Hey kingcobra. Thanks for the compliments and support man. I appreciate it. Yeah I have been putting alot of time in Penis Enlargementing. The rest of this year and next year I will continue to sacrifice my time to achieve my Penis Enlargement goals. I want to reach my highest potential now so all I have to do afterwards is maintenance sessions every now and then. As far as my final goal is concerded I don't really have a set number anymore. I don't mind getting more length but I am definently not stopping until I achieve at least a 6 inch midshaft girth. Basically I want to make my dick as big as my max potential will allow. My girth work is going pretty good so far. For girth I have been doing 1 hour of wet jelqs and sqeeze variations in the evening and a 45 minute bundled stretch workout during my lunchbreak.
I was thinking about getting into pumping again because when I first started Penis Enlargement back in 2008, I began with pumping however the cheap pump I bought broke within 2 months of use. During the 2 months of me using it I gained a quarter inch in length and .1 in base girth. I bought a new pump several months ago but I never use it anymore. I haven't pumped in at least 5 months but I'm thinking about given it another try. Maybe add it into my 1 hour evening jelq sessions.

Something else that works the chest width GREATLY is neck presses, they are brilliant for it ... like bench press but to the neck and with less weight, as its a more pec exercise than compound .. do it in smith machine for safety.

Lastly try pec dips on a 'V' bar or if you cant get one it doesn't matter, just make sure when you do them your form is STRICT .. chin tucked in to the chest and back concave with legs hanging down and out in front ... this puts all wait onto the pec and do it again with elbows OUT with your grip so that the inside of the forearm is going outwards, not your usual dip hand position ... for more look up vince girondas chest dip.

These all work and I have a wide chest to show for it .. will post some pix in a few days .. no droopy tits here.
 
Good post RED. I couldn't of said it better myself. Also drob17 if your chest is droppy you might want to get your bodyfat levels down. Even with a muscular chest if your bodyfat is over 20 -23% then your chest will still look droppy from all of the fat hanging off of it. Its just like with having a six pack of abs. Most people think that constant abdominal work or higher reps will get them a sixpack but getting there bodyfat down is actually more important to reveal the muscular definition underneath the fat.

Hey guys I was unable to do my Thursday and Friday bodybuilding workout so I went to the gym today to catch up. I decided to take some pics of my training. On Sunday the gym is empty so I didn't have to worry about anybody looking at me funny. I had my friend and occasional workout partner John take the pics.
 
Thanks for all the great info Kingsnake so after Penis Enlargementing no matter what kind jelqing stretching etc you edge. How long do you do that too, i thought that blowing a load after Penis Enlargementing was not good.

Hey lpsg17, When you edge you are not supposed to blow your load. The point of edging is to lightly jerk your dick while kegeling to the point of cumming and stopping just short of that. As long as you are not vigerously jerking your cock with a vice grip and blowing your load, edging will actually improve the health of your dick. Especially after hanging or clamping.

Lol no problem 8iG. If you think I am strong there is this one guy at my gym that does standing dumbell curls with the 100 pound dumbells for 4 sets of 8 reps each arm. Now thats a strong mofo. I couldn't even imagine curling 100 lb dumbells. The most I ever curled was 80Lbs dumbells and my form wasn't perfect doing it.

Yeah I curl 80LBS, too. Well more like 60. with 2 arms AND bad form. (o: im currently at 3x10 135lbs benchpress which is a little over my own bodyweight (5'8'' tall/small). yeah, yeah, you may laugh.
last time at the gym I couldnt stop staring at the guy that did like 4 sets of ~7 reps 350lbs. he did not look human.. there are some scary dudes out there. :P
but oh well ill keep training and eating and eventually ill get bigger and reach my goal of 220lbs benchpress.
i gotta admit, you inspired me with your dedication. really great.

Hey snake I decided to pick up one of those nifty "Pipe repair clamps" and im super surprised how well it works for hanging. It was only like $4 plus some rope. A little tip though, I threw a wing nut on the end of the bolt instead of the traditional nut so its a little easier to tighten, also a lot easier to tighten through pants if you wear it around all day.
 
Hey 8iG good luck with your Penis Enlargement training and bodybuilding training. Also remember that you don't want your body too big. That huge guy you said that benched 350 may have huge muscles but if he has an average sized penis it is going to look below average in between his massive legs and visually over powering physique. With me, my final goal is to be 205-215 pounds with as minimum bodyfat as possible but I don't want huge tree trunk legs because it visually over powers your dick. So when you see a huge freak of nature walking around in the gym, just know that if his penis is average size, your above average size dick is going to look that much bigger then his if you too we naked standing side by side.

