    Hi there bro, what's up?

    I stretched anytime i had the chance of doing so. When going to the WC after a piss for a few seconds each direction, rotaries, etc...not too much cause it's not warmed up...

    At home i usually did about 15 to 20 minutes of all angle stretching, up down, left right, etc for about 20 secs each hold,.
