Ha. Thanks for the support fellas and especially you DLD. This year has been a productive Penis Enlargement year for me even though I took a long hiatus for a couple of months. Still pulled through to make some last minute gains in length and girth at the end of 2010.

Hopefully 2011 will bring about more gains because I am focused. Not stopping until I reach that magnificant double digit number of 10 inches nbp and at least 6.2 inch mid shaft girth. If I can get my midshaft girth to reach 6.3 inches like my base girth then I'm in there.

Hey pepe. Being uncircumsized won't make a difference if you are hanging with the hanger attached close to the base like I do. If you hang the traditional way then yeah you will need to role your skin back.
 
I'm currently using a leather like strip cut from a glove as the first layer of wrapping. I then wrap with 16 inches of theraband as the second wrapping layer then I wrap with 10 inches of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] as the final wrapping layer. That's it. After that I apply my pipe repair clamp hanger and I'm ready to go.
 
thanks. have you made any modifications to your clamp cause I read from this thread that someone suggested wing nut bolt or something like that?(sorry english is not my native language)

have u found it more effective to hang from base than normal hangin?

Hey pepe. With the pipe repair clamp I took off the tightning bolt and replaced it with a wing nut to make it easier to tightnen.

For hanging I've been hanging with the hanger attached close to the base but lately I've been experimenting with the hanger attached 1 inch behind the glans with lighter weight to incorperate bundled hanging for length and girth.

So I'm doing both methods to attack the penis in different ways.

I suggest you start out with hanging the traditional way to get adjusted first and see if you make gains that way.

What do you do to maintain quality EQ?

My girth gains have come to a complete stop. I haven't done any length work in awhile. Is your daily constant length work adding to girth gains?
 
could u post pics of u using pipe repair clamp because I'm not sure how to put it on. it sounds weird but i just cant get it on, maybe its too small, because when i tighten it,it wont close correctly

Hey fellas. Took some pics of my girth training session yesterday. My unclamped midgirth is at 5.7 inches but in the clamp I'm expanding to 6.1 inches after the first set.

My unclamped base girth is 6.3 inches but I'm not sure what it expands to in the clamp because of the thick wrapping that I apply at the base before I put the clamp on.

I use thick wrapping with theraband so only 1-2 clicks is required for the cable clamp to be on very tight while still keeping it's circular shape.

Yesterday I did my normal 4 hours of tunica hanging but I started experimenting with a couple of sets. A good portion of those sets I had the hanger attached 1 inch behind the glans like the most people apply the hanger. I normally have the hanger applied as close to the base as possible to target the shaft rooted in the base and unside of the scrotom area but I decided to do something different.

Yesterday I did the first 6 sets with the hanger applied 1 inch behind the glans then I bundled my flaccid penis while hanging. Basically I did bundled tunica hanging with the shaft behind the hanger resting on a thick lotion bottle as a fulcrum to really hit the tunica. I bundled my penis to 1 side at a time and did 10 minutes per side and called that one 20 minute set.

I had to lower the weight from 17.2 pounds to 10 pounds because of the increased intensity of bundled fulcrum hanging. For those of you that don't know what bundling is, it's basically when you twist your flaccid penis and stretch it like a wet wash cloth being rung out. Now imagine this being applied while hanging to really hit the tunica and connective tissues.

I think bundled fulcrum tunica hanging may be the key to gaining length and total shaft girth because when you bundle your penis and stretch it, you are stretching the tuncia to deform laterially, horizontally, width wise and length wise to a greater elasticity and tissue mass to hold more blood upon erection.

What I noticed after each bundled tunica fulcrum set was my flaccid penis would become semi erect and engorged on it's own after I remove the hanger. I'm thinking this is because of the massive stretch force has temporarily deformed the tunica and blood vessals through CREEP causing bigger spaces for blood to enter. With time gains should be perminant.

After 6 sets of tunica bundled fulcrum hanging I did the rest of my hanging sets the usually way with the hanger attached to the base.

If came up with the bundled hanging idea from another member here who I saw doing it and reported length and total shaft girth gains from this method.

