Hey fellas. Took some Pics of my clamping session on Friday because my clamped midshaft girth is now expanding to 5.9 inches on my second set. I think the reason behind my greater expansion is because I've been experimenting with different wrapping methods. I started using theraband as the first layer of wrapping then for my last layer I'm using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words]. I have the theraband and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] wrapped tight at the base of my dick which applies clamping pressure by its self.

I'm using a lot of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] to for a thick wrapping so I only have to click the cable clamp down with 1 click for insane pressure, leaving the other 8-9 teeth open. I like clamping this way because I like the clamp kept in the a circular shape but still cause good pressure because of the thick wrapping.

When I see guys use thinner wrapping and they have the clamp click to where where theres no teeth showing, I think this is unsafe. Because the way the cable clamp is designed, once you get down to where 4 teeth are left, the clamp now takes on an oval shape and I think it applies to much choking pressure on the sides of the base which can cause damage right in the area that the cable clamp is applied to during full erection.

I'm pretty excited that with this method I'm now expanding by .4. Going from my unclamped midgirth of 5.5 inches to my now clamped girth of 5.9 inches. Just .1 away from a 6 inch clamped midgirth. My unclamped base girth is 6.2 inches but I'm not sure what my clamped base girth is now because now I'm unable to measure the base because of the thicker wrapping. Not to bummed about it because my main focus with clamping is midshaft girth anyway. I'm sure my base girth is probrabley taken a leap with my new wrapping method as well.

What's up fellas. I have the next two weeks off of work with pay and won't be going back to work until January 4th. All of my friends are still working this week so guess what I've been doing all day. LOL.

With all this time on my hands I've been doing hours of Penis Enlargement a day. Until January 4th this is what my routine is looking like.

Morning routine: 7:30am 10 - 12 twenty minute sets of tunica hanging with the hanger attached at the base.

afternoon routine: 3:00pm 6 - 8 fifteen minute sets of clamping with tunica bundled stretches in between sets then 2-4 sets of pumping.

I'll be doing this routine all of this week up till Friday. I'll continue this routine next Monday up till that Friday and by the time I go back to work on January 4th, I'll go back to my old routine but with more clamping and pumping sets.

Today I did 12 sets of hanging from morning till noon, then I went to the gym to workout. At 3 pm I started clamping and did 12 fifteen minute sets of clamping which is 3 hours of clamping time not counting the rest in between sets.

I was amazed at the expansion that I was getting. After 2 hours of clamping time my midgirth expanded to 6.1 inches and at the shaft right before my wrapping starts, I reached 6.3 inches. On my 12th clamping set which is 3 hours my midgirth reached 6.2 inches which is the same girth as my unclamped base girth. I'm pretty excited about this because I've never had this much expansion before. I'm guessing this expansion is because I've never done 3 hours of clamping before in one day. After the 7th set my tunica felt like it has been stretched internally quite a bit.

I think I'm gonna stick to this type of clamping schedule for my evening girth sessions because know I'm seeing that the reason why I've always had trouble making midshaft girth gains was simply because I wasn't doing enough. With 2-3 hours of time under tension inside the clamp my tunica feels worked like never before. With all of these clamping sets my EQ hasn't taken any major pitfalls and I give thanks to my wrapping method for that.

I realized that the reason why my EQ plummeted back in 2008 when I was clamping was because of my wrapping style. I'll explain. I am now using theraband and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] to wrap but I use a good amount of it to create a thick wrap. With this thicker wrapping I don't have to tighten the cable clamp down to where only a few teeth are showing which cause the cable clamp to take on an oval shape and crush the sides of the tunica at the base upon full erection.

Whe applying the clamp I only click it once or twice max and that sucker is on extremely tight from the wrapping but the clamp still has it's circular shape and applies equalized pressure around the base. Since clamping with this method, my EQ has been great even right after a set because the base isn't being crushed in a bottle neck shape when the cable clamp is tighten down to where their's anything less then 5 teeth showing.

I have some pics of todays 3 hour clamping session and some pics to show how I think clamping past 4-5 teeth showing is dangerous to the tunica upon full erection.

I am using a paper toll roll as a penis to show the cable clamp in use. Notice on one picture the cable clamp is comfortabley on the paper towel roll without crushing the sides which can cause damage when the tunica is rigid.

Notice on the other picture the cable clamp is tightnen all the way down to where theirs no teeth showing. Notice how the clamp now takes on an oval shape and is crushing the sides of the paper towel roll. Now imagine your penis at the base being crushed into this oval shape when your dick's fully erect. NOT GOOD. This is the reason why I think my EQ was suffering in the past back in 2008 when I did full erect clamping. When I see pics of guys with the cable clamp tighten down to where theres only 1-3 teeth showing I cringe. I think this can cause potential scarring of the tunica right at the base where the clamp is squeezing.

In my humble opinion the cable clamp needs to be kept in it's circular shape and if you need tighter pressure on the tunica, all you have to do is use thicker wrapping material then apply the cable clamp.

