maybe this is a stupid question, but i get hard pretty easy while doing these exercises, any tips on how no to get hard? makes stretching a little bit difficult :-)

You don't need to be so hard on yourself man ;)!
Try having an orgasmn before your length work

I don't know how much PE expierence you have, but erections are great for erect stretches

pretty new, i've tried it a few times but not very consistent.. and i get hard while doing those stretches... not sure why though.. hahah. but want to get back to it full time and dedicate myself to it.. i only need 2inch in length and maybe one in girth and i would be more than happy!

so i;m basically looking for a length routine, cause for some reason i believe i can gain girth more easy than length..

Many guys become erect while stretching but this will eventually dissipate, you will become used to the overstimulation and you will remain flaccid. But do not fear stretching while erect, it too is a very powerful length exercise. Although I would say wait about 4 weeks before you add them.

is it possible to stretch to hard? I've been stretching pretty hard yesterday but i broke some skin.. what do you guys use for grip, and how hard do you stretch ?

I wish more lurkers would come out of the woods and join the conversation. Gains come faster with support from the Brotherhood.
 
It takes a bit of time/posting to become comfortable with this topic and our personal demons about size. I know my first few months were filled with anxiety until I realized the love/support, and most importantly, the acceptance [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] provided was only here for my benefit. We talk about PE all the time so it's 'second nature', but if you're just beginning, it can be a bit foreboding

I jumped right into posting, along questions, and discussing things right away. My biggest issue was seeing all these "I'm 6 5/8" EL and just starting, how long until I can make 9.5"?" It made me feel sooooo small even though I was average. I wouldn't even say how big I was for 3 months because I felt inferior.

Eventually I realized I was here for me and my penis and to improve both. I wasn't here to show off or say "my penis is bigger than yours" etc.

On top of that this place is pretty cool.

9.5" is legendary and will take legendary work to accomplish. Always keep your eye on that long term goal but fuel it with smaller, more manageable goals. When we think of how many inches we want to gain it can bring anxiety and doubt. But when we keep these tiny goals behind the bigger we can remain motivated. A gain is a gain and making a small gain at a time is how it happens. Over time the small increases add up to the big goal.

9.5" isn't my goal. I was stating how it can be intimidating for new posters who may be of average starting size, like myself, seeing others saying their starting size is 6.5" etc. I saw a LOT of that when I first came here. It took 3 months before I would post my size here because I was embarrassed.

I changed my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sig [/words]last night to show my starting size. I hope new posters who are in that same position see it and go "here's a guy who was average too! He's not afraid to admit he was 5" EL at the start. I guess I'm not alone" and they begin posting faster.
 
hey guys, what do you use for grip? And how do you make sure you dont stretch to hard so your skin gets torn? I tried stretching with toiletpaper for grip, defo works for the grip but my skin of the head gets red and torn.. hurts a little too so thats probably not a good thing.. :)

You shouldn't be grabbing the head, grab below the head, a third or halfway down the shaft.
