Hey Dicomaco. When I first started hanging back in August of 2009 I started out with 5 pounds. I was doing 4-6 sets 15-20 minutes each. I recommend you start out with 2.5 - 5 pounds and slowly work your way up based on your EQ. It took me about 5 months to reach 20 lbs. I suggest you do your hanging sessions in the first half of the day and your girth work afterwards.
 
Yeah I definently think it was the increase in weight. My routine was the same with 6-8 sets of hanging a day. When the weight increased from 10lbs to 15lbs thats when I really started feeling fatigue in my inner penile tissue within the scrotom sack. After a couple of weeks with 15 pounds thats when I noticed I made .25 in length. When I first started hanging I gained .2 within 2-3 months with hanging 5-10 pounds. So far I have made a total of .49 - .5 in length and .2 in base girth from hanging Hoping that more gains will come with my current hanging weight of 20 pounds.

Yesterday I wore 4 golf weights for 2 hours. I have to say that the stretch felt pretty good. To keep the golf weights from sliding off I am using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] bangade and tape just under my glans as a cushion. The wrapping just under the glans allows the golf weights to put all of the stretch force right under the glans to stretch the whole tunica with light force. I am thinking about using the golf weights now instead of the pipe repair clamp as an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] while I'm at work. When sittng down at my cubicle I think I will tie some string to the last golf weight closes to the glans and attach the string to a belt strap on my leg to keep the stretch going under my pance while sitting down. When standing up and walking around I will detach the string from my leg and let the golf weights do there thing. Not sure how much 4 golf weights weigh but I plan to work up to wearing 6-8 golf weights in a month or two. So far all of my stats are the same however my bonepressed flaccid stretch is now 10 inches long. Still hanging with my homemade hanger aka the riser clamp hanger. Still hanging 8 sets 5 days a week with 20 pounds.

As far as my fitness progress goes, I am now down to 220 pounds. Abdominals are becoming more visable now. My strength in the weight room is still going strong so far even with the low carbs.

Hey Demyx. I got my golf weights from Sports Authority but you should be able to find some at your local golf supply store. Actually in the pics I'm wearing 4 golf weights. I'm not sure how much the golf weights weigh but what I will do is take them to walmart with me and put them on the produce scale to see how much they weigh. In a month or two I plan on wearing 6-8 golf weights for 8 hours a day.

I wore 4 golf weights for 4 hours today. Flaccid penis is hanging at 8 inches after the 1st hour of wearing the weights. Next week I plan on buying 6 more golf weights and try to wear enough weights to keep my flaccid penis stretched out to 9.5 to 10 inches for 4-8 hours a day in between my hanging sessions and on the weekends. In the pics I show how stealthy the golf weights are under my jeans. I'm also showing how I hike up one side of my boxer shorts to let my golf weighted penis and balls hang freely under my jeans down my leg. Another good thing about the golf weights is I have been able to keep them on for 4 hours straight today. With the golf weights all I do after 20 minutes is just squeeze out the blood from the glans and just kegel in new blood and VOILA. No numbess or coldness to the glans.
 
Thnx for the reply bro I'm looking to gain anywhere between 0.5-1" how long will that take with the golf weights? Also how long shud i hang for (im new to hanging)

also can I buy them online anywhere?

Hey Demyx. I can't tell you how long it's going to take to reach your goals with the golf weights because I just started with the golf weights about 3-4 days ago my self. With hanging I have gained .49 inches in 4-5 months time. Just to be on the safe side with the golf weights you should take them off every 20 minutes until you are comfortable enough to keep with on beyond 20 minutes. Constently check your glans for coldness and numbness. Yesterday I was able to wear the golf weights for 4 hours straight. I'm actully wearing the right now while typing this.

If you decide to do hanging then only hang with 20 minutes sets tops.

Hey DLD. The the golf weights weigh about .31 pounds each. I am wearing 6 of them right now so that equals out to 1.85 pounds.