Tuesday through Friday I only do 5 sets of hanging a day but I am going to alternate between bundled hanging with the hanger attached 1 inch behind the glans and my normal base hanging to target the shaft rooted in the base. Only Mondays is my 4 hour hangathon to shock the penis.

After yesterday's experiment the tunica 1 inche behind the glans is really fatiqued and the shaft with in the base and scrotum area is really fatiqued as well. I think I'm definently on to something with this bundled hanging. Definently more intense and you can feel the tunica's laterial bonds being stretch length wise and width wise. I'm hoping length and total shaft girth gains will result from this method after a couple of weeks to months.

Today I'll take some pictures of me bundle fulcrum hanging for a clear visual of what I'm doing.

Next Monday I am scheduled to measure for progress but for now, here is some pics of today's girth and edging session.

I like to hanging with the straight upwards angle to target the tunica more put bundled hanging straight downwards is fine and hits the ligs and the tunica at the same time. When you apply a fulcrum to the mix then the intensity goes way up.

My normal hanging weight is 17.2 pounds but right now I can only tolorate 10 pounds when doing bundled fulcrum tunica hanging.



Okay fellas. I was going to post my bundled fulcrum tunica hanging pics last night but I got tied up with Tiffany last night after Eva left. So here are yesterday's pics showing how I perform bundled fulcrum tunica hanging.

Here's the steps in which to perform this method

step 1: What I do is I have a pulley attached to a chair that is right next to my bed. I lay flat on my back with my legs bent like I'm about to do situps.

step 2: I've have my hanger applied 1 inch behind the glans.

step 3: Then I attached my hanging weight and the set begins.

step 4: While the weight is already hanging from my dick through the pulley system, I then bundle up my stretched penis by gripping the hanger and twisting my entire penis at least 1 to 2 rotations to instensify the stretch on the tunica behind the hanger leeding all the way to the connective tissues rooted in the base.

step 5: To intensify the set further, I then apply a thick lotion bottle under my dick resting on my lower abdomen as a fulcrum.

I'm doing 10 minutes bundled rightwards then I do 10 minutes bundled leftwards and I call that 1 twenty minute set.

I think bundled fulcrum tunica hanging may be the key to gaining length and girth behind the hanger because when you bundle your penis and stretch it, you are stretching the tunica to deform laterially, horizontally, width wise and length wise to a greater elasticity and tissue mass which will hold more blood upon erection. The flaccid tuncia's laterial bonds are being stretched with this method to deform to a greater tissue mass.

If you attach the hanger 1 inch behind the glans then all the penile tissue behind the hanger should be bundled so it's laterial bonds are stretched length wise and width wise.

You can think of bundled tunica fulcrum hanging as a non erect girth excersize that aslo targets length as well. It's basically a length and girth excersize, all in one.

With this method that shaft behind the hanger has a good soreness and fatigue that runs all the way to the base and scrotum area. Especially
when I apply the lotion bottle as a fulcrum.

Now with bundled hanging you are not limited to just tunica hanging in the straight up angle. I personally like the straight up angle because it works for me.

You can also hanging straight down and just use your hands to keep your penis bundled which will hit the suspensory ligiments and the tunica all at the same time. You can even sit down in a chair and bundle hang straight down and use a fulcrum in that position to intensify the set in that angle.

For me I personally like the straight up angle because I've gained so much with it.

In the pics I have written in detailed informatioin to show what exactly is going on so pay close attention to the writing and arrows. All of the writing in the pics are in black and the arrows are black so look closely. I also have some edging pics and an engorged flaccid hang pic right after a hanging set.

Hey keepingitbig. Hanging feels good if done right and with safe weight. It's basically like doing manual stretches with the only difference being that you can keep tension on your dick for longer amounts of time without worrying about your hands getting tired. Also with hanging you know how much force you are using so you can make adjustments accordenly.

