I am studied right now to be a trainer but would love to transfer over into becoming a powerlifting or strength coach. Im on a routine I created named the "howmuchya routine". It based around the main 4 lifts(deads,squat,bench,Military press) Plenty of people in my gym ask me about it so I thought I would share it with my forum family. I will write it out first so it my be a few days until I post it on here.
