Got some major fatigue yesterday with my evening hanging workout. Had to drop my weight down in the middle of my last set because of the fatigue.
 
hey knigsnake ive really been following alot of your advice lately , its just seems like the smarter thing to do,plus you have a back round in bodybuilding , so you know alot about health and recovery wich is great!
i ,just the same as you have alot of trouuble gaining girth , i tried clamping once befor but ended up clamping wrong or to hard and burst a bunch of those little capillaries in my head and i cant even explain what i did in the shaft department lol but it was nasty purple red , took like a week to heal.
anyway ive decided to give it another go becaus uli's and other things just arent cutting it!
i think that the theory you have with hanging, about how your hands arent strong enough to keep the penis streched for a long period of time with the right intensity, could be applied to girth aswell!
cuz i just dont think that compression squeezes of any kind done manualy are enough to plasticly defor girth wise , at least for me!
ive benn holding some for up to 2 min each and i still dont get past 1\4 '' expansion no matter how long or how hard!
so basicly what im asking is what do you do during your clamp session and how?
i just really need to find something that will work for me , so thank in advance!!!

Hey jekyllnhyde360. I'm about to post my progress pics with detailed info so read it to help you with clamping.

Well Monday that just past was my hanging marothon workout like every Mondays since I have Mondays off. I did 6 sets of bundled tunica fulcrum hanging with 15 pound down to 7.5 pounds on the 6th set from fatigue. The last 6 sets were just regular tunica fulcrum hanging sets with 12 pounds down to 7.5 pounds on the last set from fatigue. My flaccid stretch is looking longer then before with these intense hanging workouts.

This Monday coming up I'm scheduled to measure for progress so I'm hoping that my longer flaccid stretch is an indicator of erect length gains to come when I measure this Monday. Still determined to hit that lovely double digit number of npbel 10 inches this year. My bpel is getting pretty close to 10 inches but I'm more interested in my nbpel reaching 10 inches.

On Wednesday during my clamping workout I took some new pics. I just noticed when clamped I can no longer close my own index finger to thumb around my shaft.

As exciting as this is, I will really be happy once I reach the point to were I can't close my own middle finger and thumb around my dick. If I can achieve a middle finger to thumb gap then that will be great.

My clamped midshaft girth is now expanding to 6.4 inches after 10 minutes in the clamp. My girth towards the wrapping near the base is expanding between 6.5 to 6.6 inches after 10 minutes in the clamp.

I'm guessing once my clamped girth reaches 6.75 inches rock hard, I will no longer be able to get my own middle finger and thumb to close around my shaft. I know this because I measured one of my friend's, Kara's hair spray bottles at 6.7 inches and I had a very tiny gap between my middle finger and thumb when tightly gripping the bottle.

My normal unclamped midgirth is 5.8 inches but after my clamping workout is complete my post unclamped midgirth even at a semi erection stays expanded to 6 inches on the dot for a good 6 to 8 hours. My dick also stays red for an hour do to my intense clamping sessions.

After all of my hanging work is done for the day, my girth workout in the evenings has been 3 to 4 fifteen minute sets of clamping while staying rock hard the whole time. Got some nice adult entertainment at my disposal during my clamping workouts. LOL.

At full erection and after kegelling in blood while simultanously pushing the clamp into my fat pad, I then stop kegelling and let the clamp ride up my shaft by 1 cenimeter and the clamp locks in place with insane pressure build up from the blood that was just kegeled in.

My dick is so hard during my clamping workouts that it actually starts to hurt a little with some slight internal discomfort as I kegel more blood into my clamped dick causing an insane amount of pressure build up, stretching and expanding the tuncia walls with only 1 to 2 clicks of the cable clamp.

What I'm about to say is only for advanced guys. And even for advance Penis Enlargementers do this at your own risk. I believe that a slight bit of discomfort is neccassary to really get that tunica to stretch and expand past it's normal threshold during a normal erection. Slight discomfortness and a slight dull pain through out the shaft during the clamping session is good but anything past a slight discomfortness is bad and one should release the pressure of the clamp a little bit.

I haven't been pumping as much lately but I plan on atleast doing 1 set every other day on the week days, starting next week.

On Wednesday that just past I had my friend Kara over and while she was giving me head, I told her to try and grip my midshaft girth with a firm grip and Kara was unable to close her index finger and thumb around my shaft but she was still able to close her middle finger and thumb around it.

I'm getting pretty fucking excited because I think once my normal unclamped midgirth reaches 6.25 to 6.3 inches then not many chicks will be able to grip around my dick with any fingers unless they got giant basket ball hands. LOL.

hey, snake. Wanted to ask you a question about your workout routine. How long did you bulking stage take, diet and workout routine? Weights & lifts? I just started out two weeks ago and started incorporating high fat high protein and low carb in my diet.

ADC is one of the most essential "tools" that can be used in any serious girth regimen and it must be used as often as possible.
The benefits of such an approach are countless.
 
Great gains man, very big inspiration to me. I've just started back up after a few years of break and am hitting the ground running. I have a question though.

I know that it was mentioned earlier in the thread but, what was the product you got to make the silicon clamping wrap? The only thing I've found online similar was a silicon sleeve. I've been clamping for a couple weeks now and only use a cotton wrist sweatband for clamp wrapping and I've started to develop some irritation around the base.

I'm currently on a high calorie diet (trying to gain 40lbs), and have noticed that I've already lost around 0.3- 0.5" in NBPenis EnlargementL ( was originally 7" NBPenis EnlargementL) which is really troubling me. My question is once I've reached my desired weight (currently at 134 lbs) will simply cutting off excess body fat help me regain any lost length that I experienced during my bulk or will it remain lost due to increased body mass, which would only leave the option of Penis Enlargement to regain any lost length (and then some if possible).