Hey guys, the snake man here. Yesterday, December 9th was my birthday. I am now 25years old. I often think to myself where does the time go. Anyway though, yesterday morning I was taking pictures of my physique progress at my next door neighbor’s house and she wanted me to take another picture comparing the snake’s length to her shampoo bottle so she could show her female friends at her job. I guess she has been bragging about me at work. My erection quality was excellent yesterday morning so she took a pic before going to work.
This time we compared my bone pressed length of 9.2 inches to her Olay bodywash bottle which also measures 9.2 inches. In the pic where I am measuring the Olay bodywash bottle you can see the orange shampoo bottle that measures 8.6 inches right next to it. I used the 8.6 inch bottle to measure my non bonepressed length of 8.75 inches and posted a pic of that already last week on the previous page. My 9.2 inch bottle comparing picture came out good but I was trying to kegel really hard for maximum glans expansion but the camera shot right after the kegel was over and my glans started deflating. I was a little pissed about that but the pic came out pretty good anyway. The rest of this year and 2010, I am dedicating to Penis Enlargement so I can hopefully reach NBPenis EnlargementL 9.2 inches or bigger and at least a 6 inch midshaft girth.

The two physique pics are of my body when I wake up in the morning and my muscles are flat and depleted of carb stores. After breakfeast I usually fill back out.

Hey beldin1, thanks for the support. I have done a shit ton of stuff over the last two years that has led me to my current size. To see all of my routines you'll have to go to the first page of this thread and start from there. In the beginning I was pumping, clamping, and doing manual stretches. My current routine is alot more complicated now and is done through out the day. To see my current routine go to page 7 post number 126 of this thread.

Thanks for the support guys. Hey kingoman I actually have the same thing going on. The bend is an indication of the left side of the tunica not being as pliable as the right side. Maybe a little scar tissue on the left side of the tunica causing the bend. When you get some more experiance try doing semi erect bends against the bend. Also if you ever get into hanging that may help straigten out the bend.

Hey Starks. My I work my abs twice a week. I usually do 2 sets of hanging leg lifts to failure, 2 sets of weighted crunches for 12 reps, and 2 sets of the seated crunch machine for 2 sets of 12 reps.
Remember though, abs are made in the kitchen. Get that bodyfat down below 10 percent and you should start seeing some ab definition.

As far as the girls at the bar go I have not been hanging out at the there for a few weeks lately. I have been really busy trying to find a better job because my current job is a dead end position with no benifits.

Hey pepe, I got the pipe repair clamp from home deput. If you google stainless steel pipe repair clamp it should take you to a few hardware websites where you can order some. Make sure to get no smaller then the 1 X 3 size.

Hey rhino9, I will let my signiture show you what my stats were before Penis Enlargement. So far total I have gained 3 quarter inches in my NBPenis EnlargementL AND BPenis EnlargementL. I have gained .6 in base girth and unfornently only .3 in midshaft girth but every bit counts.

Hey guys today I took a few pictures of my Penis Enlargement workout. This Thursday that just passed I took my hanging weight to new heights coming form 10-12lbs to now 15lbs . For the guys that hang 20lbs and up, I commend you because 15 lbs was rediculously heavy and seeing guys hanging over 20 lbs is mind bogoling to me. Hopefully 15lbs will be enough for me to see gains. If I end up hanging over 15 lbs I think I am going to not have a choice but to buy a bib hanger or make a better homemade hanger because the pipe repair clamp does get uncomfortabe past the 15 lb threshold. I took the hanging pic on my lunchbreak so please excuse my shirt and tie being on. I also have 2 wet jelqing pics and an edging pic from todays evening Penis Enlargement workout.

I normally do 2 sets of hanging leg raises, 2 sets of weighted crunches and 2 sets of the seated crunch machine. For the most part I'll mix it up. Keep in mind though that no matter how much ab work you do you'll never see your abs if you don't shed the fat thats covering the abs.
Abs are made in the kitchen.
 
Hey College, I don't think underhand or overhand makes a big difference. As long as you are getting good expansion as you jelq the blood up the shaft to the glans. For best of both worlds I do both techiques during my evening girth workout.

Hey 'pepe', I have been hanging since August 2009 so about 4 months now. Within that time span I have gained .2 to my nbpel and bpel. I have gained .2 to my base girth as well.

For hanging my workout is as follows.