I'm not in to hanging, although I did try it with a device similiar to your pipe repair clamp(I didn't manage to get a pipe repair clamp but I did get something similiar to it which I had to cut and adjust) and yes I did get the idea from you, so I got the pulley and weight but I actually hung it from the door knob with the door closed. I tried it a few times but got back to manual work and figured I might use the hanger later on if my gains completely stop.since I'm still gaining from manual. Your bundled fulcrum hanging idea seems great, the only one thing that would scare me a bit is the thought of penis curveture or the penis becoming permanently twisted when erect. Other than that, it seems very promising. Good luck bro, keep us posted.
 
Hey All2Real. Thanks for the support bro. With bundle hanging or bundled fulcrum hanging you don't have to worry about your penis being perminantly twisted when erect because when you do bundled hanging or any type of hanging, your penis should be completely flaccid.

The bundling of the penis while it's being stretched is just stretching different areas of the tunica with more direct force. The only thing that should result from this is increased length and girth upon erection.

For guys trying to correct a curve I think bundled stretching or hanging is a good way to fix it. For example. If your dick bends to the left when erect then all you have to do when bundle hanging is bundle your penis in the opposite direction to the right getting at least 1 full twisted rotation against the left side of your dick that curves when erect.

By bundling/twisting your flaccid penis the opposite way of the curve, you'll be stretching out the curved area to increase in raw tissue size. With time and consistancy your curve should straighten out upon erection, along with increased length and girth.

Hey keepingitbig. My meal plan varies on the day. I'm doing a carb cycle diet which consist of 5 low carb days and 2 high carb days. Heres my current meal plan on my low carb days.

Meal 1 1 whole wheat bagel or 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 large apple, 2 scoops whey protein

Meal 2 2 scoops whey protein, 2 tbs natural penut butter

Meal 3 8 oz of cooked chicken breast and 1 cup of cooked brown rice

Meal 4 Post workout meal. 2 servings of gadorade, 15 grams of creatine, 2 scoops of whey protein

Meal 5 8 oz of cooked chicken breast and 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive with a small salad

Meal 6 6 whole eggs and 1 cup of egg whites

That's a low carb day for me.

With my inner penis being exposed like mandingo's dick, that is from my tunica hanging upwards angle with the hanger attached to the base method. With that angle and method, the shaft behind the hanger leeding all the way to the base and scrotum area really gets hit with direct force to deform length wise.

I just started the bundled hanging method this week but my current gains have come from the hanging from the base method in the upwards angle. I fully recommend this method to expose the inner penis. Hopefully this bundled hanging method will bring about more gains as well.

Hey fellas. I have been experimenting with some new ideas with hanging and clamping. Since Monday, I have added bundled hanging in the straight downwards angle while sitting in a chair to target the ligs and the tunica at the same time. The wonderful thing about this method is I can multitask and do things like surfing the web on my laptop.

I also have been alternating set to set, my tunica bundled fulcrum hanging method with tunica bundled hanging with no fulcrum. When I use no fulcrum I am able to bundle hang with 15 pounds which gives my tunica from behind the hanger leeding to the base a massive stretch force. When using a fulcrum with this method I can only tolerate 10 pounds currently.

Now with clamping I have come up with a wrapping method to make clamping even more comfortable and easy on your EQ. Another benifit is this device can be used as an ADCs device to keep a flaccid engorgment for hours while healing in an extended state takes place.

What I have done is I took a gel like silicone sleeve that is use for penis pumps and I cut the middle section out of it. I've been using the middle section of the silicone sleeve as a form of soft thick protective padding/wrapping for my clamp workouts. I've been doing this since Monday.

To start a clamp session what I do is apply 12 inches of theraband wrap around the base of my dick. I then apply 10 inches of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] around my dick to make the wrap thicker. To finish it off I then apply the soft thick stretchy silcone sleeve over my wrapping. This provides a nice soft cushion between my erect dick and the cable clamp when I'm clamping with extreme pressure.

I'm telling you guys. This silicone sleeve is so comfortable you can't even feel the actually rigidness of the cable clamp. When I clamp all I feel is the the soft padding and wrapping at the base of my dick applying super tight pressure with the cable clamp only being clicked twice to stay circular in shape.

