Since August 1 2009 I added hanging to my routine. Since I could not afford to buy a bib hanger, I went to home depot to see what I could use to make a homemade hanger. When searching through the plumbing section I found a contraption called a pipe repair clamp and immediately realized that it could be used as a hanger by its self. The device cost only 5 dollars plus tax. The pipe repair clamp has a bolt that closes the clamp and a lug nut on the bolt that tightens the Pipe repair clamp as much as you want it. It’s very easy to put on and take off and is extremely comfortable. After wrapping my dick with some cloth and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] I have two pieces of rope looped in the pipe repair clamp aka hanger and then I put it on. The other side of the two loops are looped in a hook which is connected to another rope with a weight of your choosing hooked to the end of it.

Hey Zoetic8, Edging is when you lightly jerk your dick off and stop just short of cumming. By doing this proper blood circulation is restored to your dick after hanging or clamping. I personally think that edging is great for the build up of testosterone and other hormones that aid in good erection quality.

I actually don't do full erect clamping anymore because I didn't feel it was working for me. I only use a cable clamp now as an ADCs for an hour after my evening Penis Enlargement work out just to keep the tunica expanded while its starts recovering from the workout. Based on my readings on the tunica, plastic deformation of this tuff tissue is hard to obtain when the tunica is hard and rigid from a full erection. Whe full erection is achieved the tunica's elasticity and pliability is gone. I read some where on this site that when fully erect the tunica has a tensile strength similiar to a tire when filled with air. Now check this out. When a tire is flat with no air it has tramendous elastic properties and can stretch and bend without much damage done to it since it's rubber. Plastic deformation of the tire can be obtained by stretching forces, time and heat to the airless tire. When the tire is completey filled with air more stretching force is needed or internal pressure is needed to plasticly deform the tire and since its elastic threshold has been maxed out from being completely filled with air the tire will undergo more damage through the process.
Now I'm not saying that full erect clamping doesn't work. Hell look at guys like REDZULU2003, stillwantsmore and itselectric. They have made tremendous gains from full erect clamping. I'm just saying it wasn't for me. My erection quality wasn't as good as it is now when I was clamping.

As far as hanging goes I just started that almost 2 months ago. I have to say it's one of the best type of Penis Enlargement excerises one could do. You know exactly how much force is being applied to your dick for a set amount of time and you can adjust accordenly from there if neccesary.

Thanks guys. My height is 5'11. Didn't quite make it to 6 ft. I am currently weighing 211 lbs. As far as my diet goes. Im am eating 6 meals a day. Each meal contains roughly 40 grams of protein. 4 Of those meals contain about 50-60 grams of complex carbs. two of my 6 meals of the consist of 40 grams of protein and 15 grams of healthy fats. On my cheat day which is Saturday I eat whatever I want.

Here is my current eating routine below:

Meal 1: oatmeal, fruit, and 40 grams of protein worth of eggwhites
Meal 2: 40 gram whey protein shake, 2 tpsp of natural penut butter
Meal 3: Chicken breast, 50 grams of carbs worth of brown rice and vegetables
Meal 4 (pre workout meal): 40 gram whey protein shake, and chopped fruit.
Meal 5 (Post workout meal): 40 gram whey protein shake mixed with 50 grams of dextrose.
Meal 6: 6 scramble eggs

Hey guys I have some pics of my flaccid hang after my evening wet jelq workout and some pics of my ADCs I use for an hour after the workout. When I put the cable clamp I jerk off to a 60% erection, tighten the clamp alittle and take a shower and usually go hang out with friends afterwards. what brand whey do u use? im a workout junkie lol. was hitting the weights hard and got up to 190 on my 5'7 frame, then i got laid off so i had to slow down. when i do find another gig, im gonna get back into it harder next time so thats why i was wondering.
 
I have a question about weight lifting when you lift do you change the weight and reps on each set. For example 4sets of 12,10,8,6. Or do you keep it at 4 sets of 8-10reps with no changes but you make changes overtime when the weight gets to easy. I'm just getting into weight lifting and this confused me.

you could probably do both but i would keep the reps the same. if ur going for 8 reps and on the fourth set u cant get to eight and have to stop at 6, then decrease the weight when u get to 6 and do the last two reps with a little lighter weight so u can finish the set. if its too easy from the beginning then you add more weight. when i do sets with decreasing reps, i increase the weight. like i'll curl 35s for 10 reps, 40s for 8 reps, and 45s or 50s for 6 reps. i will also do the opposite. increase the reps but decrease the weight. since ur just starting out i would just keep it basic. most important is form though. if ur going heavy but breaking form then ur probably not getting as good a workout as u could be getting. i could go on forever on this, PM me if u have any other questions. im pretty sure kingsnake has some insight on this too though.
 
