is what caused further deformation of the inner penile structures. I am now hanging 20 lbs for 8 sets spreaded through out the day so hopefully more gains will come.
 
Kingsnake, how lightly do you recommend starting out? And how many reps/sets and for how much time? Should I just hang 30 secs at a time, and then break in the beginning, or? :)
