Hey everyone, a total newbie here. (as of a few weeks ago at least)
I've been reading the forum for a while, but just thought I'd like to share my gains in the last two weeks.
I have tried the exercises here and there, bought a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words], and then stopped for about 6 months. (boohoo)
I have been doing my routine for about 2 weeks 3-4 days on 3 days off, and I started at 6.5ish bpel and 4.5 eg ( I think those are the right acronyms)
I started very slowly just blue and black sleeves of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words]:
Week 1 -2:
5 min in blue with minor stretches
50 jelqs
5 min in blue
50 jelqs
5 min in black
Warm wrap or hot water from the tub - then I put a
cock ring on.
I decided to measure today, and don't believe my eyes. i almost bone pressed flaccid stretched to 7". What the FARTS!
My Girth is still the same, but i plan working up to clamping for this. This is also my real goal, I want to get to 5" girth then onward.
My bpel is 6.75, probably a little over if you discount that little 1/8 inch part on the ruler.
I am seriously stoked. Probably about to tear up a little because I have major penis insecurity issues and this just feels like I can finally get over that.
I don't know what my long term goal is and I don't really care at this point. I have my short term goals which is 7+ x 5ish I just want to be happy with my body. With my excitement I stepped up my routine.
New routine as of today:
DLD's newbie stretches 2 sets, instead of 3, I need to work up to that.
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] mini super set.
5 min in blue with minor stretches
50 jelqs
5 min in black
100 jelqs
5 min in grey
let it sit in warm bath water for a few minutes.
cock ring for 30 minutes.
Lets see how it goes...
I have a question.
Do I need to constantly be hard in the
cock ring to cement gains. All I am doing with it is: put it on, get it hard, forget about it for 30 minutes. Remove it.
My theory is this. If I start off really slow with this, I have a longer time period before I hit the first celing and need to move on to more difficult exercises. Thus producing more gains. This cannot really be tested, But at least I gained a little bit with not doing much. I'll enjoy that while it lasts.