Hey thanks guys for the compliments. With the L-citrulline I'm taking. It is not what contributed to my gains. The citrulline is a good tool for erection quality. It won't make your dick bigger. Now viagra on the other hand makes my dick extra veiny and brings my midshaft girth from 5.5 inches to 5.7 inches. My base girth goes from 6 inches to 6.2 inches. With 100 miligrams of viagra my dick gets so hard it actually hurts. It kinda feels like I am clamping.

As far as proteins goes, I take the champion brand of whey protein.

Hey Zoetic8. On big compound lifts like benchpress I do warm up sets and then 2 worksets. For example. My worksets on the flat benchpress is currently 315lbs. My warmups are as follows:

warm up set 135lbs x 10 reps
warm up set 225lbs x 6 reps
warm up/acclimation set 275lbs x 2-3 reps

workset1 315lbs x 6 reps
workset2 315lbs x 5-6 reps

When I reach the point to when I can benchpress 315lbs for 2 sets of 8 reps then I will increase the weight to where it will bring me back down to 5 reps and then repeat the cycle.

Hey Bjembe. The species of snake I am is anoconda. LOL. The pipe repair clamp size I am using is 1"X 3". It can be found in the plumping section of Home Depot.

I was huge and alot stronger back then but i was fat too. I was eating around 4500-5000 calries a day. In order to gain serious amounts of muscle for the average individual, one has to gain weight and expect to but on bodyfat. You can strip the fat later to show off the new muscle underneath after you get to your desired weight. In the weight room you need to be getting continuosly stronger on compound lifts like benchpress, squats, military press and things of that nature. Keep the reps around 6-8. big weights will leed to big muscles if the calories are there. Use this fall and winter coming up to eat like a mad man and get strong in the weightroom, then when spring starts approaching start adding cardio and a cutting diet to lean up and show off the new muscle mass for the summer.

Hey guys Kingsnake here. I am happy to report that I have made more gains. My dick is responding greatly to my Penis Enlargement efforts. My pre Penis Enlargement stats were NBPL 8 inches x 5.2 midshaft girth x 5.5 base girth. My last set of progress pics were done in June 2009. My stats in June 2009 were as follows.

Non bonepressed length: 8.6 inches
Bone pressed length 9 inches
Base girth 5.9 inches
Midshaft girth 5.4 inches
Bonepressed flaccid stretch 9.5 inches

Pics of my old progress pics can be seen on page 1 and 2 of this thread.

My new stats almost 3 months later (End of September 2009) are as follows.

New Non bonepressed length: 8 and 3 quarter inches (Almost 9 inches nbp)
New bonepressed length: 9.2 inches
New base girth: 6 inches
New midshaft girth: 5.5 inches (Finally showing midshaft girth improvement)
New bonepressed flaccid stretch: 9 and 3 quarter inches (almost 10 inches)

By the end of July 2009 I started reading in great detail about the mechanism behind stretching human tissue works. I started reading about the nature of plastic deformation do to stretch forces and load. After gaining some knowledge on the subject I omitted some exercises from my Penis Enlargement routine because, do to what I read about on plastic deformation and the way the tunica works. I felt these exercises didn’t benefit me much. I omitted full erect clamping, pumping and 80% to 90% erect jelqs. Now I only use a cable clamp as an ADCs for an hour and I jelq at no higher then 50% to 60% erection. I do this because the tunica has more elastic properties to stress and manipulate when its flaccid or semi engorged. When fully erect the tunica is hard and rigid like steel and has no elastic properties and will be extremely hard to manipulate without the risk of injury to the tunica.

On August 1, 2009 I began a new routine based off of my readings on plastic deformation that I am still doing now. My routine now is as follows.

(Morning Penis Enlargement workout before work):

warm up with dick in glass of warm to hot water for 5 minutes then wrap warm to hot rice sock around my dick for 5-10 minutes.

