Hello Big Brothers !
I'm almost 28 years old, i am starting now with PE manual. I start from 5,5 inches or 14 cm length in erect state. My goal as a beginner is to make 2 inches or 5 cm with phase 1 newbie routine. I know that we are all different models and everybody is progressing differently, but brothers be honest with me is it possible to accomplish that in 3-4 months ?
 
2 inches in 3-4 months? 1 inch might be doable. Be ready for a longer ride with PE when you want to accomplish bigger gains. ;)
It's a whole different enhancement process compared to other parts of your body after all. Some theories and practises are similar but getting great gains can (and usually will) take time and lots of work.

I don't want to "piss on your parade", but just keeping it straight. Work at it and who knows what you might accomplish!

I'm not afraid of the work, i'll put the work for the gains. I just want to know if my goal is realistic, but 1 inch is not bad for 3-4 months with the manual PE. I'll be doing the PE exercises early in the morning, the whole newbie program, i'm also thinking to stop wearing underwear :D
 
Going commando helps a lot! That or very loose boxer shorts. Give your manhood the time to swing low. ;)

Many have made that 1" gain within 6 months of the newbie program. But as said, keep it real, this journey is often quite "long." (Pun not intented.)
Just be consistent and if there are bumps on the road, don't be shy to participate on the forum.
 
Just joined after a long time lurking. Previously did the newbie routine for a few mo this but didn’t manage to stick to it very well due to work commitments and privacy issues, Visible difference to flaccid size but didn’t get much further due to the above.

Just bought the slistretcher now and am looking forwards to adding that to the newbie routine as well as doing some light hanging. Got more privacy and time on my hands now so hoping to gain some girth and length over the coming year!
 
Been lurking for a while. My ex left back in 2014, so I guess that's when all of this technically started. I discovered the bath mate and did that semi-regularly for most of that year. Fell off the wagon for reasons. Dabbled in it for a bit last year and actually bought a phallosan that I never committed to because my penis seems to be in between the condom sizes. Decided to try a mos vacuum pump this year instead, but after digging around the kegel thread, I'm wondering if I should just do those exclusively for 6-12 months before chasing after length. (I haven't officially measured girth, but I can just barely fit inside a tp roll if that helps with visuals). Length is about 6.5 according to the ruler on the bath mate, but I do have a fat pad to deal with.
Here's the issues I'm working with. 1. Boy be chunky. I'm currently 6'2" and 289lbs. It's spread out pretty well, but I remember the days when I was 240 and my dick actually wanted to work with me. I'm getting back into the gym. Would I be better off waiting on the length portion until I've met my body goal?
2. 30 plus years of masturbating has lead me to having a dick that doesn't always want to respond to someone else. I'm currently on day 16 of nofap. I gave up adult entertainment over 2 years ago, so I haven't been experiencing the withdrawals that other people seem to get when they start this stuff, and I've actually had a few moments where I'm very aware of my junk (randomly horny for no reason), so feel like I'm making some progress but at the same time, I have no idea if I'm doing it right. My goal is 90 days. People think I'm crazy for trying, I'm saying that it is a show of dedication and discipline. Plus, I've never actually had a wet dream before.
3. When I do get hard, it don't stand up. My guess is the girth plus some weak ass PC muscles, hence my question about kegels.
4. I have a slight bend to the left when I'm semi, but it's not there when I'm hard. Back in 2009 when my oldest was learning how to use his legs and jump, he was jumping on my lap while holding my hands. Got excited, jumped a little too hard and came down on my penis. Noticed the next day that I had a very small bump under the skin. I was working in a medical clinic at the time so I had one of the docs on staff look at it. Called a urologist and was told that it was a busted capillary and should heal up fine. Never had any pain. When I'm hard, if I feel the sides of my penis, it seems like the left is a little thinner than the right. I don't have any pain during erections or sex, so I'm not thinking peyronie's. I bought the phallosan thinking it would be the fix, but gave up out of frustration because I couldn't get it on properly.

Thoughts?
 
I joined this forum over others I’ve seen out there because the community here seems a lot more supportive than others I’ve seen in the PE world. The fact that DLD and other active members take their time to answer posts and questions was important to me.
I started doing PE a long time ago back when there wasn’t much info out there. Pretty much just some basic jelqs and stretches. I saw some decent results, but fell off the wagon. I have recently decided to get back in the game and really try and shoot for my goals. DLD and the MOS community seem like a good place to go to get the information and feedback I need.
I started back about a month ago at 7” BPEL and 6” EG. As of today I’m at 7.75” BPEL and 6” EG. So I’ve seen some pretty quick results. My goals are 9” NBPEL and 6.5” EG. I know I can reach those goals, especially with the help of the guys in this community. Looking forward to it!

