Hi guys. Joined a couple years ago and just read, trying to get some knowledge you know. I started Jelqing but I didn’t know what I was doing, but saw a result over the summer (not too much but it was a gain).
Then I stopped completely. I bought a bathmate hercules back in 2014 and used it off and on for some 6-8 months. Stopped using it in 2016 (I know idiot) and lost any gains I made. But I did keep some, even though I didn’t keep a record my penis was just under 6 inches erect don’t remember girth, and as of January 31 2020 it measured 6 3/4 inches x 4 5/8 inches girth.
I stared pumping again cause I gained a lot of weight (I’m 37 now and gotta make a lifestyle change) and now I’m dropping some weight also as I start my PE experience again. I’m also sticking to it cause I was in a brief relationship with a woman and she left after 4 months, I tried contacting her (like a dumbass) and she told me she has moved on to “bigger and better things”. So that was a stab to the heart. Well anyway I will post an update just to keep getting motivated, this is my first time uploading anything here on MOS, here I am pumping in the shower.

it’s so good to have you back! Don’t be so hard on yourself, you’re only 37 you have plenty of time to do this. Best way to stay motivated is to stay involved in the forums. When we help one another the brotherhood works very well. I suggest you start a progress thread with all of your information so we can start keeping track of stuff and helping you get to where you want to go. It’s smart to diet and exercise while you’re doing PE as the games will come physically and visually very quickly.

Welcome from Cape Cod my brother I’m also from Massachusetts, I live in the five College area. Your desire is extremely easy to attain simply start the newbie routine and within a month you will notice incredible vascularity.

I’d been suffering from ED badly after (successful) treatment for prostate cancer. Even ED medication wasn’t really working.

the results from an ED perspective have been fantastic. I still need take the medication but far less and can sometimes actually get pretty impressive erections even without it now.

I’d say I’ve made some minor gains in girth but definitely not length.

But I’d never really thought about using it for enlargement until now. I’ve probably always been pumping to maybe 80% and never more than 10- 15 min sessions in total.


My question is at my age (49) can I still expect to make gains using the right regime and if so what should I look to change/ add to it (eg I don’t jelq at present)?

I hope so LOL or else many of us old men would’ve never made gains. You’re a young fellow my friend and you have a big life in front of you so set some goals and make it happen.

In the process of gaining better EQ you will actually gain size also so that’s some icing on top of the cake. Weak EQ is usually due to very weak pelvic floor muscles. You can strengthen those muscles very quickly and as you strengthen them they will become more able to hold more blood and keep you at 100% plus+!

A very simple routine to follow that will accomplish all of this for you plus more is the newbie newbie routine. This routine has an excellent set of exercises to build a strong foundation and as we progress we can incorporate parts of SRT into your routine. Have a look through the newbie routine especially the portion on Kegels.

I would also like you to look through the SRT routine to see some of the basic healing and gaining techniques that you could use in your current routine. You will also see a really good pumping routine called the 5×5×3 and this will bring incredible growth while increasing the blood flow to your penis.

Please suggest me the best device and exercise along with suppliment that will help me reach my goal faster.

What's your current stats? And goal?. Jump on the SRT for starters definately, assuming you don't work at home? If so this could be good for an ADS. Start with SRT and see where it takes you, bathmate is a good device to have aswell as sillistretcher

Andy gave you some great advice. If you’re sitting most of the day I would go with the SiliStretcher since it can be worn for as long as you like. People have worn this to bed for over 8 hours and they were safe. So this should be a great way to gain length without a lot of work. Girth on the other hand you’ll need some privacy at home. I highly recommend SRT also specifically the 5×5×3 is the brings girth the fastest. After you read through SRT please come back with any questions you may have. Once again welcome to the brotherhood.

My goal is to improve Pre Ejac and get some length and girth seems by the posts this is attainable I have been doing some stretches but not enough.
I am open to any advise on short term and long term gains, thanks so much for this forum and the help provided by all.

By all means get up a progress post so we can support and monitor any progress you make. Have you had chance to look through the SRT and the newbie guide?. both great places to start, follow these for starters and couple that with your own commitment and that will be the best possible start you can have, after that you can maybe at looking to potentially introducing other items to support your gains dependant on how much you want to spend, there really is a spectrum of tools that we can recommend based on your needs.

Been lurking just recently, I'll introduce myself now.

I first heard about PE when I was a teenager, but I never took it seriously. I had also heard of "horror stories" of guys injuring themselves doing this, so I was even more put off. Recently, I started looking into it again, and found that you guys have certainly made a science out of it.

My biggest reason for joining is that I am on the "larger" end of micropenis, and this is probably the first time I've ever posted this anywhere on the internet. I haven't measured myself recently, but last time I checked (which was years ago now), my penis was a little under 3 inches when erect; I still have no idea what my girth is. It's honestly been a source of shame for me for most of my life, but I figured it's about time I do something about it.

As for who I am, I'm a 29-year-old cancer biologist about to receive my PhD. I am married, but I thank whatever god is out there that my wife has a VERY SMALL vagina, so sex hasn't been a problem for us. However, I'm not choosing to do this for her, I'm doing it for me. I do hope she can get more satisfaction out of it, though. I'm currently overweight, which contributes to my small penis size, but I just started up my old routine from when I was training for powerlifting and bodybuilding. Depression is a huge problem in my career, and it affected me to the point that I just let myself go. But I'm making a comeback!

As for what my goals are, I would honestly be happy if I could just get to average size (so 5 inches). Once I get there, I may keep going; don't know yet.

I'm going to keep reading as much as I can from this site before I start; I don't want to get injured either. I read through DLD's beginner routine and about SRT. I want to make sure I have any-and-all equipment necessary for when I start. I don't have the money to afford the whole kit right now, so I'll do what I can without it for now. I welcome any and all suggestions!

I do not suggest you buy anything right now I would rather work with you doing the newbie routine until we can get some quick newbie gains. Many guys will see a quick inch gain in a very short amount of time (some under a month) I would start doing it exactly as it is written in as you progress so we can think about tours later.

your depression and your situation I can completely understand. I’m glad the good Lord has given you a wife that’s compatible with you as you are! Praise the Lord! But this does not mean you have to settle for where you are, God wants you to make the most of what you are. So setting a goal of 5 inches is not only humble but it’s extremely doable.

I suggest you start the newbie routine alongside of an aerobic routine. I will steer clear of lifting weights at this point I would strictly work on losing fat through aerobic activity. If you do this along side of your PE routine your gains will come so much quicker.

I highly recommend you start a progress thread and start to write up what your routine is going to be. You’re starting sizes, your goals, pictures and video if you want, and other things to add. Having a journal here helps us keep you working.