1 hour of manual stretches. Mainly different variations of bundled stretches in front of my heater.

10-15 minutes of edging after manual stretches to restore blood flow and erection quality.

After my morning workout I go to work at 9 am. At work I perform manual stretches through out my time there at my cubicle and do at least 100 kegels a day. My cubicle is in an area where no one can see me. If someone is coming I can here them and have enough time to stuff my dick back in my pance through my zipper.
On my lunch break I go home which is 5 minutes away from my job and peform my hanging workout. At home on my lunch break I warm up with a rice sock for 10 minutes then do 2 sets of 15 minutes of HANGING straight down with my legs squatted to really hit the ligs. I am currently hanging with 5 pounds with the downward position. After my 2 hanging sets I edge for 5 minutes to regain circulation and erection quality then go back to work.

When I get off of work at 6 pm, I go straight to the gym to workout and do my cardio. When I get home from the gym, usually around 7:30 pm, I begin my evening Penis Enlargement workout.

I warm up with a rice sock again and perform two 15 minute sets of tunica hanging with 7.5 pounds next to my heater. The way I perform tunica hanging is I lay down on my back on the bed and I have my homemade hanger attached to a pulley going over me connected to a chair with the weight hanging off. This causes the force to pull my dick straight up beyond my naval to stretch the tunica and inner penis while I’m laying down talking on the phone or watching TV.

After my two sets of tunica hanging, I warm up again with a rice sock and then perform 30 mins to 1 hour of wet jelqs and squeeze variations with no more then a 60% erection.

After my jelqing workout, I then edge again for 10-15 minutes for erection quality purposes. When my evening Penis Enlargement workout is done, it is usually around 9:30pm to 9:45pm. At this point I put on a cable clamp as an ADCs jump in the shower and go hang out with friends for a couple of hours. I usually take the cable clamp off after an hour. If I know I am getting laid that night then I don’t use the ADC.

I do this routine 5 days a week Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I only do manual stretches a couple times a day when ever I feel like it. Saturday and Sunday is fun time when I’m out partying it up. Since doing this routine since August 1, 2009 and taking my L-citrulline supplement which, I started taking 2 weeks ago, the snake continues to grow and staying in good health while doing so.

thanks King...i will do just that..at the moment now I'm weighing in at 150 lbs..and i'm 5'9...i lost some weight the last few weeks..i use to cook on the regular and workout 6 days a week but for the past month i stopped doing both..due to my mood...but i will take your advice and just try to eat as much as possible during the cold weather and when it warms back up...just go at cardio and get my diet back on track..thanks

Hey twins172_up. Now remember what I said. When you start bulking up you will gain some bodyfat and your fat pad might get bigger resulting in a slight decrease in your non bonepressed length. Don't wurry though because you will get rid of it when you start a cutting diet and cardio towards the spring time. Just make sure you scarf down a bunch of clean calories with plenty of protein. Stay away from a lot of sweets and empty calories. Drink a gallon of water a day if you can to help flush you out as well.

We talked for about an hour then I began my chest and arms workout. During my workout Tamie went to her car brought in her camera. I was thinking to myself "what the hell" while she started taking pictures of me. After a while I got into it and went to the locker room to chance into my red tank top. Anyway though after my workout we talked some more and I ended up having her follow me to my place and I banged the sh#it out of her. I even got to use her state of the art camera to take pics of her with the snake in her mouth. When I whipped out my semi erect snake she was blown away and told me I am bigger then her ex husband who was suppose to be the biggest she's ever had. I will be training Tamie on Saturday and Sunday mornings at the gym to help her with her fitness goals and obviously more f#cking. Hey twins172_up, As far a my fitness goals go, I am now currently weighing 213lbs with 8 percent bodyfat. I am trying to bulk up to 225 - 230lbs while keeping my waist line and fatpad down to a minimum. Once I get to 225 - 230lbs, I am going to start dieting down and hopefully the end result for next summer will be me at 205-215 pounds with 5% bodyfat and no fat pad.

I was a baller back in the days with a good vertical leap (35.5 inches approximately).

Can you jump high with all the weight you've gained now ?
 
Hey Starks, I don't know what my vertical leap is but I can grab and hang on rim easily. The only thing is I can't dunk a basketball because my hands are too small to palm the ball. Every time I try to dunk the ball I end up loosing the damn thing.