I can help you with the routine. I suggest that you read through SRT and the newbie routine. Between these two routines I can put together something that will really work for you. How much time you have every day? What are your goals and what are your starting sizes? Do you have any equipment? Let me know the answers to this and I can help you with a routine.
 
All I have is my hands. I do stretches and jelquin together, should I do Strechcing in isolation since i want length first? im 6 in length and very thin in girth

If you desire length over girth I suggest doing the length only routine. What are you doing as far as stretching is concerned right now?
 
Hey, I am new to this site but not really a newbie to PE. I was mostly a visitor to Thunders Place and PeGym. I started back in Fall of 2017 with a starting size of around 6.5 x 5.3 BPEL. I mostly stuck to my routine and am currently at 7.9 x 5.6. My goal is 8.5 x 7. I ended up here since I am looking to further gain more knowledge on a diff site and see what I can try different. Ill be lurking around and be happy to have someone reach out to me about my questions.
 
New to the group and the journey. Starting a new life and this is one of the goals. Losing weight, growing my hair back and growing my dick.
I bought a hydromax 7 on a whim, have no clue what I’m doing so I found this group. Been super tired lately can’t really get a full erection for before pics but her are my flavors.

Welcome, and that is a good size, especially the girth.

You could start by doing the bathmate combined using an exercise called DLD SSJ.

The method is 5*5*3 where you do five mins bathmate followed by five mins SSJ for three sets.

It's primarily girth, but if you prefer to Target also length, add in some stretching.

The bathmate is a good device, I actually have three of them, although one of those was just for demo's, the Goliath model was excellent like ten years when I used it.

Give it four to six weeks, and you'll have gains, then you can start making adjustments.

I'm currently NBPEL 5.75x4.75, my absolute ideal dick would be NBPEL 7.5x5.5, but such huge gain in length would probably take a lot of years, to which I definetely don't have the willpower to go through, so I have minimised my goal to NBPEL 6.75x5.5. I also bought Phallosan Forte and I plan to wear it 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Any advice for me? Thanks!

hello and welcome to the brotherhood. Your goals are very humble! You can make this happen inside of the year and with the right routine. I highly recommend you go through SRT and read the entire first post as this will give you an education of 17 years in about a 20 minute read. You will learn everything you need to know about the basics of healing and gaining. Extremely valuable information to know. Please get back to me with any questions or if you want me to help you put a routine together.

(not more than), girth is 5.5 in. by paper strip measured in 1/4 inches marked from the same ruler. Looking at the photos here puts me in a strange category? Is there some kind of healthy balance in this process?

There are two places that will teach you pretty much everything you need to know to get started and start making gains. Look over the SRT routine and the newbie routine and read through the whole first post. When your done come back with any questions you may have and we can help you put a routine together. Or you can simply choose to train the newbie routine or the SRT routine as they are written.

Hi friends

I‘m 33 and have been doing PE for a total of around 1,5-2 years, with a few breaks in between. Last time I did something was around 6 months ago. I made what I would call marginal gains (at that time I didnt really measure but subjectively he seemed a bit bigger) which now seem to have almost vanished. My routine consisted of dry jelqing for about 10 min directly after the shower , followed by stretching for like 5 min, once daily with an off day like every 5-6 days or so. I also used penomet and bathmate each for around 6 months but wasnt really happy about the handling so at some point i lost interest in them.

Why I stopped is that I noticed some lowered EQ (around 20-30% with inability to keep it for too long). reading about venous leak/hard flaccid and all sorts of horrible things that can happen to a man. I don’t know if it also biased me a little bit, but all in all I kind of freaked and don’t know if I should get back into it. I never had the impression that I applied too much pressure, even tho I had red dots quite often and a thrombosed vein 2 times.
I‘ve been doing kegels more or less every day but spontaneously whenever I could and not with a strict programme.

My EQ is back to 100% now. In general I‘m more or less happy about my size (BPEL: 19 cm, EG: 13 cm) even though like all of you, a bit more wouldn‘t hurt ;) I‘d be the happiest man ever with like an inch more in length and half an inch in girth (even though I know that half an inch is a bit unrealistic so I‘d also be happy with like 1 cm more).

