hanging those are great methods as well. I gained .1 in length and .1 in midgirth because of those methods but I stopped
hanging with these methods for now because my tunica is becoming to tough with all of the clamping I've been doing. Length gains had become totally stagnet so I went back to the
hanging method that gave me the most gains which is tunica
hanging from the base. The good thing about tunica
hanging from the base is it gives your exposed penis a break while you concentrate on deforming the inner penile tissue and anchor points that run through the scrotum area.

hanging are great methods but with clamping added, it became to much for my dick to recover from.
My current routine right now is as follows.
Monday through Friday
AM WORKOUT: 2 twenty minute sets of tunica
hanging from the base, 1 fifteen minute set of clamping, 5 to 10 minutes of edging
PM WORKOUT: 3 twenty minute sets of tunica fulcrum