Hey thanks for the support c_easy937. Since you are working two jobs and don't really have alot of time for Penis Enlargement, I think the golf weights will be a good idea for you to use just to get some light Penis Enlargement work done.

You can buy a better version of the golf weight at Penis Enlargementweights.com. It is twice as heavy and reduces skin pinch.

FYI you can get enlarged rings from Monty at Penis Enlargementweights.com. Typically the normal golf weight inside diameter is 1 1/4. The enlarged rings have a diameter of 1 1/2.
But with your girth, the normal golf weight should not be a problem. Just use plenty of baby powder and try and squeeze the blood out of the glans prior to inserting.

Make sure like bjembe said to squeeze all the blood out of the glans and normal golf weight should work for you wantabe. When I get my next paycheck I am going to buy some of Monty's Penis Enlargement weights my self.
 
Hey guys. Today after my mid day hanging workout I edged for 10 minutes. During my edging I measured and have increased in length by .1
I have now finally reached a Non bonepressed 9 inch length. It has taken me two years of Penis Enlargement to gain 1 whole inch in length. Needless to say I rushed to get my camera, jerked off to a nice erection and snapped a few pics. I didnt' have a chance to measure my bone pressed length yet because I had other things going on but I will be measuring that as well as midgirth and base girth tonight.
Before my midday hanging workout I also took some pics of me wearing 7 golf weights before I started my hanging workout.
Today I was able to wear the 7 golf weights for 3 hours straight before taking them off for a 10 minute recirculation break. With 7 golf weights that's 2.17 pounds total. I plan on buying some of Monty's Penis Enlargement weights so I can use heavier weights without using up alot of surface area in the process.

Thanks for the support guys. Yeah I'm hoping to gain another inch and if it takes another 2 years then so be it. I think this time around the next inch will come sooner since I am hanging now and will only go up in weight when platueo's arrive.

If you guys are frustrated with gains just remember it has taken me 2 years just to go from 8 nbpel inches to my current nbpel 9 inches. 2 long years just for 1 inch. It takes time and with consistancy one's goals can be reached.

Yeah you greedy bastard! I'm finally starting to pass your starting nbpel (measured late last night at about 8 1/8" nbpel 12 hours after doing Penis Enlargement). Can't bend the ruler so I'm not exactly sure where it's at, but my length is finally getting somewhere. Why all these years length has been more elusive than girth (always thought it was much easier to gain than length) is beyond me, but I think it's because I haven't had the dedication to sit for hours with heavy weight on my dick. When I did, I gained up to 8.75" bp, but really that's not much higher than I'm at right now (probably around 8.5" bp if I could withstand to press into the pain of my snatch explode point). That's from weightlifting if you didn't get that last bit. Try some proper snatching sometime. I guarantee you won't be able to do bone pressed measurements anymore.
 
hey king great gains as usual man,but i wanted to ask you something regarding side fat. how do you trim down fat on the side ,or as people call it "love handles" i do 3 different ab work outs but i can never seem to rid myself of them ,hit me back thx.
 
Hey congrats on the gains 10advantage. Hey drop17, all the ab workouts in the world will not get rid of your love handles. You cannot spot reduce. All ab training does is build the muscle underneath the fat. Most people already have a sixpack. The problem is there six pack is hidden under a layer of fat. You are going to have to bite the bullet and start doing some cardio and dieting to shed the body fat. I don't know if you are lifting weights but if so make sure you are lifting in an attempt to get stronger to maintain as much muscle as possible while the calorie deficent diet and cardio sheds the fat.

I reccommend that you start a low carb high protein diet and started doing 3-5 days of cardio a week to shed the fat. Hit the weight room 3-4 days a week and do compound excersizes to that focuse on buiding muscles. Remember that muscle burns fat so the more muscle you have on your frame, the faster your metabolism will be. Once you get your over all bodyfat down below 10% then your Abs should be visiable and your love handles should be just about gone.