So I‘d be glad for some advice since I‘m really not sure if I should start again or not. Although I read that only a small percentage of men are prone to venous leak, I believe that it may happen to all of us, to a higher or lower extent. For sure, if you do the exercises wrong with jelqing too hard you increase the risk, but if you look at it from a physiological point of view increasing pressure in your dick doesmt really sound like the healthiest thing you could do to it. I‘m not against PE, i really believe that if you‘re persistant and careful, pay attention not to overdo it, good results are possible. Even tho I dont believe that there is a person who does PE regularily for several years and never had an injury, especially since higher pressures are needed the more you progress.

All in all I have a lot of respect for it and want to be careful.

So please guys, help me out here. Is a third of a inch in girth really worth a (quite real) risk of losing potency to some extent? I know it may sound a bit paranoid and I know that every man makes the decision for himself. But I just need some opinions so I can make a fully rational and good choice.

Maybe I‘ll just start with the newbie routine again but apply less pressure so no red dots are seen?

Also Something a bit off topic, someone has a good advice on premature ejaculation? I‘ve read and also practiced the reverse kegels and relaxing exercises for pelvic floor but havent really mastered it yet.

How big do you want to get? What are you most concerned with length or girth? How much time do you have every day to train? Do you own any tools? Let me know the answer to these questions so I can help direct you better.

Just ordered the mityvac as it looks very promising. Included are the silisleeve5 right? Those cant be used to keep the penis extended for regeneration or can they?
I‘m still unsure about doing the vigorous jelqing exercices aswell the clampingn with the rings, kinda sounds a bit too much for me....For how long would I keep the ring on anyway? You write from after girth exercice til bedtime, but what if I exercise at 6pm? I keep the ring on for like 6h?

This all depends on what your work out is going to be. The Mityvac is great that will cover your girth work using the 5×5×3 in SRT. As for length work did you find anything in the SRT routine that you liked? The SiliStretcher and Lengthmaster both can be used as well as manual.

Hey MoS! My names Patrick. I'm new, if you mean as a formal member anyways. I've followed pegym, MoS, and Thunders for years, creeping through the forums for advice, reaffirmation, and just to see everyones progress with PE. I've dabbled for years with PE, typically only jelqing and incorporating kegals, unfortunately my dedication sucked and I could only stick to it for a few weeks at a time before inevitably getting preoccupied by life. However, I'm fully commiting to it this time around and I felt that actually cementing myself as a member and engulfing myself in an active community would give me the encouragement and motivation to stick to it! ( If you catch the pun referenced in my username, I like you already) LMAO

The 5×5×3 is found in the SRT routine and it’s a very simple combination of pumping for five minutes and then doing the SSJ for five minutes and repeat this three times. For length you can choose between a number of workouts found in the SRT thread. Have a look to SRT as far as length work goes and let me know what you think.

Is there a reason why you‘re ignoring my questions about injuries such as venous leak that can possibly lead to lowered EQ and worst case impotency? A slightly lowered EQ was the reason I stopped PE in the first place. So again, what about those kind of injuries while pumping? And what would the gains be if I only did, next to the stretching routine, the 5x5x3 without the SSJ part, as it sounds a bit too heavy for me, so it would be a 5x3.

Not avoiding your question my brother I didn’t see it. The best thing you can do when venous leak is present is to INCREASE the blood flow. It is a vascular decrease in blood flow so forcing blood flow would be correcting the issue. I don’t think it’ll happen overnight but it will happen. But doing nothing about it will end up causing impotence issues.

Do not skip the SSJ as you will not get the full benefit of the SRT. You can use Jelqs instead but there has to be a exercise placed in between pumping sessions to reduce and disperse water retention and to bring girth evenly across the entire penis.
 
You should also be doing a lot of pelvic floor muscle work to help increase your bloodflow also. I highly recommend you follow the newbie routine Kegel portion

Hello everyone, newbie here, 31 years old, all my kit I ordered arrives today, got everything from zenhanger, 6.5lbs hanging kit, electronic vaccupump, ads and clamp. Of course I have studied and prepared for weeks, I wont be using the clamp or really the pump right off, working on length first, if i do use pump it will be light 5 min very low pressure just enough to induce a little extra blood flow after hanging. My routine is going to be... 3 sets, 15 min @ 2.5-5 lbs weight will be determined when I start. I will add 1pound a week for about 3 or 4 months, month 2 I will change set times to 20 min. Once I am at 20 lbs I will reevaluate and maybe start changing positions. Any input is appreciated, and I know a lot of the routine is conditional depending on my body's reaction and limits. I understand the key is patience and time, though I would like to maximize any early gains I can get. So please let me know your thoughts. Currently at 6 1/8 in bpel, no other accurate measurements yet, soft tape is in the kit I'm getting today.