Hey keepingitbig. All you have to do so you can tighten the clamp with out going past 5 teeth showing is use more wrap. I wrap to where only 1-2 clicks of the cable clamp is need to be on super tight.

Hey Girth Hammer. Thanks man for the support. Yeah I've been putting in a lot of time with my sessions. I have two weeks off right now from work and don't go back unitl January 4th. While on my work vacation I've been doing 4 hours of hanging everyday. I have however dropped my clamping sets down to 1 hour because clamping is intense and I don't want to mess up my EQ pushing to hard.

On my 3rd clamping set today, my midshaft girth and right below the glans expanded to 6 inches on the dot. I think I was able to reach 6 inches so easily this time because of the 3 hour clamping marothon I did a few days ago. I think my tuncia is still expanded and extended from that 3 hour event when I reached 6.2 inches midshaft girth.

In the future if I don't making any perminant midgirth gains then I plan on clamping for 3 hours every Monday and then just ride the fatigue with 2-3 clamping sets for the rest of the days each week. I'll only do this if I don't make any gains from 1 hour of clamp time.

I did a similiar routine with my hanging workouts several months ago where I did 4 hours of hanging on Mondays and then just rid the fatigue with 4-5 hanging sets for the rest of the days in the week and after one month I gained .3 in NBPL, .3 in BPL, and .1 in base girth.

I'm still doing 4 hours of hanging per day right now while on my two week break from work. I'm going to measure for progress this Monday coming up and next Monday when my break is over to see if all this damn hanging will grant me gains like last time. Thanks dude. I use to do the oval thing you were talking about daily and that shit would make you sore as hell. This is a better method with less soreness to the tunica. I actually did use extra wrap for the last 30 minutes and hardly got to 5 clicks on my second clamp. As I said, thanks for the tip. Works great now. Later.

lol! Yeah, I'm pretty skeptic because pretty much the entire medical world says that Penis Enlargement isn't possible, but I'm willing to give it a try if I see enough evidence to convince me. I figure that at my current size, 7 and a half long and 5 and a quarter around (and still growing! Kinda weird how I've been getting noticeable growth at 19), I won't have to try very hard to get my ideal size. Thanks for the info.

Of course the medical world states this, it is in their best interest to have men believe natural pe does not work, they want the cash for surgeries.
 
Good point DLD. If it became a world wide fact that Penis Enlargement is real then urologist surgens would lose so much money on penile enhancement surgeries. Not to mention the companies like extense would go out of business as well. LOL.

Hey what's up fellas. Didn't get a chance to measure on Monday like I planned but I did measure this morning for progress and I have made some new gains. My hanging marothons and clamping and pumping sessions are yeilding gains. So far this 2 week vacation from work has been well spent in my eyes.

After measuring for progress this morning I did my 4 hours of hanging, 1 hour of clamping and 30 minutes of pumping all broken up into 15 minute sets.

Here are the new gains. I have made new gains in length and girth. And guess what fellas. Midshaft girth is included.

For length I have gained .1 to my nbel now putting me at nbpel 9.3 inches. I don't know how to measure the little lines in between 9 and a quarter inches and 9.5 inches so I just said 9.3 inches. I'm assuming that each little small line is considered a cenimeter. Even though that's a very small gain I think that is great progress to gain .1 after a week of marothon hanging for 4 hours a day. If I can gain another .1 by next Monday with all this hanging then I'll be a hair shy of 9.5 inches nbp.

Unfortunently I can't find my damn yellow ruler that I use for bpel and bpfsl measurements. If I don't find it by tommorrow then I'll go buy another ruler and take some bpel measurements then. Unfortunentley I can't use my trusty silver ruler for bpel measurements because my silver ruler is very thin and sharp and jamming it into my fat pad will result in me cutting into my skin. I'm assuming my bone pressed length has gone up by .1 like my nbpel. I'm also assuming that my bpfls has gone up as well. Last I checked it was 10.2 inches.

For midgirth I am measuring at 5.6 inches in the morning before any Penis Enlargement. That is a .1 increase since I've added clamping with my pumping workouts. I think that 1 day clamping marothon I did last week has really caused some tunica deformation especially after riding the fatigue with 1 hour clamping sessions the rest of the days last week. I'm very excited about my mid girth gain since I've been such a hardgainer in that department. My clamped midgirth is consitently reaching 6 inches by my 3rd set. Even when semi erect my midgirth is now at 5.6 inches.

For base girth I've also gained .1 now putting my base girth at 6.3 inches. Dont know If my base girth increase is a result from all of the hanging, clamping or pumping but I'm not complaining.

Like I said before, so far this 2 weeks of marothon Penis Enlargement is really paying off. Tommorow if I don't find my yellow ruler I'll buy a new one to take some BPenis EnlargementL pics.

So now my new stats are nbpel 9.3 inch x midgirth 5.6 inches x 6.3 inches base girth.