Morning: three 15-18 minute sets of tunica/inner penis hanging
Evening: three 15-18 minute sets of tunica/inner penis hanging
two 15-18 minute sets of ligament hanging

With hanging I am not really interested in putting strain on the penis that is already outside of body so I don't attach my hanger 1 inch behind the glans like most people do. Instead I attach my hanger close to the base to directly concentrate on the inner penile tissues and ligaments. I think it is easier to slowly stretch and pull out already developed penis within the scrotom and pelvis area then it is to plastically deform already exposed penis. One thing I noticed in the beginning is when hanging 1 inch behind the glans, my erection quality was wrecked. When hanging from the base and concentrating on the inner structures my erection quality remains intacked and I am making slow and steay gains from it.
 
Hey 'pepe'. Yes weekends are rest days for me but through out the weekend days I still do light 5 minutes sessions of manual stretches just to keep the tissues extended. I'm actually thinking about wearing my pipe repair clamp with 2 golf weights on the weekends just to keep my dick extended during recovery. Might start that next weekend.

I am pretty much Penis Enlargementing all day. In the morning it's hanging for an hour. On my lunch break I do 40 minutes of manual bundles stretches. In the evening its almost two hours of hanging then 30 minutes to 1 hour of wet jelqs and squeezes. Then I put on a cable clamp in a semi erect state for an ADCs for 1-2 hours.

If you are just interested in leaning out you still need to lift weights to maintain as much muscle as possible because losing bodyfat is catobolic. You need to be eating 6 meals a day with the majority of your carbs centered in the morning and around your workout time. At night carbs should be minimized. Also you should be eating 1 gram per pound of bodyweight worth of protein. So if you weigh 160 lbs then you should be getting 160 grams of protein a day divided amongst you 6 meals. You should also be doing cardio and gauge your cardio based on how much fat you lose weekly.

Hey guys remember when I said I would have to buy a hanger or make a better hanger because when hanging over 15lbs my pipe repair clamp gets really uncomfortable. Well I have created a new homemade hanger. I have named the device the RISER CLAMP HANGER. The main components of the device is two riser clamps over very thick soft padding made from a lot of wrapping that comfortablely grips the shaft of the penis with a lot of surface area to hang heavy weights that will stress the ligs and inner penile tissues in the scrotom area. Like the pipe repair clamp I got the riser clamps from home deput and the riser clamps cost 4 bucks each. The size of the riser clamps that I bought are size 2” width 10 7/8.

Another thing I discovered with my new device is it can be used as a bundled hanger as well. I have taken a few pics of me bundle hanging 4 pounds with the hanger and doing manual stretches with the device. I think the bundled hanging method will yield major girth increases at the shaft behind the riser clamp hanger leeding to the base. My preference is to hang closer to the base of my dick but for those who like the hanger 1 inch behind the glans, the device can be used for all types of manual stretches. You can put the riser clamp on for manual stretches or you can just stick your penis through the riser clamp’s center and do all types of manual tunica stretches. For those of you that are financial struggling like me this device is perfect for heavy comfortable hanging and stretching.

Down below I have pics of my evening Penis Enlargement workout.

The pics consist of me showing how much wrap I use so the riser clamp can clamp down on the wrap without hurting my penis. For wrapping I use a two leather wraps that I made out of a leather glove. The end result is an almost 1 inch thick comfortable wrapping around my dick close to the base for the riser clamps to enclose and tighten as much as I want. With this much wrapping lots of weight can be hung near the base to effectively pull out and deform the inner penis and ligs for more length and girth at the base. Like I said before with my hanging closer to the base approach since August 2009 I have gain .2 to my NBPenis EnlargementL and BPenis EnlargementL and I have gained .2 to my base girth. Now that I have worked my way up to 15 lbs I think major gains will come my way as the weights get heavier over time.

The other pics show the hanger in use during my evening hanging session today. I also have 2 edging pics after today’s evening Penis Enlargement session and 2 ADCs pics. I use a cable clamp as and ADCs for 1-2 hrs after my evening Penis Enlargement workout and edging session.
 
Your self-made devices (hanger, ADC) are just awesome m8. IMO Penis Enlargement is a lot more fun if you make everything yourself and don't buy ready devices. Everybody has his own technique and that makes the "Penis Enlargement world" so colorful. Thank you for the innovations and keep on going like that!
 
Hey girth hammer. I think the angle of my edging pics are throwing you off in thinking my dick has gotten longer since my last pics the other day because I changed the angle for variety. Here is the same pic of my dick taken using the original angle that I took while looking down at my dick with the camera.
