    I was just curious as to what your routine is so that i may be able to incorporate.

    I think it's a great routine! You can gain for sure with this...just be as consistent as hell! It's important to measure girth before and after to see how much expansion your session gives you. You should gain ( pre w/o ) at least 1/8" EL and 1/8" EG with in the first month or so. Once you see the results and you know for yourself it's working you'll be on your journey! Having a big dick is so worth all the effort. Drop a line when ever for what ever!
    Well I just did my first work out, and I feel great!
    This what i started out with:
    - all kinds of stretching exercices I found on the forum, most recommended by DLD. (2 sets each)
    -15 minutes of jelqing
    -100 PC muscle squeezes
    -testicular health massage.
    Tell me if you think this a good routine to start out with, if you recommend I add anything else.

    My personal opinion is if you can't take 30min a day ( 5 days on 2 off ) then your results will fall short of your expectations. The concept is expansion over time..eventually the penis will adapt to the stresses and gains are a result of new skin and tissues that have grown. Once 8 months or more has passed these gains will be " cemented" for good. Well have at it..and you can always drop a line if you have questions!
    Glad to hear it! When would "now" be the right time to start? I gained 1/2" in BPEL & a 3/36" in EG in the first four months. Its been a steady 1/8" gain at a time. Your size will expand after a work out..we call this post w/o pump. It can be anywhere from 1/8" to 1/4" bigger! This pump with consistent effort will become your new pre w/o size. It's important not to stop or all gains will be lost. You have to stick to a routine for at least 6-8 months for the gains to be cemented. Believe me though when I say you wont want to stop. once you see that this is for real you will know what I mean. Learn how to measure correctly and take your stats early. This will be your motivation after a month or two when the numbers start to climb.

    I just found the thread, and replied so I'm guessing it bumped up back up to the first page.
    Once again thanks for the information, I really want to start soon, I'm gonna start gently, nothing too aggressive and slowly add on some more exercises.
    How long does it usually take before you start to see results? 3 months? 4 months? i don't really know what to expect.

    Hey blueberry, I don't know how to create a link, but i just found it in the newbie forum. It's still there on page #3 towards the bottom. It's an old thread so it keeps getting pushed to the bottom. I tried to cut and paste but it was 3000 + characters and it will only allow me 1000. Let me know when you find it, reply to the thread so it gets bumped back to the first page.This should help all as well. You can always ask a question if you need advise!