I wanted to ask you what were the size of those riser clamps you use (diameter)?

Also I saw you talking about your crappy job and not enough pay, you ever thought of Personal Training at least part time? With your stats in the gym and your routines/diet I believe you could get a good amount of clients and its like with a Big Dick once someone does awesome with you as a trainer they tell all their friends.

If you love something and you are good at it there is no reason that you should not make bank doing it.
 
Iv been on the Palumbo diet (very low carb, high protein) for about 2 weeks and my abs are starting to show through!
 
The Palumbo diet is pretty good and I have tried it in the past with major success. The only downside to the Palumbo diet is the rebound phase after you get off of the diet. After being depived from carbs for so long your body will gain back alot of weight so to counter act this make sure that you do alot of cardio to stop the rebound phase in it's tracks. Now if you are trying to bulk up after the Palumbio diet then the rebound phase is actually benificial for shocking new muscle growth.

Hey Damazrael. Yeah I used to be a personal trainer at La Fitness when I was in college. The only downside to being a personal trainer is the poor ecomony. In this ecomony nobody whats to pay to get in shape. I have friend that are personal trainers in my area and they are doing very poorly right now. If the ecomony picks back up then I might give it another shot.
The size of the riser clamp that I use for my home made hanger is size (2” width 10 7/8)

Kingsnake, I agree, you could and should thiink about being a trainer with some other emphsis as well. When there is a product that no one can provide, there is always a market. Economy is nothing when it comes to getting what you want. Think on it and do some serious advertising. Good idea.....GS

Quick question, you made abt 0.5inches via hanging in abt 5 months. Were u hanging straight down or over the shoulder?

Also before u started hanging, what was ur LOT?

I am only asking because my LOT is abt 7 and I cant seem to get a good stretch hanging OTS. I prefer hanging SD or BTC cause I feel more of a stretch that way. I gained 0.2 inches my first month and a half hanging straight down, doing abt 6 sets per day on and off. I got tired of standing and hanging so I kinda stopped and only hung once per day, occassionally.

However I havent made any gains doing one set per day so I guess multiple sets (at least 6) per day is crucial for hanging.

Anyway, let me know ur thoughts on LOT and also what postition u hang with.

Hey badd. The first 4 months of hanging I was hanging straight down and straight up with my pulley system. Now I just hang straight up with the pulley system but I might start hanging downwards again in the future. The over the shoulders method is done better with a pulley system because if you literally hang the weight over your shoulders your shoulders will take off some of the weight and make that hanging angle useless. Look in this thread for the pics and discription of my upwards hanging angle with the pulley system while laying flat on the bed.
For LOT mine is between 6 to 7 oclock and has been so since I first started Penis Enlargement. Accorden to the LOT theory any ligament gains for me and you are suppose to be impossible but I have gained with the downward hanging method. I think the LOT theory is somewhat overrated and it's all about trial and error to see what hanging angles work for you.

I experienced the same thing which made all my confidence in LOT go down the drain.

I will go with ur setup in terms of the pulley and see how it goes. If possible could you take a few photos of your pulley system and how u attached it to your chair. Did u screw the pulley to the chair or attached it to the chair somehow.

It ssems to me that the weights on the pulley may be too heavy for your chair and causes it to tipp over when hanging. Maybe I am mistaken but if you could, pls show me how u make the chair, pulley and weights stable whilst hanging.

Hey DLD I hear ya on the LOT theory. I think it's pretty much bogus.
Hey badd. The way I perform tunica hanging is I lay down on my back on the bed and I have my homemade hanger attached to a rope going through the pulley which I have tied to the chair. The weight is attached to the end of the rope going through the pulley. When hanging the rope that's attached to my hanger is going right above my face to the pulley with the weight hanging off. This causes the force to pull my dick straight up beyond my naval to stretch the tunica and inner penis while I’m laying down talking on the phone or watching TV.

Here are a few old pics showing the pulley tied to the chair and me hanging.