Btw, I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for about 2 weeks (DLD's routine) now and my dicks become much more vascular (due to hard Jelqing, I believe).

If you gain weight and it is fat you will lose size due to fat pad gain. The best method to gaining weight is lean, muscular weight through a high protein diet and lots of exercise and weight training. This way you will gain weight without losing size.

Btw, I'm hitting the gym pretty hard and taking Whey Protein (post workout) as well as other supplements (Fish Oil Pills, Potent Multi Vitamin, BCAA, etc)

Would alot of cardio help? I've been trying to avoid too much of it due to trying to gain weight rather than lose it, but since I'm taking BCAA (which prevents muscle breakdown), perhaps I should do alot more of it?

Bulking up then fat burning seems like more work than it needed, why not gain lean muscle mass and avoid the fat completely? Increase your calories in protein and complex carbs, do 20 minutes of cardio a day and train muscles 3-4 days a week. This way you will gain good weight and never need to lose the fat pad.

Hey what's up fellas. I have been absent here for a while but I'm back now. That's right. Your boy is back. Life has been busy for me lately. Got a new job thanks to one of the company's top boss's who I'm fucking. Her name is Janiss and this chick is fine as hell and hooked me up with a great job just from slinging her my Penis Enlargement gains.

Here's some new pics of my physique progress. Been down to 193 LBS for a minute now and at my most ripped at the moment. The 5 month long carb cycle diet that I've been doing is the best diet that I've down with the least amount of suffering to acheave super low bodyfat. My waist size is now at it's lowest being at 29.75 inches. I also have some more pics of me fucking around with Shaniya. Shaniya's got a banging body for sure and loves trying to take all of the snake in her mouth and pussy even though that shit ain't gonna happen.

Hey delo1of12. I made the majority of my Penis Enlargement gains from manual stretches, pumping and hanging. I'll post my current Penis Enlargement routine tommorrow since it's kinda late right now and i'm tired.

With my diet I'm doing a carb cycling diet. I have it to where I have 3 medium carb days, 2 low carb days and 2 high carb days through out the week to keep the metabolism going and hold onto muscle while the bodyfat drops. I'lll explain more about it tommorrow though.

Also for those just chiming in, I just posted brand new pics at the very bottom of the previous page of my physique progress and some new pics of me fucking around with Shaniya. Just posted these a couple of hours ago. Shaniya has got nice ass body and she swears that one day she'll be able to take all of the snake. Not going to happen. LOL.

Hey bjembe. My arm measurements right now is 17.5 inches unpumped and 18 inches after an arm workout. Still strong as fuck even though my bodyfat is low and I'm often depleted. Still able to barbell incline benchpress 315 for a double and dumbell shoulder press the 110 pound dumbells for 4 to 6 reps.

Hey delo1of12. With carb cycling I find this to be the best way to effectively lose fat while maintaining muscle and even building muscle. You see when you diet and restrict calories your body eventually catches on to what you're doing and begins to slow down your metabolism in an effort to hold onto bodyfat. By carb cycling you are tricking your body into thinking it isn't on a diet when it actually is.

With Penis Enlargement my current routine is more of a maintenance routine since I've been busy with my new job. Here's my maintenance routine.

Monday through Friday

AM WORKOUT: 2 twenty minute tunica hanging sets with the hanger attached in the middle of the shaft, 10 minutes of edging
PM WORKOUT: 2 twenty minute tunica hanging sets with the hanger attached close to the base, 1 fifteen minute clamping set, 10 minutes of edging

When my work schedule at my job returns back to 7am to 3pm which is in a month from now, then I'll hit my Penis Enlargement training hardcore again.
 
Hey keepingitbig. I had bulked up for about 6 months last time. Got up to 220 to 225 pounds. I had big full round muscles and was strong but I wasn't ripped. I then got on my carb cycle diet which lasted for 5 months leeding up till now at a ripped and chiseld bodyweight of 193 pounds. Not as strong as I was when I weighed 220 to 225 pounds but my strength is still close to what it was at 220 to 225 pounds. I plan on bulking up again but this time around I plan on keeping the calories clean during the week and dirty on the weekends so I won't add a shit ton of bodyfat with muscle.

Studies show that the average person with average genetics that's been training for more then 1 year can only add 2 pounds of dry muscle tissue per month. All other weight gain with in that month is glycogen storage, water weight and bodyfat. So I'll be looking to add 2 pounds per month. This way I won't have to do another 5 month long cutting diet for next summer. I will start my clean slow bulking diet in November then when April comes around, I'll start another cutting diet which I'm hoping will only be 2 months long at the most. Hoping to add a solid 6 to 8 pounds of solid muscle during my bulk phase.

hey kingsnake....will the carb cycling work on the mid section this is where i have the hardest time trying to get rid of fat ...and can you help me start a carb cycle...right now im at 200 pounds and 5' 8 with a tire around the mid section ....man where do i start. and being a freshie to the Penis Enlargement game where should i start there bro......?
 
Hey delo1of12. The carb cycle diet will help you lose bodyfat but the thing is you can't spot reduce. When ever you lose bodyfat you'll normally lose it everyway. Every one has a preditermind genetic pattern in the order that there bodyfat will come off. For most guys the stomach area is normally where most of the fat goes and is unfortunently the last place for the fat to come off on a diet.

Once you get your total bodyfat percenage low enough, your mid section will be smaller, along with the rest of your body. body fat wise anyway.

For a carb cycle diet I suggest you start off with 5 low carb days and 2 high carb days . On your low carb days eat 150 grams of carbs and on your high carb days eat 300 to 400 grams of carbs. For a more detailed plan with specific numbers and calories just wait for tonight when I get off of work and the gym and I'll post my carb cycle plan that got me in the condition that I'm in right now.
