Newbie here as well. My PE journey is, more or less, completely new. I tried jelqing back in 2003 but never stayed with it. Also in the last 10 years, I have put on 100lbs, battled depression, body image issues, and including job and family issues. I have always considered myself near micro-penis size (could just be the feelings of inadequacy) never had any good sexual relationships because of feeling like (well, I hate to admit it, but I have always felt like I have a vagina not a penis due to extreme turtling) I am not a real man.

Now, coming out of the fog, I came to realize that not only has my weight (since childhood), but also the possibility of a bad circumcision at birth (webbing issues). I have much to overcome. I have not had any kind of relationship since 2009, and that was only brief. So, I am hopeful that I can gym some inches, confidence and find myself once again before old age sets in (39 currently).

I am back in the gym, and have already lost about 10lbs. My measurements:
BPEL: 5.2 inches (although, I have measured up to 6, possibly not measuring correctly, using the span of my hand (tip of thumb to edge of palm is 6.54 inches, vertical measure); the 5.2 has been the most consistent measure)
BPFSL: 4.8 inches (but the last measure I got to 5, as of 11/15/15 after 3 days of routine)

FSL girth is 2.8 inches as measured below the glans
EL girth is about 4.5 inches (mid shaft)
I will be getting new measure soon to be consistent with measuring location.

I am using the above mentioned routine 5 on and 2 off (at least to start).

Glad to be here and hope to get to the point that I can go all day and not turtle. To me, if it is only this result, I will feel much more confident no matter what else happens.

Welcome Jonathan.First of all you need to get leaner.Being fat in general is a huge problem for penis size.You could have a 9 inch dick,if you're fat,a great amount of that size will be invisible.If you have a small penis,that's even worst,it's like your whole penis is invisible under all that fat.

I am working on loosing weight. I guess the mental part is the biggest struggle for me because I have allowed outside forces to control me. This is the reason I am here: to find sexual healing so that I can begin my life in that area and for once get a hold of myself to stop this cycle of obesity and the feelings of worthlessness that has consumed 39 years of my life.

PE is an everyday thing dont quit,be disciplined the PE exercises are going to help you whit your body weight too..

but yeah if you need to work out go for it.

you can get to 7 8 9 nches in lenght all you need is consistency.i was 5.25 or some shit like that now im 7.25 bpel n getting bigger man.

Your stats and growth are encouraging. As for working out it has helped to reset my mind set. I need it to cope with the other crap in my life.

My goals are modest but I like many would enjoy 8+

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.