As you guys all ready know. I'm against tightning the cable clamp to where theres less then 5 teeth showing because at that point the clamp is now taking on an oval shape. Most guys penis's are more circular in shape then oval shape so what happens is the cable clamp is know crushing and bottle necking the sides of the erect shaft which can cause damage and scarring of the tunica. My EQ would be royally fucked up when i used to clamp like this.

By using thick wrapping, the cable clamp can be used with extreme pressure with out going past 2 - 3 clicks so the clamp can stay in it's circular shape and apply equalized pressure around the base of the shaft.

My unclamped midgirth is 5.6 inches but my midgirth on my third clamping set is now expanding to 6.2 inches. My unclamped base girth is 6.3 inches however, I am unable to measure my clamped base girth because all of the thick wrapping at the base but right before the wrapping starts I am 6.3 inches. Right under the glans I am 5.9 inches while clamped.

What I like to do for maximum expansion is push the clamp and the padding deep into my fat pad while kegelling at the same time. After kegelling as much blood as possible I then stop pushing the clamp into the fat pad and just let the clamp and the wrapping creep up the shaft by half an inch. This causes a short jelqing effect of the cable clamp which intensifies the internal pressure all the way to the glans. I can feel the blood pressure build up expanded the tunica.

Like I said up above too, the silicone sleeve is nice and stretchy and can be used as an ADCs/cock ring to keep the penis engorged all day long. It kind of reminds me of those jelly cock rings they sell in sex shops.

Hey Hellface. I got the silicone ring from a sex shop. The slicone sleeve is used to make a better seal for penis pumps but what I did was I cut out the inner layer of the silicone sleeve with a knife and threw away the outer layer of the silicone sleeve. So what you are seeing in my pics are of me using the inner layer of the silicone sleeve as a wrap for clamping and as an ALL DAY COCK RING.
 
King, that wraping method with the clamp has saved my EQ a lot. I use to feel a lot of pain when going past three clicks. Now I use the method you gave and it works miracles. Do you still clamp for an hour, or 3 hours a day?
 
Hey keepingitbig. I'm glad my wrapping method is working for you. I'm only clamping for 1 hour a day currently. Yeah man. I just don't see how guys that clamp all the way down to the last tooth showing can do that without wrecking there EQ.

I seriously think clamping that way will cause problems like potential scarring of the tunica right wear the the clamp is bottle necking. When i see guys on here with the cable clamp tightened all the way down to the last tooth showing, I cringe.

When I used to clamp with thinner wrapping and clamped down to only 4 or less teeth showing, I got poor expansion and my EQ was fucked up all the time aferwards.

In Redzulu2003's constriction manual even he sez that clamping down to where there's only 4 teeth showing should be tight enough and if not then thicker wrapping needs to be applied.

With the cable clamp it's best to keep it in it's circualr shape. When you clamp down to where's there's 5 teeth or less showing then at this point the cable clamp is becoming oval shaped and crushing the sides of the erect tunica inwards at the base. I'm telling you guys that this is a disaster waiting to happen like scarring right at the base where the tunica is being crushed.

If you apply thick enough wrapping so the clamp only has to be clicked 1 to 3 times for extreme pressure, then this will keep the cable clamp in it's circular shape so it will apply equal pressure around the entire base of the shaft instead of putting pressure on the sides of the shaft and crushing the sides inwards. With the clamp staying circular for better equalized pressure, I'm getting rediculous expansion, going from 5.6 inches midgirth to 6.25 inches midgirth in the clamp by my 3rd set.

Hey sizerp. Yep, you got it. That's the silicone sleeve that I got from the sex shop. What I did was cut out the inner ring and I use that as a part of my wrapping for clamping and I also use that as my ADCs/cock ring. This thing provides nice comfortable cushion between your erect penis and the hard plastic cable clamp.

The outer layer/ring is useless so just throw that part away once you cut the inner ring part out.

Made some new progress fellas. I have gained and cemented my new midshaft girth gain of 5.8 inches. 5.8 inches used to be my post unclamped expansion after a clamping set but now it is my new perminant midgirth after two days of no Penis Enlargement.

