New guy. Looking to start making gains in 2020. A divorce has me sitting around after work thinking (and drinking) too much. Ready for change. Wanting to jump right in and get the SRT bundle. Good idea or will I just end up hurting myself? Also, anyone have experience stretching with piercings? Any known issues?

Bundles are a must for beginners and pros. If you want some help creating a routine let me know.
 
I would love some personal training! I will get with you and figure out what exactly I need. The forum shop doesn’t offer many of the devices I’ve read about on here. Like the Phallosan. Do we not get any sort of discount on it? Do I need to order it direct through them? Is there a better alternative?

Everything you need is in the shop. @Lightning can help you decide. If you’re looking to do the entire SRT routine you basically need an ADS, a pump and a Lengthmaster. Hey, guys I just found this forum from a recommendation from a buddy who also recommended me to get a bathmate. I'm currently 19 and extremely overweight so my measurements might not be fully accurate but I just measured my penis and the results gave me major anxiety and now I feel like shit. I'm working towards losing weight, but I also know that it won't make that much of a difference since I pulled back the fat and measured and I had been with a chick who told me that I'm a little smaller than average.

My goal is to reach 7 inches girth and 8 inches length when erect. I don't know if that will increase the size when flaccid but I'd also like a bit of a size increase in flaccid state.

my current measurements are 3 inches length and 3.5/4 inches girth when flaccid and 4.5/5 inches length and 4/4.5 inches girth when erect. These arent 100% accurate due to my fat but I think its more or less this length.

looking at this length makes me feel really emasculated and I hope I can reach my goal size with the help of you guys.

I also had a question, how long will it take and once I reach my goal do I need to keep doing this forever, or how exactly will making my results permanent work.

ps due to my weight and masturbation habits my stamina is also pretty shitty so a boost in that area would also be a great bonus

I've started on the SRT on the 25th. Before that I been using my x4 labs since about August. I have averaged about 4 hours a day at work on week days but nothing really on the weekend as its terrible to wear. My non bone erect is 14cm, my erect bone pressure is 16cm. Goal is 7" initially.

What I find is that I can stretch to a bigger size flaccid after a stretch session, but never seems to add to erection length :( I'm really keen to get some help with a plan to do split stretching as I can't sit for 4 hours in my job.

Will add pics and more info when I get home

I'm keen on length, I'm 6" girth now erect so I'm happy enough with that. More would be good but some more length would be awesome. I have purchased the LengthMaster, SiliRings and SiliSleev DuroSleev to help, they shipped today (monkey)

I'll see how I go but the x4labs traction device is my manual stretching if you like. If I can do two split 2 hour sessions with something as I have an office at work and can close my door and happily sit naked for about that time. Any more and it would look odd

It’s great to hear and that will be a perfect set up for me to create a great routine for you. Let me know when everything comes in and I will put it together for you. In the meantime I suggest using the newbie routine.

It really feels like I have massive turtling after a session :(

With a heavy duty work out you will turtle and you will feel soreness at the base but these are very temporary. As you become more used to the exercises and start to include healing techniques in length this will not be an issue. But I’m happy you’re getting good workouts in.

Thank you to the advices! I feel very welcome here :) Well, my lenght is 5,1' (I created an album to post my evolution) and don't know the girth but i'm focusing in the lenght. I saw a few routines and I'm trying creating one to adapt my routine. I started 3 days ago and started to get the hang with the exercises. I think i will try to see the evolution for a while and try to buy a device in the future