My unclamped base girth is now at 6.35 to 6.4 inches. When measuring at the base I don't like measuring my girth literally right at the base because my scrotum skin brings about a false measurement making me thicker then I really am. My dick is definitely getting pretty fucking thick. Especially where the corpus spongiosum runs from under the glans all the way to the base from the underside of the shaft. What I'm also noticing is my dick is starting to take on a dark reddish tint to it from the intense clamping sets and bundled hanging sets. I guess this can be considered discoloration but it looks cool to me because my dick is turning rednish brown. LOL.

My dick really gets red right after a clamping set but turns back to a light reddish tint minutes after.

While clamped my midgirth is hitting 6.3 inches during my 3rd set and hitting between 6.4 and 6.5 inches right before my wrapping starts towards the base.

My tunica is recieving so much expansion during my clamping sets that it reaches the point of slight pain and discomfort when ever I push the clamp into my fat pad and kegel in more blood. When doing this, the corpus spongiosum becomes maxed out and a little painful with tons of blood expanding it past it's normal threshold. My dick when clamped is hard as a fucking base ball bat from the shaft to the glans. I don't understand how some guys are able to do squeezes, bends and horse 440s when clamped unless there tunica is not receaving maximum expanson and rigidness while they are clamped.

Now what is happening is my post clamp expansion midgirth stays at 6 inches on the dot for a couple of hours before going back down to 5.8 inches.

I am so happy that I've gained .2 in midgirth since my bad experiance at the gangbang. Looking to hit a midgirth of 6.25 to 6.5 inches if possible for me in the future. I still got my eyes on my original goal which is still to hit nbpel 10 inches with good thickness by the end of this year or 2012.

I've been experimenting with 2 new hanging angles since last week and have added them to my hanging aresanal. The first new angle for me is bundle hanging in the straight out to slighly upwards angle in the 10 oclock position. I can feel the suspensory ligaments and the shaft from the base rooted into the underside of scrotum area being stretched with this angle.

The other angle that I've been experimenting with is bundled side ways/over the leg hanging where I just simply bundle up my penis by 1 or 2 complete rotations then I just hanging the weight over my leg while sitting down. I'm hanging my bundled penis over my right leg for 10 minutes then I bundle my penis the other way and hang it over my left leg for 10 minutes and call that 1 twenty minute set.

I'm using 7.5 pounds in this position and I can really feel the tunica being pulverized with stretch force and the connective tissues achored to each side of the shaft are getting hit with tension. When hanging in this angle and position I'm normally on my laptop surfing the web since Im sitting comfortabley in my chair.

Every Monday I do 4 hours of hanging and on Tuesday through Friday I'm now riding the fatigue with 7 sets a day on those days.

On Monday's I'm doing 2 hours of tunica bundled upward angle hanging, 1 hour of tunica bundled upward angle fulcrum hanging, 40 minutes of tunica straight out angle bundled hanging and 20 minutes of over the leg bundled hanging.

I have changed my routine slightly which is now as follows.

Every Monday since I’m off work: 4 hours of hanging then 3 to 4 sets of clamping (no pumping)

Tuesday through Friday:

Morning session: 2 twenty minute sets of tunica bundled hanging and edging

Lunchtime session: Go home and do 2 twenty minute over the leg bundled hanging sets then get back to work.

Evening session: 2 twenty minute sets of tunica bundled fulcrum hanging then 2 twenty minute sets of straight out angle bundled hanging.

Then 3 to 4 fifteen minute sets of clamping followed by 10 minutes of edging. If I feel like it I’ll pump but usually after the clamping sets I’m done for the day.

Saturday: 2 light hanging sets with light weight as a form of active recovery

Sunday: complete rest but sometimes I’ll wear an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for a couple of hours if I’m chilling at my place by myself.

Aferwards I have some detailed pics of the two new hanging bundled angles that I've been doing. After that I have some new detailed pics of my new clamped girth expansion during yesterday's clamping workout.

I also took a comparison pic of me doing a side placement bone bressed shot with Kara's hair spray bottle that she left at my place. Her bottle measures at 9.75 inches in length and measures at 6.9 to 7 inches in girth. The goal is to match this bottle in nbpel and girth. Hopefully one day. Just gotta keep on pushing with my training.
